"The hostel is conveniently located, with a bus stop just a two to three-minute walk away. It's also not far from the Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum, about a ten-minute walk. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and have a good attitude. Less positive experiences: 1. The room is quite small; there's hardly any space left after putting down luggage. 2. Cleanliness needs improvement. There were visible dirty marks on the duvet cover (picture 3), many small spots on the carpet (picture 5), and ants on the room walls and bed (picture 7). 3. There is no kettle. 4. The balcony is shared among several rooms (picture 8), and the room has no openable windows. If the balcony door is closed, the air doesn't circulate, but leaving it ajar feels unsafe. 5. Information displayed on the website platform is inconsistent with reality. For example, it shows 'laundry service' (picture 9), but the hostel actually doesn't have a laundry room for guests. They only provide addresses of external laundromats for guests to take their clothes to themselves."

"This isn't a hotel, it's a dormitory-style hostel. It's a bit old, but if you're used to hostels, you should be fine. There's a women-only shower room (with 3 stalls) and two women's toilets, and they weren't particularly crowded. However, the cleaning seemed to be outsourced. Since it was only done once during the day, it could get a bit messy if used late at night or early in the morning. The room window was small and not really sufficient for ventilation. There was some kind of air purifier, but it constantly showed a red light, so I'm not sure if it was working properly. There's no air conditioning or fan, so it might be tough in peak summer or winter. The lockers are a bit small, so a 100-yen shop dial padlock was just right. The kitchen was kept clean regularly. There are four induction cooktops and a variety of cooking utensils, so about four people could cook simultaneously. It might get quite crowded during peak hours. I knew the location when I chose it, but there really isn't much around. However, Flixbus departs from the station roundabout, and if you use it, you can travel to other cities cheaper than by train. So, it might be good for sightseeing beyond the central station (Mauritshuis/Girl with a Pearl Earring, Efteling, etc.). For groceries, the Vomar supermarket (7-minute walk) is probably cheaper than the one directly in front. Overall, I had no problems during my stay, but I got the impression that there were many non-travelers, like students staying long-term or people working locally."

"The blue room is smaller than the red room, but they're in the same location and cost the same. There's an airport shuttle, but it's a large one that picks up many people, so the wait can be quite long. Other hotels nearby offer larger rooms; the 0.8-meter-wide bed here is so small it's hard to even turn over."

"Pros: location Cons: location! Location is very convenient, lots of restaurants and bars around the hostel. However, this means that a lot of the downside of staying somewhere “where the party is” was also there. Some guests will come back home drunk and make a lot of noise, also if staying on Friday nights music from the nearby clubs can be disruptive if you’re a light sleeper. Nonetheless, room was okay, and having a bathroom inside the room was really nice."

"I stayed two nights instead of one due to the holiday altering at the last minute. First room was comfortable if the decor was a little tatty with age. Only complaint really is lack of space in the en-suite but shower was good and all private facilities is very good rather than sharing something larger. The second room was better decorated and had the same facilities as the first including a safe which is excellent. No in room drinks but free use of drinks dispenser at reception which was handy enough and made a refreshing drink. I didn’t miss the lack of meals as they offered a 10% discount at the Argentine restaurant on the ground floor - so far I haven’t had occasion to try it. As other reviews point out the stairs are steep and I personally wouldn’t want to be any higher than the first floor just because of the struggle to get a case up and down. Having changed rooms reception staff were very friendly and helpful I felt that my luggage was safe with them while the second room was prepared. While I was there the temperature outside was in the mid to high 20s but both rooms were fine with the air conditioning working fine contrary to other reports All in all I was very happy with my stay and plan to rebook for my return journey home with it being very handy for Eurostar."

"We e-mailed them to ask if we could add an extra bed in the room and they said yes (obviously for a fee). When we arrived they forgot about this but when I reminded them and they saw the bank transfer they said it would have still been possible to add the extra bed. Beside this, location was perfect and the room was clean. A bit small but it’s fair for the price. Also deposit is 100€."

"The hotel is located in a very beautiful area of Museum Square. The personnel is really polite and friendly, the matrasses are comfortable. However, I would advise to improve the sound isolation, unfortunately, it can be very noisy."
