"Booked this hotel for a photography trip to Zhaoqing during the Bauhinia season. The hotel is super close to Seven Star Crags, just a few minutes' walk to both the East and South gates, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. There are also several local farm restaurants nearby, so dining is a breeze. I really liked the room – it was clean, tidy, and the facilities felt brand new. The Wi-Fi signal was strong, which was great for us to process photos on our phones. The front desk staff were excellent; they were quick to help with any requests and enthusiastically offered information about the scenic area. The hotel's breakfast buffet was really good too, with a wide variety of choices and delicious food. I'd definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to Zhaoqing! 👍👍👍"

"The tranquil, expansive lake at the entrance, the quiet village, all conceal a guesthouse meticulously crafted with attention to detail. My room, combined with the view from the terrace, reminded me of the Mediterranean. The room was clean, and all amenities were thoughtfully chosen. Notably, the guesthouse uses spring water; a bath there left my skin smooth and instantly refreshed. I bought some flowers and picked some local florists to borrow vases from the guesthouse for arranging. I also enjoyed tea and wine while appreciating the view. The breakfast was excellent—wontons, steamed buns, tea eggs, and toast were all freshly made by the guesthouse staff. I brought my own coffee to make, and the kitchen was fully equipped. However, the latte from the café next door was also delicious. I also found two teacups I really liked at the guesthouse, as well as some earrings, at very reasonable prices. There's a particularly famous restaurant nearby called Xinghu Yuhu, which is excellent; it's within walking distance or a few minutes' ride by Didi (ride-hailing service). The sweet crepes are a must-try. You can also cycle around the lake to enjoy the scenery. You can take a bath in your room, or relax and read in the coffee shop. This feels like staying in a five-star guesthouse in a scenic area."

"The hotel front desk service was satisfactory, especially the young lady, Ms. Luo, who was patient and very enthusiastic. The hotel environment was good, with gaming rooms, laundry facilities, and a gym – all very thoughtful touches that made it convenient for our staff. The hotel environment was excellent, the service was good, and there was a shopping mall downstairs. Tourist attractions were nearby, including the arcade street, the old town, museums, and the Seven Star Crags Archway, all within a 10-minute walk. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. Very satisfied."

The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including Chengdong Mosque, Baoyue Park and Furong Park. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Zhaoqing hotel features parking on site. Germaphobes can rest easy - the level of cleanliness is highly rated at this hotel. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.
"The room was very clean, and the staff were genuinely friendly. When the TV couldn't pick up any channels, only movies, a staff member immediately got the manager to help me fix it. The front desk staff were all very polite, and the location is super convenient with lots of food and drink options downstairs. For such a low price, getting breakfast included is rare, even though the selection was small, the soy milk and chive dumplings were exceptionally delicious! I usually book the White Swan next door, but it was fully booked that day and didn't have twin rooms, so I decided to try this one. Honestly, after seeing the reviews on Dianping, I didn't have high hopes! But it really exceeded my expectations – it was genuinely clean (just as clean as the White Swan, and the staff were just as polite). The only downsides were that the hallway wasn't very bright and the TV didn't have TVB Jade (but these two minor issues were well worth the 80 yuan saving compared to the White Swan). Plus, the location here has a slight advantage over the White Swan with a Gu Ming milk tea shop right downstairs and Kai Long Que Restaurant just a few meters further – there are so many food choices! Even when I stayed at the White Swan, I’d walk to this milk tea shop and restaurant! Oh, and the conditioner smelled amazing!"

"I have come to Zhaoqing to see the must-choice hotel in Guangdong. Every time I stay, I have a surprise. The experience is really good. The front desk staff was gentle, the check-in speed was very fast, and the questions were answered patiently. The room was cleaned very clean, there was no smell, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is very close to Qixingyan Dongmen Square. You can enter the park on foot. It is very easy to travel. It is also convenient to eat and go shopping around, and the supporting facilities are very complete. The overall price is very high, whether it is self-driving or free travel, next time you come to Zhaoqing, you will continue to choose to stay here."

Despite being new, there was no 'new renovation smell' in the room; instead, a faint, pleasant fragrance wafted from the lobby all the way into our room. The room itself was neat and clean, with complete amenities. The air conditioning was easy to use, providing good cooling and airflow. Our shared requirement was a smoke-free environment, which was met. A special shout-out goes to the two receptionists wearing glasses who were on duty in the evening – they were both courteous and incredibly helpful, answering all our questions without a hint of impatience. We highly recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel service was fantastic, especially the morning front desk lady who was very considerate. It's a new hotel, and all the facilities are great, including the washing machine, dryer, and gym. The breakfast buffet had many choices, and the ladies serving there were very kind. There were two areas that could be improved: firstly, our initial room was on the 7th floor right next to the elevator, and we could hear the elevator mechanism grinding all night. After we switched to another room, it was much better. Secondly, after changing rooms, the second room had a very strong cigarette smell. My wife and I don't like the smell of smoke, so it was uncomfortable. Overall, the service, facilities, and location are excellent. For this price, there's nothing to complain about. If I come back to Zhaoqing, I would choose this place again. See you next year!"

