This hotel is absolutely fantastic, even better than the pictures! The location is excellent – just a 150-meter walk straight from Ratchathewi station. It's very close to the Siam shopping area, and you can easily walk to Central World and Platinum Fashion Mall in about fifteen minutes. The room facilities are all brand new, and the bedding and toiletries are top-notch. Every detail shows care, making for a very comfortable stay. Huge thumbs up! The staff are very welcoming and helped carry our luggage upstairs; their service is thoughtful and attentive. If I had to pick a downside, the bathroom sink is a bit small, but still perfectly functional. Also, the noise from motorbikes on the street outside is unavoidable, but it gets much better after midnight. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Bangkok!

The room was spotless and brand new. I stayed in a room with an en-suite bathroom. Although it was a bit small, the decor and design were excellent. Even though it's in a bustling area, I was still able to sleep soundly. The bedding was pristine. It's only a one-minute walk to the BTS station, and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended for solo travelers staying for a few days.

I want to write this review based on my personal experience during my stay, without intending to accuse any guest or staff member. I have already filed a police report, and there is no conclusion yet as to who committed the act. During my stay, my personal camera went missing from inside the shared dormitory room. I admit that I was partly negligent, as I put the camera in a bag and placed it on the inner side of my upper bunk bed, thinking it was my own space and no one would interfere with items not on someone else's bed. However, this incident made me realize that in a shared room, we cannot anticipate that our belongings will be safe just because they are on an upper bunk. Therefore, what I want to suggest to the accommodation is not just about ”preventing loss of items,” but about the overall security system for guests. I would like to see consideration for installing CCTV cameras inside the dormitory rooms at appropriate locations, or at least in areas where incidents can be monitored. This must be designed in accordance with the law and respect guests' privacy rights, for example, by positioning cameras appropriately, clearly informing guests, limiting access to footage, and setting appropriate data retention periods. For me, CCTV cameras are not only useful in cases of lost property or theft, but can also be used to monitor other security incidents when they occur, such as accidents, altercations, emergencies, or situations where guests request an investigation of facts. Another point I want to convey to the accommodation is that when an incident occurred, I fully understand that the accommodation must be careful about the rights and privacy of other guests and should not disclose personal information or conduct searches without proper criteria. But at the same time, I would like there to be clear guidelines on how the accommodation can cooperate with victims and the police when an incident that may involve the safety or property of guests occurs, without having to choose between ”respecting guests' rights” and ”assisting victims.” My own incident caused me great concern, because when I reported it to the police, the officers asked if the accommodation had checked the room or related areas. But at the same time, the accommodation itself was concerned about guests' rights. So I felt burdened to request further investigation, as I did not want this matter to infringe on anyone else's rights. Ultimately, I could only file a police report, and there was no room inspection in the way I had hoped would help uncover further evidence. I am not writing this review to say who is at fault or who is the thief, because I do not have enough evidence to accuse anyone, and I do not want other guests to suffer from unconfirmed accusations. But as a guest, I admit I feel somewhat let down because my belongings went missing despite being on an upper bunk, and it made me realize that the security system of shared dormitory rooms should be developed to be more robust. I will take this incident as a lesson and will be more careful with my personal belongings in the future. Regarding the accommodation, I would like to leave this as a suggestion: if there were a clear security system, with appropriate camera recording in suitable areas, and clear procedures for handling incidents that can involve coordination with the police or relevant authorities under the law, it would likely make both guests and the accommodation feel safer and more at ease. I hope this experience will be beneficial for the development of the accommodation and help future guests feel more secure and confident. The accommodation is very pleasant, and overall, I am very happy with the environment. The view is beautiful, it's by the river, and the price is affordable.

Found this place to stay when my flight was suddenly canceled. It's very close to public transportation, with convenience stores and plenty of shops nearby, making it much more convenient than expected. The room is quite spacious and very comfortable to sleep in. I'll definitely come back next time!

