"I chose the Atour Hotel Baotu Spring for my trip to Jinan this time, and it certainly didn't disappoint! The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. Just a few minutes' walk to the right from the entrance, and you're at the north gate of Baotu Spring. Furong Street, Quancheng Square, and Daming Lake are all within walking distance, which is incredibly convenient for tourists. As soon as I entered the lobby, I noticed a subtle tea fragrance. The decor is a simple yet warm wooden style, which immediately made me feel relaxed. The front desk staff, both the young men and women, were exceptionally friendly, and check-in was quick and thoughtful. The room was more spacious than I expected, and the floor-to-ceiling window offered a great view of the old city rooftops merging with distant modern buildings, creating a beautiful blend of old and new. What truly impressed me were the service details: After checking out, I thought that would be the end of our interaction. To my surprise, Manager Xiao Yu even sent a follow-up text asking about my stay. Then, after I got home, I realized I had left my charger in the room. I quickly contacted Manager Xiao Yu, hoping they could find it and mail it to me cash-on-delivery. I honestly didn't expect the hotel to bother once I'd checked out, but I received an immediate reply from Manager Xiao Yu, who informed me that the hotel would cover the shipping costs. This was a truly pleasant surprise. I'd like to extend my thanks once again to Atour Hotel Baotu Spring and Manager Xiao Yu for their thoughtful service. Overall, my stay far exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this hotel, whether you're traveling with family or on a business trip. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Jinan!"

"We were there to visit families so the location is perfect. The walkway to the elevator is outside of the building and it is a bit underwhelming. The room we had was a business twin bed room which is on the small side. The bathroom is good size and  updated. Front desk and cleaning staff are courteous. Bottled water was provided for free. I took a photo of the RT mart which is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The restaurant downstairs serves decent quality food with good prices. I didn’t try their breakfast though."

"The Ji Hotel 5.0 was a comfortable stay. The environment and facilities were clean and tidy. The lobby exuded understated luxury. Morning exercises were held in the back hall. The high ceilings didn't feel oppressive at all, a rare experience in budget hotels. I wish the Ji Hotel continued success! "I visited Jinan with my child and stayed at this hotel, and overall, I'm extremely satisfied! You can really tell the hotel puts a lot of effort into its service. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and there was an unlimited supply of drinking water. The hotel has a small playground and even offers free water gun rentals, which is super family-friendly. The location is excellent. Baotu Spring is just across the intersection, and the free Wulongtan Park is directly opposite the hotel. There are shared bikes right outside for rent, making it incredibly convenient to explore 'Spring City'. The only minor drawback is that the room size is a bit small, but it didn't affect the overall experience. I misread my high-speed train departure time, and the front desk attendant showed great empathy. He quickly arranged a taxi for me, helped with my luggage, and even walked me to the car. These little details were so heartwarming. Just so you know, we made the train at the last minute – quite thrilling! No need to remind me, I was already planning to give you a five-star review. Overall, I'm very pleased and highly recommend this hotel! I'll definitely consider staying here again next time and hope they maintain this level of service."

"The hotel is indeed newly opened. The room is very good and clean. The bedding is very comfortable. The toothbrush for brushing is very good. The breakfast is also good. It is a difference between the actual room and the actual room. I don’t know if it’s 㩗 Cheng platform information is wrong or the hotel arrangement is not good. I booked a family room. Obviously 50 square meters is very different from the scene. The room may have more than 30 square meters. I feel a little uncomfortable."

"The hotel entrance has a bus stop with routes to various attractions, which is quite convenient. A heads-up for light sleepers: make sure to ask the front desk for a room not facing the main road. It gets really noisy; I could still hear sirens past midnight. Aside from that, everything else was great. The breakfast selection was decent, all Chinese style, and for my two-day stay, the dishes changed, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel staff at the front desk were very kind and helped me switch rooms, saving my sleep on the second night."

"My overall stay at the Platinum Hotel & Residence was excellent. The location is superb, making it easy to get around. Right opposite the hotel is Liu Xiaomang's Baziro restaurant, which was incredibly convenient for meals. The room decor was simple and clean, and I appreciated the comfortable dry/wet separation in the bathroom. They even provided 2.5L of hydrogen water, delivered milk and small pastries, and offered freshly ground coffee on the ground floor – very thoughtful touches. The only minor issue was with the breakfast vouchers. I had two vouchers for the 15th and hoped to combine them with the two for the 16th so my family of four could eat together, but the front desk said it wasn't allowed. As a result, we missed breakfast, which I can understand. Overall, it's great value for money, and I'd consider staying here again on my next trip to Jinan."
