"We stayed in the Hollywood Twin Room, and although it was a bit small, it was incredibly clean and well-arranged! The hotel offers excellent value for money overall. Downstairs at check-in, they provide complimentary toiletries, and even mouthwash, toner, lotion, and makeup remover! I'd give the hotel facilities a perfect score; there's a self-service laundry room, ice machine, microwave, refrigerator, and even a dedicated smoking room. My favorite part is the 24-hour free coffee, and the quality is absolutely top-notch! 😌"

"A superdude Hokkaido hotel, where is located next to the JR station (unfortunately the station exit is under go construction, some pedestrian diversion) only 5 minutes walk will be arrived. The JR train from CTS airport to the hotel only took 40 minutes. Many big shopping arcades surround the area, worth to visit again of this hotel."

"Location is good. It is close to the central area. Room is spacious enough for 2. Although you cannot open 2 luggages at the same time. There’s a mini fridge and a kettle. Free coffee and tea. Also you can borrow hair curler and iron on the front desk. They also offer other things you can borrow like nail cutter and others. They change towels everyday. But room cleaning is not allowed until your 4th night. The view is nice too. Here’s a photo taken from our room."

"Clean and hygienic, with excellent service. It's right next to Odori Park and very close to Tanukikoji. The beds are surprisingly large for Japan; two single beds pushed together can easily accommodate a family of three. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit of a walk from the subway station. However, there's an airport shuttle bus stop just two blocks from the hotel, about a 5-minute walk, and it's cheaper than taking the subway."

"The room isn't huge, but it's well-equipped, clean, and tidy. The front desk staff were polite, and overall, I had a great experience. The location is super close to Tanukikoji, and from there, you can easily walk through the underground shopping street to Susukino or Sapporo Station. Highly recommended!"

"Our stay at FAV LUX Sapporo was very comfortable and memorable. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, with the private sauna inside the room as the highlight of our stay. The hotel also has a great public onsen, perfect for relaxing after a full day of exploring Sapporo. Its location is in the quieter area of Susukino, which made the stay more peaceful, but it is still very accessible to restaurants, shops, and nearby attractions, within walking disrance. Overall, it’s a great choice for travelers looking for comfort, privacy, and a relaxing stay in Sapporo."

You can easily walk there with your luggage, and there's a Yamato Transport (Kuroneko) service nearby where you can send your bags. The hotel's service is excellent; the front desk has a translation device that makes communication smooth. There's a smoking room on the first floor and a laundry room with washers and dryers, along with a public bath, in the basement. The hotel room is also good, perfect for two people."

GGuest UserThis hotel is incredibly close to the Odori subway station exits, with various lines nearby, just a 2-3 minute walk away. If you're someone who doesn't want to drag your luggage far, this place is perfect! And the biggest plus? There's an airport bus stop right in front of the hotel with direct service to New Chitose Airport 🚌. No need to squeeze onto the subway on your way back – it's a lifesaver for those with big luggage! It's also about a 6-8 minute walk to PARCO and Tanukikoji, making shopping and dining super convenient.

SShin AlterAs with the other reviews here. Their location is everything. The airport limousine bus stops extremely close by this hotel. Just few mins walk to reach. Further, this hotel connects directly underground to Pole Town shopping and the subway (Namboku line), traveling around is extremely convenient; few hotels that are so strategically located as this one! Plenty of food and konbini options (Seicomart right next door) around as well because this hotel is right outside Tanukikoji shopping street. There are also McD and MOS burgers nearby. Something I don't like is the room they gave me is on the lowest floor, even when I requested a high floor very early on. The walking traffic light chirping sound outside is very loud and I can hear it in the room (thankfully it was off during sleeping time). As for the staff, there is a mix of foreigners (some Nepalese and Thai) and Japanese local, all of which are very helpful. Although they said housekeeping only every 7 days, but they collected the trash and change towels daily; even made up our bed, i think the only thing they didn't do is change your bedsheets everyday. Twin room is quite spacious for 2 person, we can open up our luggage no problem. Express check out available just drop your key inside the lift. Overall I'm very happy and it's a pleasant experience! (except for the loud traffic bird sound)

On the first floor, right by the elevator, there's a convenient selection of toiletries available, including toothbrushes, bath products, and men's razors. The hotel is super easy to get to, just across the street from JR Station. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven right downstairs and two Lawson convenience stores across the street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. You can even get to Daimaru Department Store via the JR Station, and from the other side of Daimaru, there's an underground passage that leads to places like Tanukikoji. It's a bit of a walk to either end, but the best part is how close it is to the JR Station when you're heading home! Despite being so close to the JR Station, the soundproofing in the rooms is actually really good.

