"This hotel is really close to Jongno 3-ga Station, making it super convenient for getting to Gyeongbokgung Palace and Myeongdong. The room was a bit small, but very clean. You can store your luggage before check-in, and the self-check-in process was a breeze. For a Seoul city center hotel, it offers excellent value for money."

"The hotel's location is truly excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk to the MRT station, and there are plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby. However, the air conditioning unit in the room couldn't provide heating. In spring, when the weather fluctuates so much, heating is actually quite necessary. Also, both the duvet and sheets had stains on them. I hope they check them after washing before making the bed, as the stains were very obvious."

"It's a brand new capsule hotel. Fairly clean but there are no regular cleaners for amenity area through out the day. Bathroom had these hair all over. Otherwise, its luxurious capsule hankok hotel. It's near Kyungbokgung palace and bukchangdong. Also, nightly eating and drinking place near within 4 blocks up north, 4 blocks south. Or just go for early morning walk near Kyungbokgong was very pleasant too. I could find any early morning café but you have coffee at the hotel during free brunch which was minimal western style."

"The location is incredibly convenient. You can walk to Insadong Culture Street, and Gyeongbokgung Palace is nearby. There's also Unhyeongung Palace, which is free to enter, and the Korean Music History Museum, also free, with easily accessible restrooms and water fountains. Right below the hotel, there's a convenience store, and out on the main street, you'll find plenty of food options and a MEGA Coffee. Plus, a brightly lit building next door makes it feel very safe, even if you return late. You even pass a 119 fire station on the way from Anguk Station Subway Exit 4 to the hotel, which adds to the feeling of security. There are also direct airport buses nearby, which is a huge convenience. The hotel staff at the reception were very friendly. You can store your luggage for free if you check in early or after checking out. The lobby on the first floor also has a water dispenser and restrooms. I found the lighting in the room to be ample, and they even provided amenities like razors and toothbrushes. The room I stayed in this time was also spacious enough. As for cleanliness, I'd say it was okay and acceptable. Regarding temperature, it couldn't be adjusted independently and relied on floor heating. Occasionally, it felt a bit chilly, but it was still acceptable."

"A bit hard to find. Turn left at the intersection in picture 1, then go through the door in picture 2 and take the elevator to the 4th floor. The room is very small, with hostel-like facilities. The shared bathroom is clean, but there's no toilet, so you have to use the public toilets in the building. Otherwise, I'm quite satisfied."

"Pros: Located right by Chungmuro Exit 7, with a very well-stocked convenience store downstairs. Cons: The cleanliness needs significant improvement. The electronic lock was a pain to use. While the visible areas of the room were passable, the hidden ones were just… speechless. Even though it had a balcony, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned. There was a full wall of built-in storage, but when I opened the shoe cabinet by the entrance, there was a used towel from a previous guest. The pillowcases were dirty, and the sheets had many stains. While this whole experience was pretty unacceptable, at least they did change everything for us the next day."

"Overall a good option for solo travelers. Located right near Dongdaemun subway station, very convenient to get to main touristy areas. There’s a 7/11 right outside the hotel and lots of restaurants in the area, some of them open 24/7. The room isn’t too small, enough to unpack your suitcase. There was a huge TV in the room with various streaming services available, nice to unwind watching a show at the end of the day. All necessary amenities were provided like towels, bathrobes, even hygienic product samples like lotion, cotton swabs, washing cloth etc. The lock is automatic, and I felt pretty safe in the hotel. Personally not a fan of Korean style bathrooms (no separation between showering area and the toilet), but you can get used to it. Please note that cleaning is upon request only."

"I was a tad surprised 😯 when I saw my room. Room 508 was super minimalist - everything was function able. The loo was next to the shower. It was kinda tricky getting the right temperature for a shower. There's a fridge. Bedsheets are clean and bright. There was no funky or musty smells. Laundry is available free on level 3 and 4. Detergent can be bought for 1000 krw on the 2nd level - just make sure to adjust the dryer temperature to 50-70 degrees celsius. I especially like the Mei Tofu eatery below Ziyolk - the owner is Korean Chinese - lunch and dinner are sumptuous for around 11k to 18k krw. Just avoid peak periods around 11.30am onwards and 6.30pm if you're shy, introverted and dislike noise. All in all it's a stupendous deal to stay for cheap in a tiny room."

"It was a cute stay. The shared space such as kitchen and living room is adorable. Lovely that you can use the washing machine and lovely that you got cereals and coffee or tea. I stayed 3 days but first day I just came to leave my stuff and I arrived back in the second day of my stay where I realized the fact that they got a kitchen , haha. The bad thing was the stairs, if you got +20kg luggage and 10 kg backpack as a solo girl is hard to go up as there is self entry space. I had no idea so it was a surprise when I got to the machine self check in. I guess this is how they do in Seoul. It was interesting. The bad things: the bed sheets aren’t too soft, kinda rough, not sure if is the material or the detergent. And for the capsule beds, they are made of wood or wood material , that means if anyone moves, you will hear absolutely every little movement of any kind if anyone moves. Usually there is another material to the new capsule stuff, not wood, so if anyone moves you don’t hear anything. These being noticed, is pretty hard to sleep with these 2 things . I didn’t had a rest sleep the 2 nights I spent here but it was still a cute stay. (And no, the earplugs doesn’t work, I put them in my ears + a eye mask that is circular the head ) also there is strong light during the night too in the capsules, there is no button to close that nonstop light."
