We stayed in a room with a breathtaking panoramic view of the Great Pyramid of Keops and the Giza Pyramids, and waking up to that scenery was truly unforgettable. As a family, comfort and a great view are very important to us, and this hotel exceeded our expectations in both. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. Habiba, who greeted us at check-in, kindly upgraded our room free of charge, which was a wonderful surprise and a great start to our stay. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special thanks to Mohammed, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed throughout our stay. His kindness and professionalism made us feel truly welcome. Our flight was late in the evening, and the hotel kindly allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out, giving us the opportunity to explore Cairo without any worries. This thoughtful service made our last day much more enjoyable. The room was spacious, the bathroom was modern and spotless, and the furnishings were of excellent quality. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, allowing all of us to sleep very well after long days of sightseeing. We also appreciated the high-quality toiletries provided in the room, which added a nice touch of luxury. Breakfast was good.Combined with view of the pyramids, it was an experience we will always remember. We would like to sincerely thank Habiba for her warm welcome and generous room upgrade, and Mohammed for his outstanding hospitality. Their exceptional service made our stay even more memorable.

I just wrapped up an unforgettable stay at this charming guest house tucked right next to the Great Pyramids in Cairo, and I can't recommend it enough! If you're dreaming of waking up to ancient wonders without the chaos of the main entrance crowds, this spot is pure magic. It's on the quieter side, so you get that intimate pyramid vibe without the tour bus frenzy. Our junior suite was perfect for two – spacious enough to unwind after a day of exploring, with all the comforts you'd want. But the real highlight? That rooftop breakfast terrace! Sipping coffee while gazing at the two massive pyramids looming in the morning light felt like a scene from a history book come to life. And the WiFi? Rock-solid throughout the hotel – a lifesaver for uploading all those epic photos and staying connected. What truly elevated this trip was the team, led by the incredible owner, Mohamed. He's got this genuine warmth that's rare in hospitality – like chatting with a knowledgeable friend. He hooked us up with insider tips on the best ride-sharing apps to navigate Cairo's wild traffic, spot-on restaurant recs nearby, and even curated a day tour that blew us away. The price was super reasonable, and our guide, Mo Karam, was an absolute standout. Thoughtful, packed with Egyptian history knowledge, and brimming with passion – he fielded my endless questions (seriously, a million of them!) with patience and extra stories that made the sites come alive. Booking him felt like unwrapping a gift. We love venturing out solo, but Cairo's energy is intense – constant traffic from dawn till dusk, and haggling with taxis can eat up your day. With Mohamed's help to hire a driver and car for city jaunts was spot-on; it saved us hours and stress. He was always there for backup, too. The personal touches sealed the deal: When I woke up with a pesky cough one morning, Mohamed sent over a steaming ginger tea to soothe my throat – talk about heartfelt! Then there's Mo, who brews Turkish coffee that's honestly better than anything I tried at local cafes. And the chef? She's a quiet force of kindness – doesn't speak much English, but her caring energy shines through in every meal. The whole staff is like that: friendly, chatty, and eager to help with whatever's on your mind, from hidden gems to quick translations. This hotel has some of the kindest and most helpful people I have ever met. From the very first moment, the staff made me feel truly welcome. Any question or request was answered immediately — they always helped, explained, and guided me with genuine care. There was a small issue with my room at first, but it was resolved right away. The staff quickly arranged a room change, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I stayed in a room with a balcony, and it was absolutely amazing. The view is breathtaking — waking up and seeing the pyramids right in front of you is an unforgettable experience. I would also like to highlight the hotel’s rooftop. Breakfasts are served there, and you can also just relax or order food from the restaurant. Eating while overlooking the pyramids is something truly special. The hotel is located very close to the entrance of the Pyramids area — I even walked back to the hotel on foot after my visit. The Great Egyptian Museum is also just a 10–15 minute car ride, which is extremely convenient. Once again, the staff deserves special praise: very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything. They speak English very well, which makes communication easy and comfortable. Airport transfer can be arranged both from and to the hotel, and payment at the reception is possible in both US dollars and Egyptian pounds. Highly recommended — a place where you feel cared for and truly enjoy every moment of your stay.