The service here is great, but there were many issues: 1) Address was wrong on trip app and I wasn’t able to get there on Bolt. I hailed a taxi as it was raining and called the hotel as the driver couldn’t find the location. I was told the road name but not where. I called again and no one could speak thai to the driver. In the end, I managed to navigate using google maps, and it was fortunate that I can speak Thai, because the driver couldn’t only speak thai. However trip was very generous and refunded my taxi and bolt. 2) My first room was next to the railway track and the sound of the trains + horn kept me up, and when i managed to sleep, I woke up at 5am because of the first train. That was room number 206. The hotel was misrepresented as a hotel with laundry and a dryer for clothes, but it did not have that. The nearest laundry next to the hotel is at 100Baht per kilo. However, the receptionist kindly directed me to a coin operated laundromat about 10mins walk away, and it was just 70baht for a full load, with a dryer at 50baht for 25mins. 3) I requested for a room change and this time, was allocated room 401 which I could still hear the trains but it wasn’t so loud. I thought that was the end of my troubles, but it only began in earnest after that. The first night, the lift got spoilt and I had to walk up 4 flights of stairs using my handphone as a torch as it was so dark. The receptionist walked up with me and there were no handrails on the steps. Children walking up may fall off! 4) I woke at 6am the next day and realised after filling the bath tub, that the water was tepid warm at best, even after setting the heater to maximum heat. I also found bites all over my legs and back, and concluded that there were either bugs on the bed or something. I went to reception and requested that they do a deep clean of the room and fix the heater. When I got back after a day of exploring, the heater was still not fixed, the room looked clean and neat and they gave me another 2 bottles of water which was 👍. The receptionist asked me to try the bed again, and I got bitten, again. I tried to sleep and managed to sleep but was woken up by construction noises on Monday at 7am. I was warned that there was construction happening in advance, so I was prepared for it, but didn’t realise it would start that early :) 5) Day 3 was check out, and I was very impressed with the service. An older man helped me with the bags into Bolt, and it was fast and seamless. All in all, the service was great but the hotel wasn’t. It looked clean but that room I stayed in gave me severe bites + allergies. I will not be back even though the location is excellent.

We stayed here for one night just to look around Sukhumvit Road. Luckily, we only stayed for one night. Even though we didn’t expect much, what we experienced was below the minimum standard that a property should meet to operate as a hotel and charge over ฿1,000 for a private room on a weekday. The only advantage of this hotel is its location. You will be welcomed by the intense smell of mothballs, which are commonly used in restaurant toilets. Upstairs, the hallway was filled with the smell of urine. I thought I was staying in a hotel, but it felt like I was sleeping in a toilet. Even worse, we could smell the shower drain throughout the night. Moreover, the bed should be replaced, as the springs were completely worn out and broken. The power socket next to the bed was also not in good condition and did not appear safe to use. You could even see burn marks on it. We didn’t notice it clearly at first, so we plugged in our phone charger, only to find that it wasn’t charging properly. This could potentially damage your device and, more importantly, seems like a safety hazard. Their internal communication was also inefficient. I requested a late check-out until 2 p.m. and agreed to pay an additional ฿300. However, it turned out that the electricity to our room was cut off at 12:00 p.m. There was also no running water (I was actually taking a shower at the time). A clean room, no unpleasant smells, a decent-quality mattress, safety and proper internal communication are basic facilities and services that every hotel, whether cheap or expensive, should provide. We stayed at J Two S Pratunam as a couple and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering good value for money. The location is very convenient—close to Pratunam Market, shopping areas, and public transport. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A nice, affordable choice for couples looking for a comfortable stay in the heart of Bangkok.

Overall, I had a decent stay. The staff were polite, the location was convenient, and the room was comfortable enough. However, the hotel really needs to improve its cleanliness. The room and common areas could have been much cleaner, and housekeeping should pay more attention to detail.

The hotel is right in the city center, within walking distance to major shopping areas and attractions. The subway station is right downstairs, making getting around incredibly convenient. Even though it's in a bustling area, the room windows are well soundproofed, offering a peaceful retreat from the noise. The value for money is outstanding – it's definitely my top choice when visiting this city!