GGuest UserThe hotel was in a good location near subway Toho line exit 21 or opposite street exit 24 with elevator access. Check in process really simple using the machine with passport scanner and room card issued for each person. Staff greeted us nicely and explained the room cleaning schedule (once every 3 day is must and optional (eco cleaning) for other days.). You can get all amenity from the front desk including pajamas. Hotel was standard chain hotel with normal size Japanese Room fit enough with 2 people with limited space for luggage repack. Luggage can be stored under bed so no worries about luggage space. There is a lack of a small table for the bed side but we just slightly pull out the mini fridge as a small table. Bed was hard but we prefer that way. Free breakfast provided everyday during the stay on lobby from 0630 to 0930. Menu slightly change daily but consistently with rice, bread, yogurt and tea rice. Breakfast drink have hot tea, yogurt drink (Hokkaido milk yogurt drink. Highly recommend) and fruit drink. Coffee machine served from 0600 to 0000 daily. Vending machine for drink available at lobby but we prefer go to nearby seicomart to buy stuff. Microwave also available on lobby. Overall I will rate as 7/10 , better than average and best cost per stay if you use city subway alot

AAnonymous UserThe room isn't huge, but there's just enough space by the bathroom door for two suitcases. To fully open them and pack, you'll need to use the bed, which is typical for Japanese hotels, so it's acceptable. It's a bit of a walk to Susukino subway station, a few blocks away, and it's even harder in the snow. I had to go to the Susukino airport bus stop, which is only a few hundred meters away, but with snow and luggage, it would have taken about 40 minutes to walk. I ended up taking a taxi from the hotel entrance, costing less than 100 RMB, and got there in just a few minutes, which was very convenient. Overall, the price was reasonable, around 400+ RMB per night.

PPooM RagThe hotel is located not far from the station, about a 5 to 8-minute walk. The twin room isn't too cramped and is quite comfortable for sleeping. However, they only provide one pillow per person, and it’s a bit on the flat side. Since I visited during winter, the air conditioning functioned as a heater, which made the room feel a bit too warm, but luckily the windows can be opened for some fresh air. Key Policies & Facilities • Housekeeping: The hotel has a policy of not cleaning the room unless you stay for at least 3 days. • Towels: You can hang your used towels outside the door every day to exchange them for fresh ones. • Laundry: There are coin-operated washing machines available, though there are only two machines in total. • Dining: There is an affordable Izakaya restaurant located right under the hotel. Location & Verdict Overall, the location is very convenient. It’s close to all of Sapporo’s main attractions, and you can easily walk to the Susukino area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

EExpat EDventuresOverall, the stay was comfortable with several thoughtful touches, though there were some design drawbacks. The beds were soft and comfortable, and it was especially convenient that the sofa bed had already been made up for my daughter when we arrived. Toiletries were provided at check-in, which was a nice and practical detail. The concierge staff were consistently polite and helpful, and I appreciated the flavoured water always available in the lobby. The location is also very convenient and made getting around easy. However, the room itself is quite small. The walkway between the door and the beds is extremely narrow, and one side of the bed sits directly against the wall, making it difficult to get out at night without disturbing your partner. My biggest concern was the onsen changing area. When I entered, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Drying my hair there was unpleasant, and when I asked the front desk, I was told it was a designated smoking area. I found this surprising and disappointing, as it’s an enclosed space everyone must pass through to access the baths. Especially since the bath was lovely itself. Overall, the hotel offers comfort, convenience, and friendly service, but the room layout and smoking policy around the onsen detract from the experience.
