"Returned to this hotel. My flight was at 5:45 PM, and I arrived in Vientiane from Pakse at 8 AM. So, I booked a room again to rest, store my luggage, do laundry, and shower. Since I hadn't showered for two nights on the bus, it was a huge relief when the hotel immediately washed my clothes. By the time I checked out at 2 PM, everything was dry. I called the hotel and spoke to someone at the front desk who spoke Chinese. I was able to arrange an early check-in for the morning (my flight was the night before) and a late check-out until 2 PM, for which I paid the standard fee. When I was checking in, the other staff members didn't seem to understand and kept searching for today's booking, saying they couldn't find it, and initially refused the late check-out. Luckily, a Chinese guest I had met during my previous stay was still there and helped communicate in English. They eventually allowed me to check in but still insisted on a 12 PM check-out. However, I didn't actually use the bed, so they didn't need to clean it; I just took a shower and sat in the lobby until 2 PM. This hotel offers great value for money, and the food is delicious. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Vientiane."

"I was able to check in early. The hotel informed me that I could check in even though I arrived at 11 am. Although the booking confirmation said pub access was around noon to afternoon, the location was quite good with minimal disturbance at night, though a bit quiet. After 6 pm, finding food was difficult, except for papaya salad at 100 baht per plate. There are 3 small shops nearby that accept Thai QR code payments and Thai baht. In the morning, from 5 am to 6 am, there are stalls selling curry with sticky rice. These accept Thai baht and Lao baht, but not Thai QR code payments. The location is good, but there's a house with a dog that barks and tries to bite people, but I managed to avoid them. The Suwannaree Hotel I booked is on the left if you walk straight from the three-way intersection; there are Suwannaree 1 and Suwannaree 2, so look for the signs."

"Facilities: Very complete, no different from domestic hotels. The owner is especially nice. Cleanliness: Very clean. The blankets and sheets were neat and odorless. The bathroom was clean, and the room had no unpleasant smell. Environment: The hotel is right next to a main road, easy to find. The corridors and rooms are very nice. Service: The owner is very helpful. They even picked me up from the airport late at night and helped me arrange transportation. Very good, I would recommend this hotel."