This was such a lovely place, it was clean, newly created and the staff were all so helpful. The view was amazing, both in the room and rooftop, you can wake up, use the loo or shower and the view of this ancient site will be visible through the window, a beautiful experience. (I chose the pyramid view room) The rooftop was lovely, the view was immaculate, you can see the city around and the view of the pyramids with lights at night, you can see the sunrise and sunset, and the moon cycle too. The staff are always at your service, they often check in on you, unless you want to be alone and they treat you with respect and kindness. I met the managers of the hotel too, who were so welcoming, they offered me tea, good conversation and were overall good genuine people. The room was comfortable, I was alone but had the choice of two beds, you can see the view from the bed, the room was very clean, you are provided with everything you need, and if you don't have it you can ask. The room was also temperature regulated with Aircon above the bed, and a remote to control the speed and temperature, much needed in the Egyptian weather. Overall the experience was great and I met other people who were staying in the hotel who said good things, which is always good to know when you are alone, staying somewhere new. Although odd, the hotel being close to the highway was great for getting taxis, bikes and crossing over to walk into the city and town. When you are in your room, and the windows are closed, you rarely hear anything, beside light sounds, it doesn't disturb my sleep at all. The staff were great, the owners were great, the location was great and it was a good experience which I recommend.

Location, location, location! Mohammed and Mustafa and staff are lovely and the best thing about this is location. Also, AC is great and hot water in shower, all really good things. Splurge and get the balcony, because if you get the $15 room, it’s an inside room - read everything carefully. But the balcony gives you breakfast with the pyramids. A couple of doors over there is heaven‘s lounge which you can get beer and alcohol at which is lovely to spend the evenings at with wine under the pyramids. You will get nothing of that here. I do have a bit of a bone to pick with trip.com because they didn’t do their research as there is no restaurant, there is no bar and there is no pool or gym in this place, which is why I downgraded the amenities. However if you were going to Giza for the pyramids, this is the place. Yes it is right behind the camel and the horse staging area so from 8 o’clock in the morning till quitting time which is 4 o’clock in the afternoon, you will have the authentic experience. If you do not like trash, if you do not like dust, if you do not like smells, you should probably just not be coming to Egypt in general! Because it is everywhere. However, if you want the authentic experience at the base of the pyramids, this is the place. Oh, and the Internet is crap… So just make sure you have a really good cellular plan because it’s no better anywhere else in Egypt either.  From our experience, and we have traveled everywhere, the left over British colonies just don’t have a really great Wi-Fi infrastructure. 

Everything is great. Good locations to visit the Puranas. Just right outside the pyramid entrance. The view from the roof top is magnificent. Food was average.. but it’s edible. However, the only thing I like to mentioned is the amenities in the room isn’t too complete. We booked 2 rooms and Some of the rooms come w table lamp but the other doesn’t. Some of the room comes w plugs but another has no plugs at all so we request for a change of rooms. Couldn’t charge my phone or I have to sacrifice the Tv 🥲. So we asked for a change of rooms They also do not have hairdryer in the room and you need to ask for it. Of course they are very kind people but it’s just a hassle for customers. Another issues we encounter is the poor wifi connectivity and that gets into our nerves. Basically is weak connection thus it gets cut off or totally couldn’t locate the room number at all. Besides, room was comfortable and staff was very helpful and kind. I guess it’s consider a very good place to stay despite those little issues.

The hotel has pyramid view on their rooftop, you cN enjoy the view while havinv your breakfast..the room was ok, but lack of amenities..the breakfast was good..the staff is friendly..overall we have a good tine while staying there

We took a room with the balcony. We were immediately offered another room, on the roof with a small window. We refused and regretted at night, it was very noisy. The next day we moved to room 802. Comfortable beds, on the roof the room was clean. Ask in advance to be settled in the roof rooms. At the respiratory Aya recommended us dinner on the steamboat. We agreed. We had a pleasure. We were taken, met from the boat and taken back. At the pool and on the terrace you can make a class photo on the background of the pyramid. I recommend this hotel if you have come to visit the pyramids and a new museum. Responsive staff helped organize a surprise for a friend in honor of his birthday.

We arrived almost midnight. The manager immediately began to persuade us to upgrade to a family room, overlooking the pyramids. Everything was brought into play, including even the fact that our room, which we had booked, was supposedly not ready. Is it at midnight? :))) In general we agreed for 500 pounds/night. The room is, ultimately, absurdly big. Everything needs updating. The water pressure is very weak. Washing up was a problem. Linen and towels are more or less clean. Breakfast is just terrible. How can you serve breakfast and not offer tea or coffee???!!! This is already the 46th country we have visited. And probably the 1000th hotel we have stayed in. And this is the first time we are encountering this. Nonsense!

My one-night stay on the 4th floor was incredibly disappointing. After arriving exhausted from my travels, I finally settled into sleep, only to have my rest cut short at 8:00 AM by the floor supervisor. Instead of maintaining a quiet environment for guests, he treated the hallway like a social club—shouting at staff, laughing loudly, and using his phone on speakerphone for everyone to hear. I even knocked on my door to alert him to the noise, but he completely ignored me and continued his disruptive behavior until the moment I checked out. I was actually planning to book an additional night, but after this experience, I wouldn't dream of staying here again. It is shocking that a supervisor would have so little respect for paying guests
