"The staff are friendly. They were able to accommodate all our needs (a bonus for 24/7 availability). The location is good. It's a walking distance to a convenience store. Although it's far from other restaurants and malls, there are taxis/grab available. "I’ve been traveling for a while and stayed at Gems Stone BR for several days—and the experience was superb! From the moment you enter, it feels like you’re stepping into a 5-star hotel, maybe even better. The unit feels fresh, and you can really tell it’s well-maintained and spotlessly clean. No roaches at all (unlike other places I’ve stayed in before!). Location is also a big plus—it’s very accessible and close to Mall of Asia. Since I was staying for an extended period, I requested unit cleaning and linen change, and the response and action were a perfect 10/10. Highly recommended, especially for those who are picky and prioritize comfort and ambiance. We will definitely book this unit again! Plus, they’re very responsive to all your needs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅"

"The room was decently spacious, yet there wasn't much inside. No refrigerator or microwave. It was fairly yet sloppily cleaned since there was tissues left on the cups on the table used to clean them. Shower is decently big but only has a shower curtain so water spillage is unavoidable - this is only a problem cause the it spills to the entrance of the bathroom where the water stagnates and doesn't drain properly cause of the very even floor. The worst part is the wifi is non-existent, very slow and erratic. TV was in Chinese but still usable except when wifi is having problems. Had to use data throughout my 2-Day stay. It was also a little bit noisy, unsure if it was staff or guest but it was almost every night. Pros: Staff was very polite including the guards. Location is prime. Bed and Chairs were comfortable. No keycard needed for the power in the room so it stays very chill even when you are out and about."

"We stayed in a Deluxe Room, but we experienced several issues during our stay. First, the air conditioning was set to automatic mode. Even though I tried to set the temperature to 16°C because the room was too hot, it kept returning to 28–29°C. I was unable to change or control the temperature properly. Also, the toilet bowl was clogged. It could not flush properly, and the water was draining very slowly. I called for assistance, but instead of fixing the problem, the housekeeper only provided a toilet plunger and said that she would leave it in the room. This was very inconvenient and frustrating, especially when using the toilet. After using it, we could not use the toilet again immediately because the waste remained in the bowl due to the slow flushing. I hope this issue can be properly addressed and that better assistance will be provided to guests in the future."

"Amazing place. It's a love hotel that could actually work as a stopover if you're ready to experience Manila as it truly is. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness: no insects in the room, no dirt, and a clean jacuzzi, which isn't always the case even in more expensive hotels in Moscow. One of the hotel staff, a gecko, clearly protected us from insects! However, the bathrooms definitely need fixing. The pipes on both floors are leaking, which has led to a persistent puddle of stagnant water that never dries up. The mattress was firm, perhaps too much so for our liking. And the stairs are quite steep, which might not be comfortable for everyone. The hotel staff were generally friendly; I'm sure they would have been willing to help if needed, but we didn't have any issues. However, no one took the initiative, so over our three-day stay, we weren't even offered fresh towels or trash removal, which was a bit disappointing. The location is convenient because it's close to the airport (this was a big draw for us, as we only had two days in Manila). But on the other hand, stepping outside the hotel plunges you into the surrounding poverty: markets, homeless people. In the evenings, it felt a bit uncomfortable getting around without a taxi. I'd recommend taking a taxi every time you return after sunset. And yes, being close to the airport means plane noise day and night, so be prepared for that. All in all, my wife and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and we might even consider returning next time."
