It was a pleasent stay at JURAKU HOTEL,the room Is clean and the bed really comfertable.i had a Good Night sleep ,the station just 5 minutes away.hightly recommend for those travel to kobe,and yet it's really close to GLION AREANA.I just went there for TAEMIN's VEIL concert. It took me a while to write this review, but I still have wonderful memories of my Kobe trip, all thanks to this hotel! 1️⃣ Excellent Location: Super close to the airport limousine bus drop-off point, with a Lawson convenience store downstairs, three supermarkets nearby (Aeon, Ikari), walking distance to major shopping malls, and a subway station right across the street… Simply unbeatable! I was particularly satisfied with the airport bus aspect, so let me elaborate a little: After taking the [Kansai Airport Bus] to [Sannomiya Station Kobe], cross the road twice (as shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2). Once you see the [Lawson convenience store], walk four or five steps down the small alley beside it, and you'll see a sign (as shown in Figure 3) for the hotel. I've borrowed the route map from the hotel's official website and added some notes, hoping it helps~ (P.S. The bus drop-off point cannot be used for return trips to Kansai Airport! If you want to take a bus from Kobe back to Kansai Airport, the boarding point is at the [Airport Bus Ticket Kiosk 空港リムジンバス券売機] [〒650-0021 兵庫県神戸市中央区三宮町１丁目１０−10]. It's actually a bit of a distance to get there, so a taxi is recommended. It cost me about 50 RMB). 2️⃣ Service and Details: The staff were very polite. The lobby offered skincare and sun protection products, as well as a wide variety of tea bags! (Rooibos tea, Earl Grey, honey black tea, apple tea, chamomile, Darjeeling…) A delightful surprise for tea lovers! Every flavor was excellent! 3️⃣ Room and Eco-friendly Concept: The room had enough space for luggage, and the bedding was very comfortable. While I could see the railway from the window, there was absolutely no noise. Also, since it's an eco-friendly hotel, no bottled water is provided. However, there are cups in the room (not to be taken away) and water dispensers in the hallway for guests to get free hot and cold water.

The hotel is located right next to the newly opened shopping street, very close to Hankyu Hanshin train station. I saw some reviews mentioning it's a bit far from the subway station. The room, although small, was well-equipped and very good.

The hotel is a little bit far away from Sannomiya. It takes at least 5-10 mins driving to there, so it probably takes 15 to 20 mins to walk there. As it is far from city, it is quiet, and the room is clean and large. Unfortunately, the parking spaces are limited and luckily I could find a parking space nearby. The service is good and the staff are very polite. It has welcome drinks offered. If you cannot find a hotel inside Kobe, this hotel would be another good choice to consider.

The food is absolutely delicious. Breakfast is healthy and varied: miso soup, curry, rice, omelets, potato salad, sausages, boiled potatoes and broccoli, succulent fried tofu and dried tofu, fish for grilling on a mini-grill, red smoked fish, and cherry tomatoes. There are also tasty pastries like croissants and cinnamon rolls – they don't skimp on butter and jams. Plus, yogurts, sweet fruits in syrup, and muesli. For drinks, there's hot/cold coffee, tea, milk, orange juice, and iced water. The hot spring in the hotel is magnificent – both golden and silver springs, a jacuzzi, a cold pool, and cold rice tea after the onsen. They even sell sake in vending machines! You can buy souvenirs right in the hotel, and the prices are reasonable. It's a 4-minute walk from Arima Onsen station and 6 minutes to the bus stop (which goes directly to Kobe). The value for money is perfect, and the staff really go the extra mile. The kimonos are beautiful!

스마 해변과 가까워서 매우 좋은 호텔입니다. 서비스가 아주 좋았고 시설도 매우 만족스럽습다만 호텔의 특성(?)상 가족보다는 커플이 방문하기에 좋습니다.

The hotel is a bit of a walk from JR Kobe Station, but the surrounding facilities are convenient. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs and a Life supermarket on the way to the station. The hotel itself is a bit old, but it's well-maintained and clean. There's an ice machine on the second floor, which is very handy. The door locks are key-operated, and rooms are cleaned every three days. The neighborhood is quiet. The only minor inconvenience is the lack of a main room light; only bedside lamps are provided, which is a peculiar design choice. The price is very reasonable, and overall, I had a great experience.

In addition to free drinks, juice and coffee, red wine and white wine are provided every afternoon, allowing guests to soak in the hot spring bath to relax their body, mind and soul and enjoy a leisurely and carefree travel experience.

Location a bit far from Sannomiya station, it's on a uphill so quite hectic for travelers with large luggage. But there's a Matsuya and a few conbini around, and it's near to Ijinkan, so good overall.

This is a well-established local hotel that's remarkably well-maintained and spotlessly clean. They offer both Japanese-style and Western-style rooms, both excellent choices. The spacious public bath on the 5th floor is very comfortable; as the hotel wasn't crowded during our stay, we practically had it to ourselves every day. Just under a kilometer behind the hotel, there's a cable car station providing direct access to Mount Rokko, which is incredibly convenient for sightseeing. In the evenings, a delightful summer festival was also held nearby.
