"The hotel is super close to both Hanlefang and Weihai Station. The staff, especially the young lady, was incredibly helpful; we arrived quite early, and she even let us check in ahead of time. This trip to Weihai also coincided with a snowfall, and the snowy views from the window were absolutely stunning. It was fantastic!"

The front desk lady was quick and attentive, even offering recommendations for nearby restaurants. AAnonymous UserI booked a room like the one shown in the picture for 2 nights. It stated that check-in was available after 2:00 PM. I arrived to check in after 2:00 PM, but when I called, the staff informed me that the room I had booked had already been given to someone else because they couldn’t reach me by phone. My phone number is a Thailand number, and I did not receive any missed calls from the staff at all. I did not cancel the booking, and I had only made the reservation one day before my stay because I saw that there was availability. The app no longer allowed me to request a refund, and they also refused to offer any discount. As a result, I had to stay in a different room that was completely different from the one shown in the pictures, because I didn’t want to waste time looking for a new place and ruin my travel plans. It was only on the second day that I was finally moved to the room I had originally booked. However, I did not receive any compensation at all. The staff also asked me to cancel the booking in the app and book directly with them instead, even though the app no longer allowed me to request a refund. Ps. I booked the white room shown in the picture, but on the first night I was given a different room with green walls like the one in the picture instead.

HHuanghekoudeyelangThe room wasn't very large, but it was clean and hygienic. The window overlooked Xingfumen Gate, and across from the Dongcheng Road Night Market, Weigao Plaza was a ten-minute walk away. It was very convenient. There were also shopping malls nearby, as well as the Zhenhua Outlets. Further west was the Xicheng Farmers' Market. The breakfast selection wasn't as extensive as you'd find in a larger hotel, but it offered porridge, noodles, wontons, and other items. Free coffee was available at the front desk. The soundproofing was acceptable; we didn't hear much during our stay. We didn't hear cars outside, and only the occasional chatter from other guests. I don't know if it was because there weren't many people staying there or if the soundproofing was excellent, but overall, we were very satisfied. Cons: 1. We stayed for three nights. The internet signal was strong on the first two nights, but it was intermittent on the last night. The phone and TV signals were intermittent and frequently lagped. 2. The shower water on the second night was hot and cold, which was very annoying.

GGuest UserThe owners and their parents at this guesthouse were incredibly kind. They not only provided us with a room, but also went out of their way to take care of everything for us; I felt so embarrassed! The environment was lovely, and there were plenty of restaurants and eateries nearby. We even went to the market to buy seafood, and they prepared tableware and a table for us, and even started a fire to steam the seafood for us. They also had homegrown fruits and vegetables in the backyard for us to eat, and they even gave my child popsicles. The guesthouse also had kittens; the owner's mother is very kind and feeds stray cats, adopting those abandoned by others. Having kittens added so much joy for my child. The attention to detail was excellent; the rooms were spotless, and they even provided disinfectant spray. Friends, if you're visiting Rongcheng, Weihai, you absolutely must check this place out! I highly recommend it, and the price is very reasonable.
