This homestay trip really exceeded expectations! Must give a big praise. Let me first talk about the boss. He is very handsome and super hospitable. From the moment we booked, they were proactive in communicating with us and answering any questions we had. After arriving at the B&B, they personally came out to greet us and help with our luggage, which made us feel very warm. During the stay, the boss also thoughtfully provided various local travel suggestions, and responded promptly to any needs and tried his best to meet them. He was really like an old friend and made people feel particularly cordial. Let’s talk about the environment. The environment of the B&B is simply beautiful. The room is clean and tidy, the layout is warm and comfortable, and the bed is big and soft, allowing people to have a good night's sleep. The public area is full of literary atmosphere, with exquisite decorations and comfortable sofas, where people can relax and enjoy a leisurely afternoon. Moreover, the natural scenery around the B&B is very charming and the air is fresh, making people feel like they are in a paradise. Finally, let’s talk about the location. The location of this B&B is excellent. The transportation is very convenient, and there are many check-in spots nearby. At the same time, there are many food stores and specialty shops around. Whether it is the owner’s enthusiastic service, beautiful environment or convenient location, this B&B makes our trip more perfect. Highly recommended to everyone! The room was absolutely gorgeous, with a refreshing color scheme and exquisite furnishings. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the courtyard was beautiful. Staying there felt incredibly wonderful; every day was sunny and bright. The western area wasn't too noisy, and there weren't many people around at midday or in the morning, so I could stroll around at my leisure. The guesthouse's cafe across the street was also very comfortable, and the second floor was quiet with a great view. The guesthouse manager was incredibly kind and helpful 🥰. On my first day, she even helped me with my luggage when I stayed upstairs. Then, on the second day, when I went to have a photoshoot and mentioned having menstrual cramps, she specially went to get me painkillers. This very attentive, meticulous, and kind lady further enhanced my positive impression of the guesthouse. The excellent staff and the wonderful guesthouse made my long journey much more comfortable. I also want to commend the guesthouse for thoughtfully providing earplugs.

I booked via Trip.com — It was out of expectations!Close to Kashi Airport, feels like a 5-star stay at a lower price. The hotel is neat and clean with no cigarette smell. I highly recommend this hotel for international travelers, probably you may need translator app if you don't mind. The most satisfying hotel service and best features I experienced while traveling in Xinjiang. Location: Free airport shuttle (with booking). Taxi to the city or Old Town costs under CNY 10. It is easy and cheap to move around. A convenience store and Muslim restaurant with veggie dishes are just steps away. Environment: Spacious, quiet, with parking and a small garden. Amenities: All that a solo traveler needs. Automatic heated toilet seat is an extra. Voice control for the room (Chinese only) was impressive. I liked the bathroom layout, with anti-slip tiles idea and a separate basin area. Free laundry (washer + dryer). Cozy lobby bar (working station) with coffee, milk tea, and soy milk provided. I saw a printer free to use too.. Personal downsides: I can't find the hotel by the name ”Oriental hotel” (translated by trip.com). At the end, i figured out the name should be GreenTree Eastern Hotel (Kashgar Airport Branch) as in Didi. No fridge in the room, I couldn’t store fruits and cold drinks during my 4-night summer stay. Suggestions: - Add labels to breakfast dishes to avoid waste - English signs would be an extra help - There was once the locals talk loudly at night near the rooms — a reminder sign could help.

This hotel is great! It’s in a great area. The staff are friendly and provide awesome service! They even offered to do my laundry for me free of charge even though the laundry facility is set up as a 24 hour self service facility. I really appreciated that because I was busy on the day I checked in and would’ve had to do my laundry late at night if they were not willing to do this. I stayed here for one night and did not have any clean clothes for the next day. The rooms are clean. I booked a non smoking room and was provided me without any issues. The room was also on a non smoking floor. The public areas of the hotel that I was in did not smell like cigarette smoke like many of them do in China. I have stayed at many hotels in China and even though I have booked non smoking rooms online for all of the hotels I stayed at, I did not receive one many times as those hotels didn’t have any, which I was not happy with.  The only recommendation I have for this hotel is to prohibit smoking entirely and strongly enforce it with consequences for guests if they haven’t done so yet. This would include all of their guest rooms. This would improve the overall guest experience, especially for non smokers. This is becoming more common in the hotel industry and would make the hotel more attractive to book than hotels in the area that allow smoking.

