"Luoyang in spring is absolutely beautiful, and if you're passing through, you *must* come see the flowers. The guesthouse owner was incredibly welcoming, contacting us in advance to reserve a parking spot which was very close to the guesthouse. They were so thoughtful, recommending lots of great local restaurants nearby. The guesthouse itself is super close to Luoyi Ancient City, just a short walk away. Our room was also spotless and smelled fresh, which we really appreciated. We were very satisfied and will definitely be back in April during peak bloom!"

"Wonderful stay. Definitely will recommend to others. Room is clean, beds are comfortable, host is friendly. Location is great. Away from the ancient city, You turn left from the inn to the main road, there is a really popular dumpling shop next to the police station, and on the main road if you turn left, there is a massage parlour on level 3, and further down is the night food market with great food. (Much better than what they offer in the ancient city) ranging from a 5-15 min walk. If you head towards the ancient city, turn right from the inn and it feels like you’re there already, but it’s just the outside of the wall, about 5 mins walk, you meet the actual entrance. And super picturesque. Thank you host. You guys are great!"

"Choosing this hotel for my trip to Luoyang was absolutely the right decision! The location is incredibly convenient, with Jia Maying subway station Exit B just a short walk away, making it easy to get to all the attractions. The biggest surprise was how close it is to Luoyi Old Town; I could just stroll over in the evening, and it was so easy to come back and rest when I was tired. The hotel is right on Zhongzhou East Road, with shared bikes available downstairs, and plenty of dining options like Donglaishun and various snack stalls nearby – no worries about food or transportation at all. The room was quite spacious and very clean, and the toiletries were pleasant to use. For solo travelers or families, this place is safe, convenient, and offers great value for money. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Luoyang!"

"The front desk lady was super enthusiastic, answering all my questions about tourist routes and local food. The staff were also very kind; due to my itinerary, I booked separate stays at the hotel. Two days after checking out, I came back to store my luggage, and they happily helped me. The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and a quiet atmosphere. It's so much better than the second hotel I stayed at, and even cheaper! The hotel I originally planned to stay at for my trip turned out to be a total disappointment."

"The room itself was decent, but there were no closets and the hanging area for clothes was small. The bathroom wasn't a wet/dry separation, so it would be great if they could put an extra absorbent mat by the door, otherwise it's easy to slip after showering. The hairdryer, though, worked really well, and the service was good."

"The experience of staying in Luoyang this time was great! The rooms are spacious and tidy, the decoration is simple and atmospheric, and the overall is warm and comfortable. "Baozi, you must come to Luoqi Ancient City to experience this homestay. I would like to call it the ”Dream Love House” for travel accommodation 😍 From the location, it is on the edge of Luoyan Ancient City, and it takes only a few steps to get to the ancient city. Going to the ancient city at night, the colorful lights reflected on the ancient buildings, as if crossing back to Luoyang City thousands of years ago. And the surrounding snack streets, convenience stores and everything, want to taste food, shopping is super convenient. The appearance of the homestay is antique, especially in line with the style of Luoyi Ancient City, and there is a strong classical charm as soon as you enter it. The room was super warm, the bed was soft, and sleeping on it was like falling into the clouds. The bathroom is clean and tidy, and the quality of toiletries is also very good. This time I stayed at this homestay, my trip to Luoqi Ancient City became more perfect. I will definitely choose here when I come to Luoyang in the future!"

GGuest UserStayed for two days, and overall, I really can't find anything to complain about. It's clean, tidy, and well-equipped. When I first arrived, someone was there to guide me, and any issues I had were resolved. Personally, and this is just my opinion, there were a couple of minor things: first, the small side shelf was really tiny, I'd say maybe 20cm long at most. Second, the shower room only had hooks, nowhere else to put small items. They could consider adding a folding shelf, which shouldn't be too expensive. Finally, there was one lady who seemed a bit grumpy both times I asked her something. I'm not sure if I'm being sensitive or if that's just her personality, because no one else was like that.

WWink97The B&B is in hotel style, very satisfactory, and the location is very good, very close to Yingtianmen! Makeup is so convenient! The room is also very clean, breaking the impression of B&B haha There is no elevator, but I see that there are old houses around that have been converted into B&Bs, and none of them have elevators, so I can accept that there is no elevator, after all, it is very close to the scenic spot You can tell from the details of the homestay that the owner has carefully arranged it. The service is also very good. When we checked out, he saw us taking our luggage downstairs and ran up to help us get it. Mineral water is free of charge. The disposables are also of high quality. The mattress is very comfortable. I am very satisfied overall and highly recommended.

