Very advanced homestay, fully self-service, there is a phone on the door when you arrive late, instructing you how to open the door with the code lock, the shared living room and kitchen are very large, breakfast is also self-service, milk and drinks are available in the refrigerator, two slices of prepared bread are toasted and eaten, washing dishes while looking at the swimming pool outside the window, it feels a bit like home. There are billiards and chess and cards to play, the yard is also exquisite and beautiful, very close to the beach, a very good choice

Checked in late no problems but advised previous day that would need late checkout as arriving early hours of the morning. Put in room next too house keeping. Music blaring from house keeping and loud sounds from 6.30am. Best to make a request not near the house keeping if you plan on trying to get some sleep. On a postive note the room was clean and tidy. Reception not very friendly either so over all not the best place to stay.

An old hotel worth experiencing. There are many foods around. Italian street, very close to the port, the coast is beautiful. The historical precipitation of the room beauty + delicious tea bag coffee. On the top floor there is an open-air local favorite restaurant + bar that can see all sides of the city from a distance. The hotel has a bread maker and a great environment. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and dining. The room was very clean, with good natural light and ventilation. The bed was just the right firmness, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were efficient. The WiFi was stable, and there was plenty of hot water in the bathroom. Overall, it exceeded my expectations and is highly recommended for both leisure and business trips.

There's parking available, which is a big plus for a city hotel, even if it's a bit tight. The room was just okay, a little less impressive than what you'd find in a typical budget hotel in China, mainly because some of the furnishings felt a bit dated. It seemed like there was no free WiFi, so I had to use my mobile data. When I first entered the room, there was a strong musty smell, and the window only opened a crack. However, the air conditioning's heating worked well and warmed up the room quickly. Overall, the value for money is still pretty decent.

The location is great, making it easy to get around East Perth and close to the Swan River. The room is spacious enough and comes with a basic kitchenette, including a fridge and microwave. There's also free parking for those driving, and the value for money is decent. However, the soundproofing is definitely weak. You can clearly hear people in the hallway, noise from the next room, and traffic from the street. Light sleepers should seriously consider this. I later found out many guests complain about the noise; perhaps it's a common issue in many Perth hotels? The facilities are a bit dated, but it's perfectly fine for a short stay or a quick stopover.

The virtual front desk here is quite illusory. They said the convenience store would be open until 6:30 PM, but it was already closed before 6 PM. The sign on the door said it was open until 8 PM... The code they sent for the key box was wrong, so I couldn't open it. Luckily, I was able to reach them by phone and get a new code to retrieve my room card. However, after 6:50 PM, guests can't enter through the main entrance and have to go around to a small door and back entrance through the garage, which is very inconvenient. The facilities are a bit old, and the hygiene felt just average. The soundproofing is poor, so it was a bit noisy at night.

Facilities: General facilities, hair dryer is a bit problematic, blowing for dozens of seconds will automatically cut off the power. Hygiene: Hygiene is OK, but I don't clean the room for two days. I stayed for 3 days to clean it. . . . This is a bit strange Environment: The room environment is quite satisfactory. However, the hotel itself has resort facilities, restaurant beer bar, small golf course, many locals come to play on weekends, and the whole is more casual. Service: Service is acceptable and more polite.

Despite being advertised as an airport hotel, it's still quite a drive from the airport, around 10 minutes. It's situated right on a main road. The front desk isn't open 24/7! If you're checking in late at night, you'll need to call to get the key code.
