As a stylish and charming oasis with original, very high quality and artistic amenities, the house CA SES NINES is situated in a very quiet side street on the outskirts of the popular and traditional village of Selva at the foot of the Tramuntana. From clad with precious slates entrance area you reach the first and ground floor one bedroom with two single beds. In the hallway there is a bathroom with modern shower and the stairs in the rustic vaulted cellar with large dining table and adjoining laundry. The hallway leading from the upstairs stairway is open plan and without handrails. Furthermore the ground floor is the open plan living area with a German satellite TV and internet access to the dining area and a tasteful and fully equipped kitchen adjoins.