GGuest UserProblem 1. I arrived at the hotel shortly after 4pm on the checkin day but learned that the room was not available. They rented it out for the hourly rental and told me that the guest just checked out and would take 20 minutes to clean the room for me. I was stuned! As the check in time is 2pm, how could they rent the room out without knowing it was reserved for nightly rental and it only took 20 minutes to clean a room? This kind of operatons is not acceptable. Though the staff was friendly and apologizingly to provide me another type of room, the bed size ( twins) and the window view (no view) were all different and not better. At first I considered to switch what they offered at the time of my arrival because I was very tired. But then I decided to wait because the new room was not better. Problem 2. At night, when I took a shower, I realized that the water stored in the shower floor like a little basin. It didn't and couldn't get complete dry even till next morning. See photo. The moles have alreay formed a cycle for a period of the time, but the hotel didn't fix it and still rented it. Problem 3. Another day, I couldn't turn the heater on. The staff then told me they turned the heater off at the end of March. I will NOT recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Taxis typically drop you off at the main road, requiring a short walk of a few minutes to reach the entrance, as the narrow streets can be challenging for cars. On the upside, it's incredibly close to Yingtian Gate, and you can conveniently park electric scooters right outside! One thing to note is that there's a primary school nearby, so you'll hear morning exercise music around 8 AM. The soundproofing isn't the best, but the numerous benefits easily make up for it – I could certainly overlook this. Cleanliness was excellent. Just let the owner know if you need any tidying up; they were incredibly attentive, restocking disposable slippers, toothbrushes, tissues, and even facial tissues every time we returned. Such a thoughtful touch! For service, I booked after the Dragon Boat Festival, and seeing I was staying for an extended period, the owner generously upgraded my room type for free, saying a bigger room would be more comfortable – a truly wonderful gesture! There were also four kinds of complimentary snacks on the table. The guesthouse even offers Hanfu (traditional Chinese attire) styling and makeup services with a discount for guests, which is a great opportunity if you've ever wanted to try it.

GGuest UserVery nice hostel with competent staff. They were very nice and helpful with me. Squat toilet but separate shower. Everything was clean. Soap and shampoo available in the shower and toilet paper in front of the toilet. The bed was comfortable. There are lockers in the room. And the main door is locked with an electronic card. The location is perfect. Near the metro and the old town.

GGuest UserFive of us came to Luoyang to play. We happened to see that this room type could accommodate 5 people and the location was quite suitable, so we decided on it. The room matches the picture, I'm quite satisfied with it. There are two large beds, one can sleep 3 people, and the other can sleep 2 people without being crowded. The room is quite large and the environment is very clean. I am very satisfied with my stay. Because it is this room type, it is not in the location located. It is best to contact us in advance to confirm where the location is. There are a lot of places to eat nearby. There are hot pots and so on in Baolong Plaza. There are also many restaurants on the streets nearby. I forgot to take pictures of B&Bs, take a look at Luoyang

SSiew FongI would recommend this place. The place is clean and comfort. Most importantly, the host is very helpful love her hospitality and understanding. Good point. 1. Less than 5mins walk to Longmen Grottoes. 2. Not far or expensive if to grab a taxi to nearest metro station Balitang. 3. Clean, comfort, modern room setup with sufficient plug points with USB to easy charging. 4. The water heater is ok, just wait for 1 or 2min for it to get warm all good. 5. Room that has actual towel, and not disposable is real comfort. 6. U can ask and pay for breakfast, at 10rmb the reception. Staff will takeaway and send to your room in the morning. 3 menu for selection. Realy good enough. 7. Reception also has, affordable rate and experience driver to some nearby places, Shaolin Temple. Note: Laozun mountain not for foreign tourist. Very honest driver as they are reliable from the hotel. 8. If you stayed more than 2 nights get a free 1 way to Luoyang Longmen railway station. 9. The room design is new and has all the basic amenities. 10. Glad to made the choice for a stay here, highly recommends to stay here and wishing the owner continue good business.

JJosh_mnWe had a great experience staying in the room type with two large beds and one bunker bed. We booked this room kinda expecting the bunker bed to excite our 4 and 7 yo and it definitely proved so. Room is clean, AC is great. The breakfast (made free with a trip.com promotion) is quite a treat. Even some might prefer hot coffee but honestly I cannot complain much with the offer of a hard boiled egg, two potstickers, one pcs of corn, millet congee, etc. The staffs are all responsive and ready to help with request like additional towels/bottled water/breakfast food. The owners had a friendly puppy called “fanfan”on site too. At the end of our trip one of the co-owners used his motorcycles to carry a heavy suitcase to the place we booked our taxi and as we can see they ride people to metro station as well. The location is just a short (maybe 100m) walk from the South Gate of Luoyi Ancient City. We took a night walking into Luoyi Ancient City from the north gate after eating dinner in one of the busiest places known for its street food and getting out of South Gate knowing the hotel is just minutes away. Would definitely recommend this one to others who want to stay near Luoyi Ancient City area.

The receptionist helped me mail it back. I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time. Cleanliness: Clean Environment: Overall acceptable Service: The receptionist was very nice.
