"Our stay here exceeded all expectations! The location is absolutely fantastic; we could enjoy the sunset over the sea without even leaving the hotel, which created such an amazing atmosphere. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was super comfortable. My favorite part was definitely the bathroom with its separate wet and dry areas! The sea breeze was lovely, and I highly recommend coming here. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were very quick. "We traveled to Shanwei by high-speed rail. Upon arrival, we immediately called the hotel to ask for directions. The front desk staff recommended both public transportation and taxis, and even thoughtfully inquired about our luggage, suggesting a taxi for convenience. We arrived at the hotel in just over ten minutes. The hotel environment was excellent, the rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the toiletries were disposable, which was reassuring. After check-in, the front desk staff proactively helped us with our luggage to our room – the service was impeccable and truly thoughtful. There are also many restaurants nearby, making everything convenient. Thumbs up! This stay was excellent and highly recommended!"

"Came here for a weekend getaway with my wife. It's super close, only an hour and a half drive from Shenzhen. Not too crowded on the weekend and the beach is lovely. The apartment is really close to the beach; it's about a 7-8 minute walk from the elevator down to the sand. The hotel's hygiene is also very good. The soundproofing could be better, but that's typical for a large studio apartment. Other than that, it's pretty good, and the self-check-in with a password is very convenient. Parking is a breeze, right downstairs on the first basement level, and it was just over 20 RMB for two days."

The location of the hotel is particularly convenient, very close to the Chimelong Wildlife Park, and it is very worry-free to travel. The front desk service was polite and welcoming, and the check-in efficiency was high. The room was clean and tidy as a whole, and the supporting facilities were complete. The fly in the ointment is that the wall is not soundproof and a bit noisy, but the hotel has dealt with this problem in time. Also, the corridor floor is also a bit dirty. I hope that the cleaning and sound insulation can be strengthened in the future. The overall experience is good.

This hotel offers self check-in, which is very convenient. The furniture and bathroom are also very clean. Having a super-sized fridge and a washing machine is a huge plus. The bed is super comfortable, not too firm. It's also very quiet at night. Every day, the housekeeper messages to ask if we need cleaning or any amenities. There's also a dryer and luggage storage service on the 15th floor. The room comes with disposable towels, toiletries, and slippers. Basic tea supplies are also provided.

I canceled my high-speed rail reservation, but I was pleasantly surprised! First, they sent us information and a route map before check-in, which is truly commendable! The hotel also upgraded me to a high floor for free. Maybe I look like Daniel Wu? Who knows the value of a high-rise view for over 100 square meters? Secondly, their sanitation and amenities are simply amazing! It's incredibly clean! We had a few minor hiccups after check-in, but the hotel patiently communicated with us, responding to every call and message immediately to resolve our issues. It was incredibly reassuring to feel valued! We also loved the king-size and twin-size lofts we booked. When we finally checked out, she was still concerned about our safety, which was truly heartwarming! It's only three minutes from the high-speed rail station. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good stay! It was a truly wonderful experience! I'll definitely be back with friends next time!!!

This hotel is absolutely perfect for visiting Shanwei! Very friendly staff is welcoming and always ready to help. Bed is very comfortable and shower is strong with always enough hot water. It's clean and tidy. Hotel is perfectly located on the best spot for foodies in Erma Lu. The sea is also nearby in walking distance foe a nice stroll in the morning or evening. Food around hotel is absolutely amazing. Highly recommended! Thank you to all staff fo their kindness 🙏🏻

The overall environment is great, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job cleaning; the room was spotless. The staff were friendly and provided attentive service. I would say it’s a perfect place for a big family or families to stay under one roof. I would recommend to others. The ktv room is as the photo shows with good sound system. The pool table is all worned out and not very good quality. Can only satisfy young kids. The kitchen seemed to have bowls and plates but not totally clean or new. Have stains in them. The rooms each have their own bathroom so no complain here. They offer disposable towels so you may want to bring your own. I complained about the dirty and smelly refrigerator and very quickly responded and got helpers to come clean it. Oh the mahjong table had some disfunction as some tiles were a larger size. The home is close to the beach so that’s nice! Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and would come again with big families.

It's quite close to the beach, about a 3-minute walk away. There's a convenience store, food stalls, and restaurants downstairs. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with views of the beach and sea from both the balcony and windows. You can also enjoy the sea breeze and listen to the waves from the balcony, making it perfect for a vacation. The customer service was excellent.

A warm welcome to my stay. The staff were kind and friendly. Considering I am a foreigner traveling to this city, the staff were accommodating for my low level of Chinese mandarin speaking. They offered an escort to my room for clear direction. The room is spacious and offers a great stay. Towels and bedding provided. Clothes washer in the room. Balcony is wide with a sunny view. I will definitely book again! The neighborhood is quiet with some small restaurants and shops. Swimming gear available at many locations.
