The location is superb; our 180-degree view room offered stunning views of Meili Snow Mountain as soon as we opened the curtains. The butler was incredibly responsive, answering all our questions and providing a satisfactory solution even when we just casually mentioned a minor dining issue. I hope the hotel continues to thrive. (However, I'd still recommend avoiding having full meals at the hotel. The chef seems to enjoy being creative, and our menu—sweet and sour chicken, sesame oil, ginger, tomato, and egg soup, zucchini with sliced pork, and garlic oil lettuce—was so much that five of us couldn't finish it.)"

"Right after I booked the hotel, the owner proactively called to ask about our arrival time and how we'd be getting there. When they found out we were driving, they gave us precise parking instructions. Once we parked, the owner even had two young boys help us with our luggage, which was very thoughtful. Upon arriving at the hotel, seeing we had children with us, they kindly upgraded us to a room with a view, free of charge. The hotel facilities are incredibly comprehensive. The room's heating system is excellent; not only is there floor heating, but electric blankets are also provided on the bed – a real lifesaver for those who get cold easily! The disposable bath towels are a fantastic detail, especially for germaphobes like me. The hotel is spotlessly clean; even a germaphobe couldn't find fault with it. "We stayed for two nights. We arrived after 9 pm on the first day, and the landlady was very welcoming, helping us with our luggage and preparing dinner. The pear juice she provided was very rich and delicious, and the beef hot pot soup had plenty of meat and was very tasty. The meal was inexpensive but very satisfying. There were some minor issues with the room, such as the window not locking properly, and the bathroom not having a separate shower area, resulting in some dampness and odor. There were also some small insects, which was unavoidable given the abundance of greenery and the excellent ecosystem of the estate. On the second night, the pear juice prepared by the male owner seemed a bit sparse, and the taste wasn't as good as the first night. However, we still bought some from the landlady before leaving, as dried pears are natural and healthy, and the children love them. The breakfast prepared by the landlady was also very rich and nutritious, and the three of us were very satisfied. The estate is quite large, and staying there allowed us to experience their lifestyle, which was quite nice and authentic. Although it was summer vacation, the children still spent a lot of time on homework every day. While I don't completely agree with this, the atmosphere is the kind of idyllic retreat many families dream of, a place for relaxation and rejuvenation. Additionally, when doing laundry, we found that they were using a semi-automatic washing machine, which was quite inconvenient. It's fine if we do laundry occasionally, but it's a waste of time if we do it every day. We joked that we should suggest they get a fully automatic washing machine so the landlady could have an easier time. She's already busy enough with all the housework, and having to climb those incredibly narrow stairs to the rooftop to do laundry every day is just as tiring. Overall, staying at the estate was very comfortable, and with the upstream water flowing through it, it's an ideal summer retreat."

"I traveled thousands of miles to Deqin just to witness the majestic beauty of the snow-capped mountains 🏔. I'm so glad I booked a room with a snow view at this hotel. It was a very cost-effective choice for a solo traveler. When it's time to enjoy life, you should go for it; you only live once. Let this brief freedom be a seasoning for an ordinary life, giving yourself the courage for a better one. The hotel service was excellent; everyone was very attentive to me since I was traveling alone, and they even gave me a small ornament when I left. The room was spacious and elegant, very comfortable to stay in. The diffused oxygen supply also worked well, although I tend to get nervous easily and still went to the hospital to breathe some oxygen for a while. Actually, there's no need to be too afraid of altitude sickness; most symptoms can be relieved at the hospital. Most importantly, the hotel's 5th-floor observation deck is fantastic. You don't need to crowd with people at the Wunongding viewpoint. I left my camera at the hotel to shoot a time-lapse and went to take some portraits. Plus, watching the starry sky and waiting for the sunrise with friends from all corners of the world at the hotel was truly a romantic experience. Finally, regarding the mountain views, this was a completely successful trip. From sunset to high noon, I was honored to witness the diverse charm of Meili Snow Mountain. On the first evening, as the vehicle drove out of National Highway 214, I caught sight of the thirteen peaks of Meili. Clouds drifted slowly, and the sun gradually set. Soon after, the Milky Way hung low above Mt. Miancimu, and Comet Lemmon descended towards Mt. Bawu Bameng, creating a starry night. Under the stars, the Winter Triangle appeared even more captivating, adorned with the Taurus meteor shower, making the night sky seem like a dream. As night deepened and the moon rose, the crescent moon stubbornly illuminated the snow-capped mountains, casting a faint pearly white glow. Until dawn, the sky transformed from blue to pink, heralding the arrival of a new day. At daybreak, the first ray of sunlight illuminated the peak of Kawagarbo, and the legendary 'Sunlight on Golden Mountain' passionately displayed Meili's grandeur. Once the golden light covered all thirteen peaks, the contours of the snow mountain were clearly outlined, and the most beautiful snow mountain finally revealed its perfect form. The mountain doesn't speak, but people have wishes; Meili just stands quietly, inspiring endless imagination. After the crowds receded, the snow mountain returned to its pristine white, and strolling through Wunongding, watching the mountains, listening to the wind, and playing with cats, offered another kind of pleasure. People say that seeing the 'Sunlight on Golden Mountain' brings good luck for the whole year. A year is too long; I only know that at this moment, I have captured the happiness of life."

"Cleanliness: Still very neat and clean. Environment: The guesthouse is located at the very top of the eastern side of Upper Yubeng. If you don't want to commute by pickup truck or climb the 'Despair Slope', I recommend taking the shortcut directly to Upper Yubeng after the second supply point. The scenery is excellent. The guesthouse has a fantastic view, offering panoramic vistas of three snow-capped mountains. The decor is ******* style, leaning towards minimalist. Service: The ladies working here were incredibly responsive to all our requests. Upon check-in, we received custom medals and a supply kit. In the evenings, there was ginger tea, fruit, and late-night snacks. After three days of exhausting hikes, returning to the guesthouse, sitting by the fire, drinking ginger tea, and petting the cats brought immense happiness. I highly recommend their milk tea and coffee; their beauty is the least impressive thing about them – they're just that delicious. Facilities: The hot water temperature was a bit tricky to adjust. As someone sensitive to heat, the water felt too hot after a while. Lastly, the guesthouse also provides disposable towels and bath towels, so my quick-dry towel went completely unused. Guests might consider this to lighten their backpacks."
