"You could choose from a selection of amenities, and there was a welcome drink and snacks. Breakfast was also included, which consisted of a set of five small, toasted bread rolls and a beverage, allowing us to enjoy a warm breakfast. Being on the first floor, the noise from footsteps upstairs, outside, and in the hallway was quite bothersome. The bed seemed to be broken; one side was severely sunken, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on, which was disappointing. My husband's side was fine, however. We stayed here for a business trip as a couple. Aside from the noise issue, it was cheaper than a business hotel, and the bathroom and room were more spacious. So, I think it might be more comfortable to choose a non-business hotel when traveling as a couple. The staff were also very attentive."

"Very cool authentic recan. Good location. Big rooms, there is your separate toilet. Rooms are all clean and there is everything necessary. You can sit on the balcony and breathe fresh air. The river has its mineral sources, you can sit nowhere. Very delicious breakfast. I was in a hotel like this for the first time, I liked everything. Owners are very pleasant people. Can be with tattoos (we and husband have big)."

"The hostel is very close to Oishi Station, only 200 meters away, just across an alley. It's a bit further from Rokko-dori Station, about a kilometer away. There are convenience stores and bakeries nearby. You can walk to Mount Rokko and Kobe University to watch the sunset and night view, a popular spot for taking photos. It's also convenient to take a bus to Kobe Sannomiya (around 200 yen). Compared to other hostels, the facilities are a bit older, and there's no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage upstairs yourself. However, it's clean and tidy. The lady who checked us in spoke English and was very friendly. There was also an elderly gentleman there at other times, who was also very nice. Initially, seeing a 4.3 rating, I was worried about a bad experience, but the actual stay was quite good."

"One of the brightest experiences of our journey is 2 days in Arima Onsen. Our stay in the first minutes has painted our room: big, light and cozy. The staff remembered especially: not just polite, but caring, I forgot my jacket in the cafe and a man standing at the stop came to give it to me. Thank you very much! The hotel has its own cafe, where you can buy bakes and drink coffee, with a stunning terrace. In the room there are all necessary: a recreation area, big windows, we were offered kimono and baskets so we could go in them to the onsen. It was magnificent! The hotel has no sources, but they are literally 30 seconds on foot, or the biggest public onsen in 7 minutes on foot (but with the unusual to go to the mountain in tabi sandals is a little uncomfortable but interesting). Hotly recommend, ideally from 2 nights to enjoy the full program and slow down the journey a little bit and think about life :)"

"Maya GH was awesome. I booked a female bedbunk & individual bunk was spacious and even a side to lay out all my amenties. The room even has a wooden table for common usage. The staircase was a little steep and tiny hence luggage will be helped to carry up or down checking in/out. Destinated Female restroom and shower was awesome. Second though, it is just beside railway hence ear plug was provided. The staff was all so friendly and cheerful greeting you in/out of GH. Oh, i save a small amount of the cablecar+ropeway trip as the GH has alias with Mt Maya. Had my NY celebration with them knocking the bell at shrine & early sunrise watching with the NY food prepared by them. Awesome stay with lovely neighbourhood."

"The room was larger than I expected and had everything I needed. It was less than 10 minutes by subway from Sannomiya and about 10 minutes from the nearest station, so it was a good value. No breakfast, but there is a food and drink space in the lobby, with microwave oven and electric pot available. After the AEON MALL closes, there are few restaurants open, so be careful when arriving at night. There was one convenience store in front of the station and one just a short walk from the hotel. Restaurants outside the central market are open during the day. The seafood bowl was delicious. There are people at the front desk only from 9:00 to 24:00."

ゆゆかちん729The location was a little hard to find, and it was a little difficult to carry luggage up the hills and stairs, but we enjoyed the shops and the nice atmosphere along the way! There is no bath, but there is a hot spring nearby. I didn't like the fact that the toilet was shared, but the breakfast was delicious, so I have no complaints!

GGuest UserIt is a hotel similar to a homestay, with tatami rooms. The service is average. Since there is no elevator, you need to lift your suitcase to the second floor and mention it to your room. The most irritating thing is the CHECK OUT part. We were told that CHECK OUT was at 11 o'clock. As a result, at 10:45, the hotel staff opened the door and asked for CHECK OUT without knocking, which was very rude.

ふふるおIt's a country house with a log house style at first glance. The first floor was a restaurant. The hotel staff were all kind, and they kindly responded to inquiries by phone, and they also taught me maps, and they responded nicely. The road was narrow and very difficult to understand because I arrived after sunset. Please be careful if you go late by car. The room is large, but it is undeniably old, and dust in the corner of the floor has become. It was very cold even if I turned on the heating.

First, I received my key at the front desk, and in the lobby, there was a service where you could choose from several types of bath salts and have them put in a cup, as well as snacks, nuts, shochu, shoe polish, mobile phone screen cleaner, etc. I was excited even before entering the room! For breakfast, you just input your favorite breakfast and time on the TV screen, and they will open the door to your room (double door) and deliver it to you on the table, which was convenient. The pizza toast morning was warm and delicious, with shredded cabbage salad and pizza toast! At first, I didn't understand the system, so I called the front desk to inquire, but they were very kind and explained it to me. I was very satisfied with the price and service! Next time I stay in Kobe, I will stay at this hotel!

愛愛藍It was located right after getting off the highway. The bathroom was separate from the toilet, and the bathtub was large and equipped with an LCD screen. It was very clean. There was also a wide selection of amenities. There was a TV with a variety of channels, and there was also an old-fashioned game console and karaoke machine. As it is an old hotel, it was a little dirty, but the bathroom and beds were kept clean.
