"This was my first time visiting Chaka Salt Lake, and I chose this hotel – it was a great experience. I spent a long time deliberating on Trip.com before finally booking this place, and I definitely made the right choice. From my room window, I could see the distant Kunlun Mountains and even a glimpse of the salt lake, which was absolutely beautiful. The room itself was very clean and well-equipped. The Chaka Salt Lake area can get quite windy and dusty at times, so I was pleasantly surprised that there wasn't a speck of dust in the hotel! By the way, I'm a light sleeper and wake up at the slightest noise. However, it was incredibly quiet at night here, and I had a fantastic night's sleep. The hotel service was also excellent. I was suffering from altitude sickness that day, and they immediately provided me with an oxygen concentrator. The front desk staff were very welcoming. Overall, my accommodation experience during this trip was fantastic. I came with friends, and we took some great photos outside the hotel – they turned out wonderfully! In summary, it was a solid choice, no regrets, and I'd definitely stay here again next time."

"This hotel is already considered quite good in Chaka Town! Facilities: Overall, the room facilities are decent, pretty much standard for the Huazhu Group. Hygiene: The hygiene is generally acceptable. We are quite clean ourselves, so we brought disposable toilet seat covers and tissues to lay on the vanity. Because we were worried about altitude sickness, we only did a simple wash-up and didn't really use the shower. Environment: The environment is okay. After looking around, I feel this hotel is one of the better ones. Service: The front desk lady proactively upgraded my room type. She upgraded it without even telling me, and when I opened the room door, I found that the twin room with 1.2-meter beds had been changed to one double bed and one single bed, much larger! I was so surprised and felt genuinely touched! The lady was so kind; seeing that I had an older child with me, she just went straight to the best solution without saying a word. Thank you for your warmth!"

"I couldn't be happier with my choice of Chaka Jundao Hotel for this trip to Chaka Salt Lake! The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the salt lake scenic area, making travel very convenient. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, and you can even visit the lively night market in the evening. The room was cozy, the bed was large and soft, and I slept soundly. The room was also spotlessly clean, and the basic amenities were complete."

"We stopped for one night in Chaka Town on our Northwest Small Loop trip. Seeing many online recommendations for this hotel, we decided to check it out. Perhaps because it was the off-season, there weren't many guests. The owner kindly upgraded our room for free, which felt like a great deal at such a low price. The hotel was bright and comfortable, the room was clean and tidy, and even had a projector – a very good experience!"

"This positive review is for the lovely lady at the front desk! She patiently explained the breakfast options, which included local specialty ramen and a buffet! She also brought us fruit, and adorably encouraged me to take more photos of the room, which truly was great! The facilities are excellent! Most importantly, they provide disposable amenities. Other friends should definitely consider this hotel, as it offers incredible value for money!"

"This hotel has the best service during this trip. Because I like the scenery facing the snow-capped mountains, the hotel also upgraded it to a family suite. When I opened the curtains, I could see the snow-capped mountains in the distance. Whether it is room facilities or cleanliness, it is the most cost-effective! I will definitely choose Hanting Hotel next time I come to play👍"

"This stay was incredibly satisfying. The hotel staff provided excellent service, always with a warm smile. Not only that, but their appearance was also outstanding, and their every action exuded professionalism and friendliness, leaving a deep impression. The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy transportation, making getting around stress-free. The room facilities were complete, clean, and tidy, with all necessary amenities. All the staff were enthusiastic, and the front desk lady provided thoughtful service, even pointing out a shortcut for us. Late-night takeout could be delivered directly to the room, and there were so many food options around the hotel that we couldn't decide what to choose – very convenient. The price was reasonable, and they even gave us a room with a view, where we could see Chaka Salt Lake, snow-capped mountains, and the green plants in the courtyard from upstairs. The hotel service was very thoughtful and attentive, the room decor was cozy, and sleeping was very comfortable. The room was also very spacious, allowing for a quiet rest. I absolutely have to give this hotel a huge thumbs up! The hotel has an elegant environment and exquisite decoration. The rooms are clean and tidy, with attention to detail evident everywhere. The food was also delicious and varied. The service was impeccable, giving me a warm, home-like feeling. I will definitely choose this place again next time."

"This stay was great! From the beginning of stepping into the hotel lobby, I was attracted by the bright and elegant decoration style, and the details everywhere showed the quality. The room layout is warm and comfortable, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the night is good. Breakfast is even more pleasant, Chinese and Western dishes are rich in variety, freshly cooked noodles and freshly baked bread are so fragrant that people can't stop. Especially to praise the staff, the front desk staff seriously answer any questions MLL to cleaning is particularly warm and intimate, take the initiative to help with luggage, recommend surrounding attractions, the service is impeccable! I will choose here next time, I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"The hotel is strategically located, it is very convenient to go to Chaka Salt Lake, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The key point is to praise the hotel's self-operated shops, breaking the stereotype of expensive prices in the scenic spot, the prices are affordable, the prices of drinking water, snacks, and cold prevention supplies are very real, and the temporary needs do not need to run around, which is very convenient. Warm service, quiet rest environment, first choice for tourists! ! !"

"This was truly the best hotel I stayed at during my entire trip to Gansu. I brought my elderly family member, who was feeling unwell due to altitude sickness after arriving the previous night. Surprisingly, the receptionist provided constant care and assistance, offering oxygen, upgrading our room, checking my blood oxygen levels, helping with our luggage, and much more. It was incredibly attentive and considerate. The breakfast the next morning was also exceptionally delicious; the steamed buns seemed to be homemade, and the vermicelli soup was amazing. The elderly gentleman in charge of breakfast explained each dish to us, and he was incredibly hospitable. The hotel environment was also top-notch, with a diffused oxygen concentrator and air purifier – a truly perfect experience!"
