"We brought the kids to Ocean Park for Dragon Boat Festival and stayed at this hotel overnight. It was pretty great! The room was clean and odorless, spacious and very comfortable. The smart home system was super convenient; we could control the TV and AC just by talking. There was a faint, pleasant lemon scent in the room, which was really nice. The shower stall was quite large with a good wet/dry separation, and the smart toilet was a real bonus – no need to touch anything, it was more convenient than I ever imagined!"

"We got caught in a heavy downpour right outside the hotel, and the front desk staff member went above and beyond, escorting us to the door herself, getting half soaked in the process – it was incredibly thoughtful! The room had a great separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and the mattress was just the right firmness. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic; everything is close by, so getting around is no hassle at all. If you're looking for an artsy spot, the Cloud Cave Library is a must-see, just a 10-15 minute taxi ride away. Sky Mountain and Holiday Beach are conveniently located along the same route, perfect for enjoying the sea and stunning sunsets. For theme park fun and great photo ops, Changying Global 100 and Feng Xiaogang Movie Town are a short drive away, easily done as a day trip. Foodies should head straight to Haida South Gate Night Market; it’s a lively street packed with all sorts of local snacks. The Xitian Temple Snack Street, a local favorite, is also nearby. And for dinner, you absolutely have to try the Zao Po Cu seafood hotpot – just make sure to find it in the alleyways of Qilou Old Street for an authentic experience!"

"Haikou Accommodation | Aili Hotel Youyi Square Store - The Yifan King Room Was a Pleasant Surprise! The room was very spacious overall, and the cleaning was meticulously done, with no unpleasant odors. The entire room is equipped with XiaoDu smart home control, allowing voice control of lights and curtains – a blessing for the lazy! The 75-inch large TV with screen casting created a fantastic atmosphere for watching shows. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress had just the right firmness, ensuring excellent sleep quality. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation, stable water pressure, making for a very comfortable shower experience. The location is absolutely amazing, right above Youyi Square, offering one-stop shopping and dining. Qilou Old Street is also within walking distance. Although it's in a commercial area, the room's soundproofing was excellent, and it was very quiet at night. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, and check-in was quick. The value for money is definitely there, highly recommended for anyone visiting Haikou!"

"Stayed at this hotel during our transit. Location is superb, just above the chocolate shop at the old street. Super convenient to walk around. But need to walk up stairs especially with luggage so need to take note. Room was spacious but we saw flies and got bitten by mosquitoes inside the room and the aircon was terrible. We were sweating during our sleep despite the aircon was 17degree. It was an unfortunate experience because the weather was very hot and the aircon spoilt our sleeping experience."

They offer 24-hour Meilan Airport pick-up and drop-off (unlimited rides): I arrived at 1:30 AM, and the hotel's private shuttle was waiting for me – no need to wait! If you need to go to the airport the next day, you can book it when you check in. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: The bed was super comfortable. The toiletries also felt very nice. Rongshan Lodge is still a small scenic spot. I hadn't done any research before, but the weather was exceptionally good on the day we went, and it was very lively with many people. The hotel is right by the sea, and the large bay window in our sea-view room was absolutely stunning, especially with the sunset glow. The B&B's decor was also very tasteful, and the common areas were perfect for photos. The butler was excellent, helping us with our luggage and taking us to the parking lot. There were various beachside BBQ stalls right outside. The next day it rained, so there weren't many tourists, which felt much more chill. In the morning, we went beachcombing and found many small pufferfish washed ashore. The only drawbacks were the lack of an elevator and the inconvenient parking, which is something to consider if you're traveling with elderly people.

This hotel is very close to the high-speed train station, which is super convenient. The guy at the front desk was really friendly and attentive. The air conditioning in the room worked great, and the decor is quite new too. They even offer airport pick-up and drop-off services, which is a really thoughtful touch! Even though my stay was brief, I really appreciate their dedication. Had a great experience. Wishing you all the best and booming business!

This was a great place to stay especially if you like to cook your own food. The facility was clean.  The staff were kind and attentive to our needs. The kitchen was great. Main negative point was they had no supplies.  There was a stove but no pots or pans or utensils.. There were tea cups. It was pretty bare.  We had friends who lent us some items so we could prepare our own food. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were very clean.  The air conditioning units worked well.  There was a washing machine to do laundry and hangers to hang your clothes to dry if needed.  We had a new set of towels every day. If you are planning on cooking, the trash can was too small for my daughter and I. The internet worked great.  We were there during two typhoons. We lost electricity twice but it was restored pretty quickly. Although shallow, there was  a small pool that was deep enough to swim laps. It  was on the shallow end.  However, it was only open from 4pm-8pm.  We would have liked to swim after lunch in the afternoon.  There is an amazing Coffee Shop called Sweet Aroma just in front of the hotel/apt with great food and coffee. It is located within walking distance of the main road - easy to catch a taxi. There was a great walkway near the ocean or water outlet.  We enjoyed going for walks by the water.  There was an open market not too far from the hotel/apt.  We rented an e-bike and the hotel/apt did have a locked area to park our bike.  We would definitely go there again!

This is my third stay at this hotel, and each time has been incredibly satisfying. It's definitely my top choice for regular visits! The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The front desk staff are consistently warm and friendly, making check-in and check-out a breeze with their efficient and thoughtful service. The rooms are spotless, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbances. Room facilities are comprehensive, hot water is reliable, and the toiletries are of good quality. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options and is great value for money. Newly opened and renovated, the hotel looks great from the outside. Although the rooms are a bit small, the experience was still very good. The downside is that there are no amenities like restaurants, cafes, or breakfast spots nearby; you have to cross the street to find them.

Perfect check-in experience! Kudos to the front desk staff, Hong - very friendly and efficient. The hotel has great amenities, including free mung bean sugar water and milk delivered to your room, robot delivery service is super convenient, and there's a full range of laundry and dry cleaning facilities. Opposite is People's Park, and it's only a 15-minute walk to the arcade old street. There are lots of nearby attractions, so it's totally worth the money!

I booked this room last minute for a business trip, and it really exceeded my expectations. The hotel's environment is good, and the front desk service is excellent. The bedding is superb! However, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. I had to call the front desk to have some sent up later, so amenity replenishment isn't very timely. I also suggest they use sandalwood incense or something similar, as there was an odd smell after housekeeping, and I couldn't quite identify it.

The B&B is at the very edge of the village. Because it is newly built and not yet complete, there are no food or supermarkets around. We booked this hotel for a sea view room. It cost over 400 in the off-season, which was not cost-effective. The room had a nice sea view. We lived on the fourth floor. The elevator broke down on the night of check-in, so we had to take the stairs every time. The elevator was still not repaired when we left the hotel the next morning. When we went downstairs at 7 a.m., there was no one at the lobby counter. I called the boss, and someone came after 8 a.m. to deliver soup noodles for breakfast, saying it was a local specialty. The room only included breakfast for two people, and if there were more people, they had to pay an extra 20 yuan per person. It is particularly worth mentioning that there were no stools in the room, so we had to stand to eat. Later, I asked the boss to bring stools into the room. In order to save space, the hotel placed the washbasin next to the bed, which looked okay, but every time I washed my hands, the water made a loud noise, and it was right next to the bed, disturbing the rest of the person sleeping. If you just want to see the sea and don't care about other things, you can stay here. There is still a lot of room for improvement. I still hope that the hotel will become more and more perfect.
