I booked this hotel the day before National Day. While the price was higher, it was still acceptable. Before I arrived, I was worried about the cleanliness and room size, but it far exceeded my expectations! It's located on a hill with a great view. You can walk to most places from here. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Macau! Plus, they offer a free luggage delivery service, bringing your bags to Gongbei Port by 4 PM on check-out day, which is a fantastic and thoughtful touch. Highly recommend!

I've probably stayed here close to 20 times! This hotel offers exceptional value for money. It belongs to the same group as Grand Lapa, Grand Hyatt, and Grand Emperor, sharing a similar decor style but boasting a superior location and more modern furnishings, making it convenient to get anywhere. Breakfast is also included. This time, I booked a queen room and a twin room for four nights. Since my parents are both over 80, I requested a twin room with a shower from the front desk. The lady at the front desk was very accommodating and arranged it immediately. The hotel front desk staff in Macau are noticeably much more pleasant than those in Hong Kong!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Rua do Cunha (Taipa Village), just a 10-minute walk away. There are several popular foodie spots nearby, all of which are delicious. Right downstairs from the hotel is a bus stop with direct routes to the Macau Peninsula and those luxurious hotels in Taipa. The room is spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the hygiene is good. For a holiday trip to Macau, staying here offers great value for money.

I would definitely stay here again. It’s very very close by the Grand Lisboa (~5 mins walk) and from there 15 minutes to the old part of the city with the Largo do Senado and all. It’s also very convenient to go to Cotai by taxi. It’s just in the middle point. Do stay here!

The hygiene is excellent, very clean and the facilities are brand new. The room has good natural light, and the overall environment is quiet and comfortable. The location is convenient for getting around, with plenty of amenities nearby. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and they responded promptly. I felt very safe staying here as a solo traveler. The check-in experience exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely choose this place again next time I visit. Highly recommended!

My son studies in Macau, and I forgot to register my visit, so we had to meet up in Zhuhai. I booked the L Hotel, which was incredibly convenient. You can see the hotel right from the high-speed rail's Exit A, and it's just a few minutes' walk away. The staff were very warm and polite, and even brought a fruit platter, which was a thoughtful touch. From the hotel, you can look out and see the border crossing directly opposite. The room was also very comfortable. It was quick for my son to come over from Macau, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Hema Fresh isn't far either. In the morning, you can take a walk to the seaside. The breakfast was also good, with a spacious and bright restaurant.

Overall, a very pleasant stay. It's located in Macau's old town and exceeded my expectations. The triple room offered good space, and the bathroom even had a place to hang clothes, which was a thoughtful and very convenient detail.

The facilities are complete, and Grand Harbour Hotel offers great value for money. The service was generally good, and the room type we checked into was exactly as pictured online. They offer free luggage storage after check-out, which made it very convenient for us to explore freely. It was a very satisfying stay.

When checking in, I specifically asked the front desk staff for a quiet room. Even though it was on a lower floor, they thoughtfully arranged a room not facing the road, and indeed, there was no street noise. However, I could still hear the sound of people opening doors next door and water running, which suggests the walls might be a bit thin. Breakfast is included with the stay now. While the selection isn't huge, with mostly standard breakfast items, it's definitely filling. The pork chop with fruit juice was particularly flavorful.
