"We were quite disappointed upon arrival. We had specifically booked a mountain view room, but were given a city view room with mountains in the distant background—a view that looked nothing like what was advertised in the hotel’s room listing. When we raised this with the front desk and showed them the discrepancy using a photo comparison (our view vs. the advertised one), we were told that the building had been constructed recently and the room photos hadn’t been updated. However, the buildings obstructing our view clearly appeared not to be new, making that explanation unconvincing. What was even more disappointing was the lack of any effort to rectify the situation. The hotel could have at least offered us an alternative room, even a cheaper one with partial sea and mountain views, but this wasn’t done. We ended up paying a premium for a view that didn’t meet expectations, and left feeling misled. Parking The listing stated free parking, but both nights, the hotel car park was full. We had to park in public areas, and one night, we ended up parking at the roadside due to a lack of space. As foreigners unfamiliar with Korean parking regulations, this caused unnecessary stress—we were worried about the risk of parking fines for potentially illegal parking. Other Concerns There seemed to be extra charges for everything. Only two complimentary bottles of water were provided each night. When we went to the lobby to ask for two paper cups, we were told we had to pay for them. Fortunately, this charge was waived—possibly because they were aware of our parking issue—but it still left a negative impression."

"It was a decent experience overall. However, the bathtub was on the balcony, with only a flimsy, semi-transparent glass partition. The balcony across the way had a direct view, so it felt unusable. The hygiene was very good. The location was a bit remote, with the nearest convenience store several kilometers away, but it was pitch black and very quiet at night, with fresh air. There's a swimming pool on the rooftop, but it closes at 9 PM, so I didn't get a chance to use it."

The walls aren't particularly soundproof on all sides (as is apparently the case in all hotels here), but it was perfectly fine. I even had a bathtub. "4박 제주 여행중 총 3개의 호텔에 묵었고 그 중 가장 아쉬운 숙소였습니다. 비교적 저렴한 가격에 현재 트립닷컴에는 후기가 없길래 타 사이트 후기들 참고해서 전체적인 평이 좋길래 선택했는데 제가 느낀점 팩트에 기반하여 남겨보겠습니다. 1. 주차, 체크인 수월, 프론트 직원분 딱히 친절하지도 불친절하지도 않고 첫인상은 괜찮았음. 2. 방에 딱 들어서자 쿱쿱하고 불쾌한 냄새ㅠㅠ 3. 전체적으로 청결해 보였으나 저녁에 샤워하려고보니 이전 사람들의 머리카락 수채구멍에 그대로...(출장다니며 여느 모텔에서도 본적없는 청결상태에 깜짝놀랐네요...), 샤워부스 아래 문지방같은 하얀 부분에 붉은색 물때 그대로... 4. 침대는 편안해서 잘잠! 5. 강아지 짖는소리등 밤늦게, 새벽 이른 시간 시끄러움 5. 다른방 투숙객들 오가는 말소리, 캐리어 끄는 소리 선명하게 다 들림 6. 지니에게 말하면 불꺼주고 커텐 열어쥬는 최첨단 시스템 좋음! 나열해보자면 이정도였습니다. 리뷰속 바다전망 보고 예약했던건데 제가 묵었던 방은 사진과같이 숲? 동네 뷰 였습니다. 하루 잠만 자고 가기엔 저렴허고 나쁘지않은 조건이었지만, 그래도 기본적으로 숙박업체는 청결도가 기본인데 기본이 갖춰지지않아 너무 아쉬웠습니다. 그래도 위치상 다시 제주에 온다면 또 가볼듯도한데 그땐 더 깔끔한 모습으로 마주하고싶네요!"