The front desk staff also recommended a fantastic restaurant, Guo Xiaochu, which was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend checking it out!!!"

The location of the B&B is good, on the edge of Qixing Lake, and there are scenic spots outside. The decoration is also quite unique, and they are responsible for picking up at the station. The proprietress is quite enthusiastic and gave me souvenirs when I left. The only thing I am not satisfied with is that the room I stayed in is too small, and the facilities are not complete. Everything is placed on the floor or windowsill. It is much more comfortable to stay in a hotel at the same price. I decisively canceled the next day's stay and moved to the hotel.

Lovely place to stay right in the scenic area of the 7 Star Crags. The booking of our room came with a set breakfast and it was good. (You can choose either the Chinese or Western set) The hostel has its own restaurant, so it was very convenient to have meals. We had dinner there one night and it was delicious and the price was reasonable. The hostel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hostess was also very helpful.. Although she was away during our 2 nights' stay, she contacted us through Wechat and helped to book a taxi to our next destination.

My stay at the Vienna Hotel in Zhaoqing was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is spotless, with rooms that are always kept clean, comfortable, and well stocked with water, toiletries, and all the essentials. The staff are exceptionally warm and attentive — they go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed and cared for throughout your stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the fresh fruits provided in my room and the mooncakes they gave me to take home. The location is another highlight. Just across the street is a beautiful park, perfect for exercising, taking peaceful walks, or simply sitting and observing daily local life. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and charming, giving you a real sense of peace and security. Convenience stores and restaurants are nearby, and in the evenings, the streets come alive with small food stalls offering authentic Chinese flavors — a delightful way to experience local culture. Overall, Vienna Hotel in Zhaoqing exceeded my expectations. With its cleanliness, excellent service, welcoming staff, and ideal location, it offers both comfort and a genuine sense of connection to the community. I would absolutely love to return and stay here again.

The room was very clean and spacious. The service was excellent, and the butler was particularly attentive. The hotel provided free water. The breakfast was also plentiful. The view of Seven Star Crags across the street was stunning, especially at night—it felt like stepping back into the filming location of Journey to the West.

A great choice for a friends' getaway! We stayed at this hotel with a group of friends and were very pleased with our choice. Convenient location is a huge plus! Everything was truly nearby: cafes, restaurants, main attractions, and public transport. We didn't waste time on long journeys. The rooms were clean, cozy, and fully matched the description. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay was provided. Special thanks to the staff! Very friendly, attentive, and responsive people. Always ready to help with any request or question. For example, they helped us a lot with organizing a transfer and suggested great places for evening entertainment. Overall, we got exactly the relaxed and positive vacation we were hoping for. My friends and I will definitely be reminiscing about this trip. We recommend it!

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and most importantly, the room was well soundproofed, so I slept very soundly all night! The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted great. The location is excellent, with shopping malls and attractions within walking distance, making it super convenient! The service, environment, and facilities were all impeccable; I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this place again next time!

Even though it's a standard chain budget hotel, the cleanliness was absolutely impeccable – very clean and tidy. Our room, despite being located right by the elevator, had surprisingly good soundproofing. **Facilities**: Not brand new, but very well-maintained. The shower pressure was excellent. **Cleanliness**: 5 stars **Service**: The front desk staff were quite responsive, though parking was a bit of a hassle.

The hotel is clean and hygienic, the decoration is relatively new, the location is OK, the hotel provides free breakfast, the food variety and quality are OK! One bad thing is that we booked 2 rooms, but only one room was ready when we checked in, and the other one was not. It was said that it would be ready in an hour, but since we were going out, we didn't come back to pick up the room until night, and only one room was left. We were dissatisfied with the same room type and wanted to change rooms. When booking, we wrote that Kehen would upgrade the room for free, but it didn’t happen. We had to pay for the upgrade!

The room was clean. The twin room was quite spacious, which was nice. The environment was comfortable, and my kids loved it. It was quiet; we couldn't hear any outside traffic, so everyone slept well after a tiring day. The beds were very comfortable.

The room was great, clean and hygienic. There were also plenty of food options nearby, and RT-Mart across the street was very convenient. The front desk lady even helped me upgrade my room.
