"The hotel room was renovated, so I didn't have high expectations. The customer service was also good, and the best thing in the room was a garment sanitizer. However, the cleanliness was subpar; the bathtub had some yellow stains. The sheets weren't very clean either, and I'm not sure if they were changed. The pillowcases were yellow, and there was hair on the sheets. It wasn't nearly as clean as the reviews claimed. Luckily, I always bring my own sheet set when I travel. Thankfully, the floors were wooden, so they weren't very dirty."

"I really liked this hostel! It was very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas were all spotless. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the pots, pans, cutlery, and plates are exceptionally clean - it all looks practically brand new. The staff are very helpful and friendly. If you want to do laundry, there is a fee, and it's worth noting that paying by card incurs an additional charge, so it's best to bring cash. Check-in and check-out are both very straightforward. The only downside is that they are quite strict with the check-in time, so you won't be able to access your room early. However, if you arrive before check-in, you can leave your belongings in the luggage storage area. In terms of location, there isn't much nearby apart from a shopping area. Most attractions, restaurants, and the best shopping spots are around 30–50 minutes away by metro or bus. However, the metro station and bus stops are only a 5–10 minute walk from the hostel, making it easy to get around using public transport."

"The location is absolutely fantastic! We walked to Haeundae every day for the past couple of days. This place is really cozy, with great attention to detail, very clean, and a very clear and practical layout. The washing machine and dryer are free to use, and the space is quite large – big thumbs up! There are also plenty of restrooms and bathrooms, and the kitchen is huge! A giant refrigerator too. You can even cook instant noodles here~ As soon as you enter, you'll see thoughtful touches like earplugs provided (these earplugs are amazing! You can barely hear anything with them on). Plus, it's self-check-in, and the password and check-in info were sent to us early via messages, which was super convenient and thoughtful! Just follow the house rules, and you're good to go~ The staff (or maybe the owner? Not sure, haha) was also very polite and handsome. Wishing them great success!"

"nice hostel in the best location (right next to Busan Station) for a really good price!! the beds are actually really nice and comfortable, they offer luggage storage and a shared kitchen and bathrooms, which were also really clean. overally its a super good place to stay if you're in busan for a few days and just need somewhere comfortable to sleep and don't mind sharing a room"

"Traveled with my parents for a couple of days. Friendly English speaking staff, clean rooms, free water at the first floor and even kitchen with free snacks. What else do you need? For me it’s an ideal quality/ quantity ratio. Definitely recommend it to the others"

"THE GOOD It's important to understand that this is an affordable hostel with a view but is not as fancy as it may seem in the photos. You're not going to get a luxury, super-comfortable stay with a bay view at this low of price. Speaking of the view, it's very nice during the day and at night from the top floor breakfast room and the bay view rooms on the levels right below it. Speaking of breakfast, you do have to cook the eggs yourself, but there are three burners and some other good food options, too. We also had a great experience with the staff at the reception desk, who were friendly, helpful, and apologetic about any issues. The WiFi was good, with a modem and router in each room. The location is great, too, if you love shopping streets, street food, fish markets, wharfs, and a more locals side of Busan. Access to the subway and buses is incredible, so you can get over to Haeudae Beach, Gwangali Beach, Dadaepo Beach, Gamcheon Culture Village, Busan Station (for trains to Seoul and Gyeongju), and more, but if you want to frequent Haeudae, it's kind of a long haul from here. THE NOT-SO-GOOD Our bay view room was a bit gimmicky, because while the view was nice, the room is quite small, has flimsy furniture, and lacks hooks (except the one in the window where the sun will fade your clothes). The wall of windows is cool to look through, but in May, we had the curtains closed 99% of the time because the south-facing room gets blasted by the sun and the AC isn't powerful enough to counteract it. The room was in need of maintenance, too, with ruined flooring due to a poor bathroom door design and things starting to fall apart in the bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom, if you need 100% total privacy, it may not work for you. The shade over the very large window is barely sufficient in its thickness, and it has a two-inch gap on either side where you can see down to the street 9 stories below (see photo). You have to stand in a specific spot in the bathroom while showering with the handheld showerhead in order to feel entirely private, and you have to be very careful to not spray the leaky door. We also discovered that things that aren't used regularly can be dusty, and we found dust bunnies in the hallways. The bed also had a firm, squeaky spring mattress that didn't encourage the greatest sleep. If you're a backpacker or budget traveler like us, you'll find this place passable (especially for the price, location, and breakfast), but if you have normal hotel standards, this hostel may not meet them."

"Location of the hotel is between 2 subway stations. Quite convenient. Many eateries just a station away. However, the room comes without a proper window,the so called window open up to the next building exhaust fan. So if one open the window for fresh air, you will get the full exhaust air. Bad! Meanwhile, there is no cleaning of the room thru out our stay of 4 nights. So keep your own room cleaned."

"Excellent kitchen facilities with amazing trash compartments & detailed descriptions on where banana peels go but slight discrepancies eg reception said banana peels go in the red bin between sink & stove and reception’s mum said it went in the trash bin. Reception took out my banana peels from trash bin into red bin & his mum took out from red bin into trash bin. The shoe removal on level 5 + 7 are fine too but a stool at the lift is better than sitting at the steps, to wear shoes Asked for second pillow & duvet & happy with fast service"

"This was my first solo trip abroad, and my first time in Busan, so I booked this hotel hoping for a new, clean place where I could sleep without stress. It turned out to be the perfect choice! The location is what you'd call a bustling downtown area, perhaps like Kabukicho or Shibuya in Japan. However, it felt very safe, possibly because it's right behind Lotte Department Store. I'd walk past stylish BBQ restaurants and other eateries on my way back, so even if I stayed out late for shopping and dinner, the location felt secure. The hotel lobby and front desk are small and cozy, but stylish and bright. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant and kind to me, even as a Japanese person. It was also reassuring that there was always staff at the front desk, even late at night. The room had a modern feel with bright wood tones and white decor! It was simple, without unnecessary embellishments, which I really liked. Although it felt a bit small, I was out exploring the city during the day. For spending mornings and evenings, I was alone, but I think it would be perfectly sufficient for a couple as well. It was the typical Korean setup with no bathtub, just a shower/toilet/sink area. But to my surprise, in addition to the showerhead, there was also a rain shower! A rain shower would be perfect for warming up, especially in winter. And get this – amenities were included! Everything from a toothbrush to toner was packed into a cute bag, making it feel like you could stay here practically empty-handed. Plus, the toilet even had a bidet, which is such a welcome feature for Japanese people!!!! There was just one tiny thing: it might have been just during my stay, but it was noisy outside from construction starting around 7 AM. However, I think this was just a matter of timing. Once the construction is over, or on a different day, it might be different. Overall, considering the location, amenities, and facilities, it was a very good value for money stay! If I ever go to Busan again, I'd love to stay here. Thank you!"

"While we were provided unlimited clean towels, you may need to replace the old ones. Would be nice if there’s a little light on each bunk bed to avoid leaving the major lights open or closed for everyone. Also, additional outlets would help instead of just 2 when there are 4 in the room. The staff that looks like Takenori Akagi is very nice, welcoming and took care of everything. The other staff were not that friendly."
