"Upon checking in I  was politely informed that my booking was not registered though I have shown them my booking which was fully paid to Trip.com , in the app and from my emails. Too tired to argue, I just paid for my stay at the counter and got to our room for the night . I then start calling trip the very nx morning complaining about my predicament. When I checked in, I asked if I needed a quiet room, and also handed hot towels and welcome fruits intimately. What touched me most was that the next morning, I accidentally slept over breakfast time, and when I was annoyed, the waiter knocked on the door and sent a packed breakfast, saying, ”Look at you slept late yesterday, specially reserved for you”. When checking out, the bellman helped to send the luggage to the parking lot and reminded me to pay attention to the safety of the return trip.
