"The location is excellent. I had a lot of luggage so was very happy that the hotel was so close to the border. The rooms themselves are nice, the staff is friendly and the breakfast was good. One small issue I had with the place was there was a smell in both rooms I stayed in after I turned on the air conditioning. On the first night I asked to be moved to another room and it was fine initially but it returned after having the air conditioning on for a while. However, apart from this, everything was fine."

"My favorite hotel on this trip is this one. The lobby is elegantly decorated. The parking lot at the door is very convenient. From check-in to check-out, every staff member made me feel at home. 1. The room is very clean and tidy with complete facilities. 24-hour hot water, free Wi-Fi, the room is also beautifully decorated, and the bed is very comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a good sleep. It is very convenient to call a taxi at the front desk. When I left, I bought a lot of Vietnamese specialties. The front desk lady helped to make an appointment for the courier to mail it home. Hehe, it was very convenient. The service is really very good. When I left, I had too much luggage and missed my personal belongings. The hotel also called me and mailed it to me [tears burst into laughter], which is very heartwarming. "Clean and comfortable for its price. Good hot shower. Convenient location not far from the border with Vietnam and very short drive away from the main bus station. There are many shops, restaurants, big supermarket, park and a lovely river promenade all around the hotel. Excellent efficient staff. The young lady at the desk answered all my questions, helped with directions, transport and even explained to the taxi driver where to take me. For me as a foreigner just having arrived to a new country, that service alone deserves the highest rating. Thank you!"

"The hotel's location is quite convenient, about a 10-minute walk to the border crossing area. From the higher-floor rooms, you can see the hotels and streets of Vietnam on the other side. There are elementary schools nearby, both downstairs and across the street, so if you're staying on a weekday, it might be a bit noisy during the day. The hotel has been around for a while, so the facilities are a bit older, but overall it's quite clean and tidy. There are many authentic local and Vietnamese food options around downstairs. It offers good value for money. There's only one elevator for all floors, so you might have to wait a bit longer for it."

"I chose Jindi Hotel for my May Day trip. The hotel is in a very good location, with convenient parking and quiet in a busy city. It is close to the Red River and you can see Vietnam on the other side of the river from the balcony. The room is very large and equipped with a full set of mahogany furniture. Although it has a sense of age, it is very distinctive. The breakfast is quite rich, and there are freshly made Hekou small rolls, which are very good!"

"This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to walk to nearby restaurants and shopping areas. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and welcoming during check-in. The room was spacious and bright, with a fantastic view from the window. The room was impeccably clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly. The bathroom had plenty of hot water with just the right pressure, and the toiletries had a pleasant, subtle fragrance. The breakfast was delicious, especially the freshly made rice noodles and fried eggs. It's great value for money, and I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended!"
