During our recent stay at this wonderful hotel, we were exceptionally satisfied with every aspect of our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the hotel staff who came out to meet us at the scenic area entrance and assisted with our luggage. This level of service set the tone for our entire visit. The hotel's décor is stunning, creating a serene and visually pleasing environment. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, providing a restful haven where we enjoyed a comfortable night's sleep. It truly is a fantastic place to relax and unwind. One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful afternoon tea, particularly the grain snacks which were so delicious that we requested the hotel staff to help purchase and courier some to Shanghai for us to bring home. Their willingness to accommodate our request added a special touch to our experience. Breakfast at the hotel was another standout. The porridge, in particular, was so delectable that the hotel kindly gave us a pack of the rice used to prepare it. This gesture was much appreciated and spoke volumes about their commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant retreat. If we return to this area, we will undoubtedly choose to stay here again.

This time, my sister and I visited Suzhou again and booked this hotel 🏨. We stayed here last year, and both the environment and service were excellent! So, we chose to stay here again. The hotel 🏨 is conveniently located right on Pingjiang Road. After checking in, you also get two complimentary tickets to a Pingtan teahouse 🆓. Last time, we had a king-size room, and this time we got a twin room. There's even a rocking chair in the room that my sister found so comfortable she didn't want to go out sightseeing! The hotel 🏨 room rate includes breakfast, and both the braised pork noodles and braised beef noodles were delicious. After breakfast, we took a nice stroll along Pingjiang Road!

The hotel service was excellent, and all the staff were warm, welcoming, and friendly. We had booked a family room and were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a family room with a bathtub. It was a wonderful gesture that made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is also within walking distance of Pingjiang Road, making it very convenient for sightseeing, dining, and exploring the local area. We truly appreciated the thoughtful upgrade and had a great experience overall. Highly recommended!

Extremely satisfied! The location is great, very close to attractions like the Humble Administrator's Garden. The front desk even provides helpful tips and a subway map. The hotel itself is new and clean, with smart controls in the room and a smart toilet. Very hygienic!

The smart home system throughout enhances the living experience. Strict hygiene control is evident, with every detail reflecting the hotel's meticulous care. The staff are well-trained, genuinely warm without being intrusive, and are quick to assist whenever needed. Just a few minutes' walk takes you directly to Seven-Mile Shantang, allowing you to experience the water town scenery at any time, while Shilu offers a dazzling array of culinary delights. If you're looking to stay in the heart of the old town, experience the aesthetics of a Suzhou-style courtyard, and also enjoy convenient access, Hoju Courtyard Design Hotel is absolutely not to be missed. The stay experience is impeccable!

The room is very clean and the configuration is very high-end. It doesn't look like a B&B in the countryside. The designer's positioning is worthy of the name; The boss is very nice. If you need anything in the room, you can just ask him. You can also ask for advice on travel itineraries and buying souvenirs. Finally, a vacation in Xishan is really good and relaxing. But I didn’t see the sunset this time. It's a bit of a pity. . .

I chose this hotel because it looked close when I booked it, and it really is just a three or four-minute walk to the subway entrance, and two stops from Shantang Street. The hotel is next to a residential area, so it's not too noisy. The room was newly renovated and very cozy, and the cleaning was meticulous; the sheets had no strange odors. The front desk staff was very friendly and proactively told me how to take the boat tour. It's convenient for getting around, and there's a lounge area in the hallway. For just over two hundred yuan, it's a great value, especially being so close to the train station.

The location was great, near a lot of attractions. Specially thankful for the owner is quick responsiveness and helps with sharing the itinerary. We had an awesome time there. Will definitely be back again~
