"Location is really good almost the attractions near by. Staff miss aana such nice girl here to help me to put my luggage in locker room for free. The place very clean and comfortable according to budget. At night the noice is so much🥱 Suggest:- if the traveler reached late there is no one to accommodate them.. so if you reaching late then inform in advance and get all the information before you face problem. "Excellent hostel in a fantastic location on a quiet street in a lively neighbourhood, within walking distance of the main attractions, metro, and central train station. The facilities are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a large kitchen, multiple fridges, and free cold, sparkling, and room-temperature drinking water. There are plenty of bathrooms and showers, and the dorm beds offer good privacy with curtains, shelves, and charging ports. My room was spacious despite not having a window. The walls between rooms don't extend fully to the ceiling, so some noise can carry, and the room was a little warm, although staff were happy to adjust the temperature on request. The staff were outstanding throughout my stay, going above and beyond to help, including storing my luggage free of charge. Special thanks to Roberto for his exceptional service 😊"

"This hotel is located in the Latin Quarter. It’s brand new and the bedding and rooms are very, very clean. The soundproofing is a bit bad, but it's ok since there aren't many guests. However, bottled water, napkins, toothbrushes and toothpaste, disposable slippers and kettles are not provided. Although I was traveling alone, I booked a double room, which only provided one bath towel and one hand towel. In comparison, the things offered by hotels in China, our great country, are truly luxurious. The breakfast doesn't have too many varieties, but it's enough to fill you up. After leaving the parking lot, walk 400 meters to the left and there is a shopping mall, similar to Wanda in China. After leaving the parking lot, follow the navigation to the right and you will find a German supermarket. Although there are food and drinks, I feel it is more suitable for foreigners. Apart from drinking water and fruits, there is nothing else to buy. There are no potato chips, candied fruits, dried fruits, or puffed foods. There are only some Kinder Surprise Eggs and chewing gum at the checkout counter as snacks."

"The hotel's location is unbeatable. Plaza del Callao is one of Madrid's most vibrant commercial and transportation hubs, right in the city center, and next to the famous El Corte Inglés department store on Gran Vía. Although the room was only 12 square meters, it was exquisite and tidy, with bright lighting (I personally prefer well-lit rooms). If I had to pick a flaw, the only one would be that the air conditioning vent blew directly onto the bed and couldn't be adjusted. Thankfully, it wasn't hot in the evenings, so I just turned it off when sleeping. The moment I stepped into the hotel, I was touched by the front desk staff. Her name was Aurora, and as soon as she saw me enter, she immediately asked if I was Sun. It was clear she paid close attention to all guests, having done her 'homework' before their arrival. Perhaps Aurora and the sun are destined to be together, and our names somehow mirrored this warm connection. My three-day experience was truly excellent, offering great value for money. The transportation, especially the subway, was fantastic – just a step out the main door and down the elevator. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time."

"I made a reservation at the last minute, but everything from WhatsApp to checking in on site was handled smoothly in English. The room condition was also good (especially the bed), and I would like to use it again. Needless to say, the location was convenient and easy."