From the airport the taxi driver did not know location of JinJiang Inn. After showing him the address we drove on Turman Road but still couldnt find it. We rang the hotel and the taxi drive droped me off in the vicinity. I walked around for a while asking but few people knew the whereabouts. Finally i saw a small signage and turned into the courtyard and there was JinJiang Inn. Later I found out there is a huge sign at ther top of the building but for padestrian traffic its difficult to notice. So perhaps a more conspicouse signage will be helpful. Rooms are brand new and towels clean and replinished every day. The bathroom facilities were great. Breakfast , If you are not a Chinese Traveller i recommend save your money by not buying the breakfast selection as nothing there caters for foriengers. But if you are Chinese the selection is sumptious. Some slices of bread and jam would cater for western taste buds. Location is great. Kunlun Tower is walking distance and so is the Ancient city of Ashgar. The front desk receptionist are really helpful for someone like me who doesn't speak Mandarin. I enjoyed my stay with very little complains. For the price its a value for money accomodation.

The location is fantastic, very close to all the attractions, making getting around super convenient. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, with a cozy layout, and the staff are warm and patient. Our stay was incredibly relaxing and comfortable, instantly relieving our travel fatigue. It's truly the perfect place to stay when visiting this area!

Overall, quite a decent stay. You really can’t beat the location. It’s just a stone’s throw away from the main entrance to this side of old city. The balcony overlooks the main street and I loved sitting there and taking in the sounds and smells. The building itself is a bit older and it shows. The table in my room was a bit dirty and aged, and there was an ashtray which suggests smoking can be allowed in the room for prior guests, but thankfully there was no cigarette smell in my room. Unfortunately, there were a few setbacks. The bathroom shower did not drain well and after 5 minutes water would start flooding out of the shower room to the hallway. There are two washers in a lower room but they were both occupied with sheets that were just sitting there and had not been put through the wash cycle yet. It seemed like the hotel uses these as their main washer for their linens. When I was checking in, the front desk person seemed confused if I had a reservation but that’s about as much as I could figure out with the language barrier. My trip.com reservation said I have a late checkout of 4pm but they came to my room around 2:45pm and said I was supposed to check out at 2pm. Thankfully I had everything packed up and said I could leave at 3pm. No one came to my room to clean so my trashcan was full. You can hear everything on the street which wasn’t a big problem to me, sort of white noise drowned out by the second day. However, the second day there was a new group of tourists that arrived and spent a lot of time on the balcony (as they should) but their noise was very audible and quite annoying. You could also easily hear people going up and down the stairs and in adjacent rooms.

I chose this hotel for my recent trip, and my overall stay far exceeded my expectations, so I absolutely have to write a positive review to recommend it. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for taxis and getting to nearby areas for errands. There are plenty of shops downstairs, so dining and buying daily necessities are a breeze. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were gentle and polite. Both check-in and check-out processes were efficient and quick, with no unnecessary waiting. They also patiently answered any questions I had, making the service feel very thoughtful. The first thing I noticed when I entered the room was how meticulously clean everything was. The floor, desk, and windowsill were spotless, and the bedding was flat, soft, and odorless. The wet and dry areas of the bathroom were thoroughly cleaned, with no stains even in the corners and crevices. The room size was just right, with good natural light and ventilation. The air conditioning worked steadily, and the 24-hour hot water had strong pressure, allowing for comfortable showers anytime. The WiFi signal was consistently smooth, with no lag when streaming videos or working online. The infrastructure is very well maintained. The hallway was generally quiet, and the room had good soundproofing. At night, I could barely hear any noise from the corridor or outside, ensuring a very good night's sleep. It's perfectly suited for short layovers, regular travel, or even temporary stays for students. The value for money is exceptional compared to similar options. The staff provide attentive and thoughtful service, and the overall environment is clean and comfortable. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again if I'm back in the area, and I sincerely recommend it to all fellow travelers.

I stayed at this guesthouse for the entire 10-day trip to Kashgar, and the experience was absolutely fantastic – it was exactly what I dreamed of! Located right in Kashgar Old City, it's incredibly convenient for exploring the city, and the price is great. It's perfect for couples, groups of friends, or solo travelers. The room style was absolutely amazing, especially the Fig Tree Canopy Tea Villa room, which exudes a rich French romantic atmosphere. Every photo you take here is a masterpiece, and I felt completely soothed every day. The biggest surprise was the owners – they were incredibly nice, sincere, and welcoming. The owner's cooking was also super delicious, making me feel so warm and cared for. Throughout my stay, the service, environment, and comfort were impeccable. The rooms were comfortable, with attention to detail, and the overall atmosphere was chill and relaxing – truly a hidden gem for any Kashgar traveler. If you're visiting Kashgar, go for this guesthouse – you won't be disappointed! (By the way, it's also a filming location for the movie ”Kashgar Love Song”!)
