"The hotel room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable with soft linens, perfect for a good night’s rest after a long day. The room had decent lighting, quiet air conditioning, and all basic amenities including hot water, toiletries, and free Wi-Fi that worked smoothly. The space was tidy, with enough storage and a small seating area to relax. The bathroom was modern. The mountain views was spectacular. Overall, it’s great value for money, comfortable, and I would happily book this room again."

"We had a fantastic stay. Service was incredible with the staff very welcome and helpful. The staff were also really good at helping me to develop my Chinese language skills and they also had facilities on site to support with any activities and scooter hire as well as a fridge with snacks to purchase. The room had amenities like tea, coffee and water which was replenished each day. Breakfast was incredible, a highlight of our stay The surrounding area was very walkable from the hotel, especially the moon mountain and famous 10 mile stretch. We had impressive views of the beautiful landscape from our room."

"This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the owner personally guided me to parking, and as soon as I entered the lobby, I could feel the professional service attitude. The room was incredibly spacious and bright, the bedding exceptionally comfortable, and all the amenities were complete. The staff were polite and enthusiastic, even providing us with a super cute electric car, which was very convenient. They were very responsive to all our needs. "This was my absolute favorite accommodation during my trip to Guangzhou and Guilin. The overall decor is incredibly refined with many thoughtful touches. The location is superb, just a few steps away from West Street. The hygiene was excellent, and the service truly exceeded our expectations. "This hotel is conveniently located in an alley right next to West Street Pedestrian Street in Yangshuo. It's an easy walk to the West Street overpass for transportation, and about 1 km from the Yangshuo gas station. If you want to rent a bike to explore the Ten-Mile Gallery, there's a rental shop just by turning left when you exit. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. There's also a balcony on the top floor where you can dry clothes. The front desk service was very warm and helpful, always ready to answer any questions."

Staff is really really nice, uppon our arrival they upgreaded our room for a more comfortable one, and even with the language barrier they tried their best to answer all our stupid tourist questions. Rooms are tastefully designed and there is a rooftop with a good view to the city and few of the mountains. Quite hard to find tho, you have to search for an allyway and look for their floral logo!"

"The room environment was great, with clean and tidy facilities, and even a swimming pool, though unfortunately, we don't swim. Overall, I'd give it a five-star rating. However, there were a few issues, some of which were my own fault. Usually, when we stay at a hotel, we only get one room card, but this hotel gave us two. As a result, when we checked out, we accidentally left one card behind. I realized this at the high-speed train station and, in a rush, found a SF Express delivery person to mail it back to the front desk. I'm very sorry about that. Another issue was that the room lighting was a bit dim. The front desk offered a desk lamp, but it was late, and I didn't want to bother, so I just went to sleep. I suggest adding a main light; it would be more convenient for using a phone at night. The hotel provided breakfast in the morning, but honestly, the rice noodles were just average and not very tasty, so I didn't finish them. The soup dumplings were decent, and the eggs and sweet potatoes were also okay. Overall, I'd rate the entire stay experience a 5, especially since the front desk upgraded our room. The 270-degree view room offered incredibly beautiful scenery. Finally, a side note: there's an electric scooter rental shop across from the hotel. If you want to rent one, you can do so there for 30 RMB a day, and two people can ride over 40 kilometers. There's also a restaurant next to the hotel, which I don't recommend; they charged us 160 RMB for two jin of beer fish, and I felt ripped off."

PPipajiKicking off our spring break, we headed south through Guilin, Yangshuo, Nanning, and Beihai. Yangshuo Wangjianglou Inn was by far the most comfortable and convenient place we stayed. The inn's design and layout exceeded my expectations; the quality was truly impressive. Given the limitations of the building itself, they ingeniously installed a luggage elevator, which was incredibly thoughtful for both guests and staff – big thumbs up! Yangshuo county is quite small, so there's really no need to stay directly in the scenic area (it's inconvenient, overpriced, and you'd need taxis for meals and transportation, adding to costs). Staying in the West Street commercial district was a very smart decision. We stayed and ate at Wangjianglou (for those who know, their restaurant is a super popular, must-try spot in Yangshuo with long queues!). As a guest, you don't have to wait; the front desk concierge helps with reservations directly, and you even get a 10% discount on meals, which is a fantastic deal. I'm already planning to bring my family back after May Day and will definitely be staying at Wangjianglou again!

BBeizhuyixiabaThe location is excellent, very close to the 20-yuan Lijiang River scenic pier. The environment is clean and tidy, and the room is very spacious. The service attitude is superb. I booked for two nights and was supposed to check out by 12 PM on the third day. However, on the second night, my child was hit by a car and transferred to Guilin Hospital. It wasn't until the evening of the third day that my husband had time to go check out and pack our luggage. The owner kept the room for us and didn't rush us to check out at all. The owner is a truly compassionate person; they repeatedly inquired about my child's condition, didn't charge us for the late checkout, and even gave my child a red envelope. For this booking, the owner truly went above and beyond, practically losing money. Such big-hearted owners are truly rare. I wish the owner a prosperous business and abundant wealth. Thank you for your immense kindness.

