The room is clean with a balcony. The bathroom is very good for this price. It's very good. The bed is soft. The staff is very cute. Brother, you can eat for free in the room. We checked in at 11:00 PM because the flight was delayed. The staff waited and welcomed us very well. I woke up in the morning and met the young man. He is very good. ❤️❤️❤️ Korean top level 😘😘😘 Thank you for your kindness and service.

I slept here because I needed to be somewhere close in the environment of the resort. It is not close to the city, but for me the location was thus convenient. Furthermore, the houses are nice and spacious. Very clean and everything looks new. The owners are also very helpful. After asking if there were motorbikes for rent in the area he directly made some calls for me, and after hearing there where none available he offered me to book a taxi for me. I really did enjoy my stay at Ban Ton Resort!

Had a great time at The One Residence. Both cleaning and reception staff are very friendly and efficient. Hotel is right in centre of town close to Central Plaza, and bus and train stations. The room is large and well-equipped with a large comfortable bed. The shower is warm and powerful. Overall, lots of amenities for a budget hotel. I would recommend due to location, price, facilities and service.

A good hotel room offers comfort, cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities that make guests feel relaxed and welcome. The bed is soft and inviting, with fresh linens and supportive pillows that ensure a restful night’s sleep. The room is well-lit and tastefully decorated, creating a calm and pleasant atmosphere. Modern facilities such as air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, a television, and convenient charging outlets enhance the stay. The bathroom is spotless and stocked with quality toiletries and fluffy towels. Adequate storage space, a work desk, and a beautiful view from the window add to the overall experience, making the room both functional and enjoyable for travelers.

Arrived at hotel around 11:30pm due to bus delays. I was told by hotel ownerl that his hotel was fully booked and he had arranged for me to stay at another hotel which was just opposite (though I had fully paid for my room well in advance). The substited hotel is called City Inn which I found it to be quite good. As I actually did not stay at Mani Residence, I am not in a position to comment on its cleanliness and amenities but out of courtesy, I have given it to be 5/5. As for Location, I think it is very good.

The facilities are old, but the bathrooms are clean and the atmosphere is like an old Thai inn. The restaurant right next to the entrance is a famous local restaurant in the Isan area. Teppanyaki and pork dishes are also good for Korean tastes. It's right across from Udon Town, so it's great for shopping or eating.

From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel itself is clean, cozy, and perfectly located—but what truly sets it apart is the owner’s kindness and hospitality. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable, offering thoughtful conversations that made me feel more like a guest in their home than a customer. If you’re looking for a place that blends comfort with connection, this is it. Highly recommended!

Stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, but barely slept because the room above us was occupied by foreigners. They were nagging each other day and night. I don't know where they got their energy from. They kept changing corners. There were sounds of dragging things. Late at night, I heard a baby crying, probably his child. The banging sound was very loud (I thought to myself, it's not a girl, she's all bruised already🥹). When we were about to check out, they still hadn't stopped. 5555 In the end, I could only say ”wowwww”.
