"The hotel was barely acceptable; it had a traditional, old-fashioned feel and a sense of age. Breakfast was extremely basic, with dishes similar to those from a roadside stall. The room furniture was old and heavily soiled; the sofa had unidentified stains, and the walls were covered in various blemishes. This was beyond the scope of the cleaning staff's responsibility and required a complete renovation. Initially, parking was in the basement, but the front desk said it wasn't free, only above-ground parking, and that the basement was under the property management's control, making it difficult to negotiate parking fees. Later, it turned out that even exiting above ground required payment, and I learned that I had to scan a code at the front desk every time I left, which was very inconvenient. When checking out, I was asked to leave my belongings at the front desk, but they refused. A deposit was required for check-in, and having stayed in so many hotels across the country, I haven't paid a deposit in a long time. In short, the hotel had many problems, none of which were the responsibility of the staff. The hotel's management systems and quality control needed to be more modern and up-to-date. I suggest improvements and a more generous approach."
