"We had a pleasant stay at the hotel and appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff, the clean and comfortable room, and the overall relaxing atmosphere. The location was also convenient, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. One area that could be improved is the bathroom drainage. The bathroom floor does not drain properly because the drain appears to be higher than the floor level, causing water to accumulate after use. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would like to thank the hotel team for their hospitality and efforts in providing a comfortable experience. We look forward to staying here again in the future."

"The bed and beddings smells clean. However, check room 241 if its the room assigned to you. The door key is not working. I complained 3 or 4 times but the receptionists are not keen to fix the problem. The sink and drainage are clogged. You can't enjoy taking a bath and brushing your teeth. I don't have time to change room as I frequently go out for some errands and meeting. I thought it was fixed everytime I go out and tell them about the problem with the key but to no avail. So check room 241 before you unpack. It's the only hotel where you return the key at the reception whenever you go out. So when the key is not working, you have to go back to the reception again and again. Raining and humid, so my stay was stressful."

"Really nice place and definitely a great stay! The moment we entered, it already smelled so good. The room was clean, cool, and comfortable, and everything was pretty much perfect. The check-in details and authorization were provided before our arrival, with clear instructions on how to enter the building, which made the check-in process easy and smooth. The balcony view was a little different from what I expected, but it was still nice. The location was also very convenient, with an Alfamart nearby where we bought groceries and food. The elevator was a bit challenging since the area was under construction, but it wasn’t a big issue. The only problem was the electricity going out around 9 AM until our 11 AM checkout. Thankfully, the room stayed cool, so we just slept through it. 😅 Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back! ❤️"
