"The room is nice, the location is great, and the service is very thoughtful. The only problem is that the toilet is a bit small. I hope it can be improved in the future."

"Just checked in. A small gift was given for Valentine's Day (see picture 1). We stayed on the first floor. There's a bathtub (see picture 2), but it's too far away. We wanted to stay on the second floor, but were told the air conditioning wasn't working. Just walked up to our room, and the front desk guy said there were rooms decorated for Valentine's Day. The air conditioning was fine, so we moved to a room on the second floor (see picture 3). We had two breakfasts delivered. We parked in D4, and the front desk provided free parking. We also had two Cokes and orange juice slices. The bathrobes were excellent quality. The occupancy rate is so low, so it feels so empty, hahaha. Overall, the experience was very good. It would have been nice to have a bathtub on the second floor."

"The rooms were very clean, and the two rooms were completely separate, which was great. The complimentary breakfast for kids was a thoughtful touch!"

"Highly recommend Liyi Hotel! The overall decoration is simple and high-end, and the atmosphere is full. The rooms are cleaned meticulously and odorless, and the mattress feels very comfortable to sleep. The front desk service was gentle and courteous, and the details were full. Very warm, the breakfast buffet is fresh and varied, there is a free late night canteen in the evening, there is a simple nightingale to eat. The facilities are perfect and there is free parking. Health, service, hardware are all online, affordable, whether it is travel or temporary stay, it is worth repeatedly punching in."

"The service is warm and thoughtful, and they carefully introduce tourist attractions, food and shopping routes and features. The rooms and facilities are very complete. There is a dedicated parking lot, which is convenient and safe. Across the road is the Riverside Park, and it's also very close to the Xiguan Morning Market. It's very convenient to get up early and come back for breakfast after shopping. The surrounding Wanda and Eurasia business districts are within walking distance!"

"The deluxe bed room, the room given to me is this small window, find the front desk to reflect the situation, the front desk said this is a deluxe bed room is small window, please see this for yourself, the picture is for reference only? Individual hotels can be messed up, can chain hotels be messed up like this? Will the hotel that arrives at 1 pm not have a room for me to upgrade again? Is there a reason for downgrade?"

"The hotel is in a great location, close to the scenic spot, just a few minutes' walk away. The room has a wide view and a beautiful view of the city. The staff's service attitude is warm and thoughtful, helping to plan the tour route, which is very reliable. Living here is worry-free and happy, highly recommended!"

"The room is basically the same as the business picture. The room can be soaked in private soup. The hot springs that go to the off-season are also good. The overall experience exceeds expectations. It is a hotel worth going again. But the restaurant environment on the hot spring side is not flattering. The plate for the burger has stains and moldy conditions. The taste is average. It is best to drive to the town next to it. It is affordable. There is a central air-conditioning sound in the room at night. It is especially obvious when the night is quiet. It affects the quality of sleep. The service staff is very good and actively investigates but can't solve it."

"The room is clean, the service is warm and thoughtful, the location is excellent, there are shopping malls around, parking is convenient, breakfast is good, the price is very high"

"This time I traveled alone and stayed at the Vienna Hotel Wanda Plaza. The experience was directly full. From check-in to check-out, the whole process was particularly comfortable. It was really a stay experience that exceeded expectations! The location of the hotel is particularly excellent, close to Wanda Plaza, travel, shopping, eating are super convenient, for people traveling alone, the living facilities are very complete, the sense of security and convenience are directly full. Just arrived at the store, the overall environment of the hotel was amazing, the lobby decoration is simple and atmospheric without losing texture, clean and bright, the public area is cleaned spotlessly, the atmosphere is particularly comfortable, and there is no sense of depression at all. The front desk service was particularly intimate when checking in, the staff was warm and polite, the processing process was efficient and fast, there was no cumbersome waiting throughout, and the surrounding play and dining strategies would be informed, and the details were full. After entering the room, it was full of surprises. The sanitation and cleaning were done to the extreme. The floor, tabletop and bathroom were cleaned. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, flat and odor-free. The toiletries were complete and clean. Every detail can be seen. The cleaning staff's intentions, living in special peace of mind and comfort. The interior facilities of the room are complete and complete, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the sleep is excellent, which can quickly relieve the fatigue of the journey; the sound insulation effect of the room is particularly good, and the outside noise is completely not heard. You can also have a quiet rest environment when you travel alone. Lighting and air conditioning are conveniently adjusted, the layout is reasonable, and the storage space is sufficient to meet all the needs of single travel. After the whole experience, whether it is health, environment, service or hardware facilities, it is impeccable, and the price/performance ratio is at the top level in the same grade hotel. Traveling alone to choose this hotel is really the right choice, the service is intimate, the living is comfortable, the travel is convenient, next time you come to Tonghua, you will continue to choose the Vienna Hotel Wanda Plaza store, and I really recommend it to all friends who come to Tonghua!"
