"Overall it is quite good. At least it's quite big. However, there are still some small problems. 1 I found that the bedding was stained. I called the front desk and said that someone would deal with it for more than ten minutes. It was said that it was a quilt problem, but it was not dealt with. I don't know if the industry practice should be changed. 2 There is a free charging cable, praise. However, the socket usb port seems to be worn out and has poor contact. 3 soap boxes are not cleaned up and there is soot. 4 TV can't be seen, the set-top box memory is not supported, and it can be watched for up to half a minute. 5 The air conditioner is louder, especially when the temperature difference is large. 6 This is not a problem, it is habit. Guest UserThe environment and service are absolutely worth the price. It's adjacent to a 5A scenic area, and the service and facilities are also 5A-level. The hotel is very new and can be considered a small tourist attraction. Guest UserI took my parents to vacation and booked a spacious suite. The two elderly people were satisfied. The whole decoration style was warm. The sun was scattered into the room and comfortable. My dad was very happy to sit and play mahjong. The toilet floor was covered with non-slip mats. Very careful, breakfast is outside the park for a walk, You can also run along the river. The boss also chatted with my father for a while about the local old craftsmanship. My father called for a long time. I will definitely recommend friends to play next time.

The location is easy to find, parking downstairs is also very convenient, there are charging piles, and the supermarket next to the hotel is very convenient for eating. The room is relatively compact, the pillows are stained, the toiletries have toothbrushes and toothpaste, the comb is not, the breakfast is quite varied, the taste is average, and there is a real gap with the hotel of the same specification in the nearby Luoyang Kaifeng.

Guest UserTo be fair, the room environment was okay, and the receptionist was alright, but there are a few things that need improvement. They should clarify the booking details before asking questions. It was a bit annoying that they called to demand compensation even though it wasn't my room, even after I clarified the situation. Also, regarding the water heaters, each room has its own, but the water pressure is too low, and the water is either too cold or extremely hot, making it unusable for showering.