MMarcia PrescottIf you are in this area, I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. It was a great experience. The feeling is very rustic and feels old. But really really awesome. The people there can speak English really well. They took good care of us and made sure that we had everything we needed. Breakfast was included and we had an option for an American breakfast. It was kind of nice after we'd been in China for so long. There's a lot of amazing scenery nearby. And a few little shops. There is a hike up to Moon Hill which is awesome and not very far.

GGuest UserThe room is quite spacious, and the shower and toilet are completely separate. The large bed is comfortable and directly faces the outdoor scenery; both the bed and pillows are very cozy. The guesthouse is conveniently located very close to the bamboo raft pier. I personally loved it; it's very quiet at night, perfect for a good rest. It's easy to catch a taxi or ride an e-scooter when you go out. The owner is warm and hospitable, offering to help with ticket purchases. The breakfast rice noodles are great, and in the evening, there are desserts, fruits, and coffee available. The check-in experience was superb. If you enjoy a relaxed and quiet environment, you should definitely come and experience this place.

Waking up and opening the window to a lush green landscape was so relaxing and refreshing. The front desk offers electric bike rentals that are in excellent condition with plenty of battery life, and at a great price. It was super convenient for riding to Yulong River and Ten-Mile Gallery, allowing us to enjoy the scenery with the wind in our hair – so free and enjoyable. The service was thoughtful and attentive, making getting around incredibly easy. The value for money is unbeatable; choosing this place for your trip to Yangshuo is definitely the right call!

LLost_in_the_JungleWe were seeking a peaceful getaway from the city for a few days in the mountains of Yangshuo, and this place really lived up to its name! The view from our balcony was spectacular, no photo can really capture how the lush green mountains rise up all around you! Our room was so clean and open and spacious, with lots of drawers and cabinets and places to hang your things. The bed linens were silky soft and comfortable, and the towels are nice, too. Our room was really so comfortable, that when it was raining we just lazed about in our room, napping on the daybed, watching movies on the big TV, or reading in the bath. Speaking of the bath, honestly the most epic view from a tub that I have ever experienced! When it was too hot and humid in the day, we lounged in the crystal blue pool- what a treat to swim in the cool water with the mountains all around you! When we felt like exploring beyond the village, we were able to rent e-bikes right there for a great price, it was so convenient. They have a buffet Chinese breakfast in the morning, and the Guilin rice noodle was delish and so authentic. We also loved the homemade soymilk, it was so good, even my husband who doesn't really like soymilk kept drinking it! We enjoyed the modern zen feel of the hotel, its very calming with water features, and little garden features everywhere. Most of all, the location of the hotel is really special, you are in the back of an old traditional village, making it sooooo quiet, so peaceful. No noisy tourists to be seen anywhere!!! The staff was friendly and chill and helpful. But, when we wanted to go out for a treat, we would just walk a few steps into the center of the village where there are some really lovely coffee shops in ancient garden courtyards, and we would eat at one of our favorite restaurants, the Secret Garden Cafe, which has yummy Chinese and Western food. We can't wait to come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a restful escape from the hustle and bustle.

Choosing the right guesthouse is so important for travelers, and from booking to check-in, everything was incredibly hassle-free. Since it was the off-season, I communicated with them in advance to get a higher floor and two rooms on the same level. The rooms were just as neat and tidy as before, with a tranquil and elegant ambiance. The pool area was impeccably clean, and with a wide-angle lens, every photo turned out stunning, creating a great atmosphere. The room itself was spacious and bright with a well-thought-out layout. Amenities and disposable toiletries were all provided, and the hygiene was excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. The bed was just the right firmness – I slept soundly until morning. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive, providing thoughtful service without being overbearing. The Yulong River bamboo rafting pier is just 300 meters across the road. It's quiet yet convenient here, an absolute perfect experience! I'll definitely be choosing this guesthouse for future trips; you can't go wrong with it.

It's located right in the Yulong River Scenic Area, very close to Jima Wharf, making it super convenient to get around, and there's free parking available. The moment I stepped in, I fell in love with the place. The courtyard, the lawn, the mountains – it's like a painting! Our room was comfortable and clean, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a direct view of Totoro Mountain. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making our stay incredibly relaxing and enjoyable! I'll definitely be back when I have the chance!

A special highlight was the rooftop terrace, offering breathtaking panoramic views of West Street. We were also pleasantly surprised when the bar staff offered us complimentary drinks. Just a short stroll through a charming, misty alley and across a small bridge, you'll find yourself at the famous West Street of Yangshuo. The facilities are comprehensive, and the owner is incredibly warm and attentive. They even personally picked us up and helped us with parking. Thumbs up! 👍
