The hotel was recently renovated and is quite new. It doesn't have an elevator, but the rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, which is a plus. The room also has a small refrigerator. I think it's great value for money, and I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Sendai!

I absolutely loved this chain hotel. It's conveniently located very close to the station, though I'd recommend using navigation for the most straightforward route. Upon exiting the station, the easiest way is to head up to the second floor, walk a short distance, cross the street, and then take the stairs down. The room was a good size, and the layout was very practical.

The hotel is clean and pretty new. Though it is a bit far from the city centre, it is close to the Mitsui Outlet. As we have a rental car, the location is not our main concern. It has wonderful onsen facilities which we could relax after a tiresome day trip. The hotel likes its Dormy Inn brand, offer free ramen and ice cream to customers. Overall, we are happy to choose this hotel and really enjoyed our 2-night stay there.

I really enjoyed my stay at Capsule Hotel Topos Sendai. I’m 187 cm tall, and the capsule was spacious enough for me and quite comfortable for sleeping. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The hot bath/onsen was one of my favorite things about the hotel. It was great to relax in the hot water after a long day. The fitness room was also a nice bonus, as I could still get a workout in during my stay. A large suitcase cannot be kept inside the capsule, but you can leave it just outside the capsule area, which was convenient enough. Most importantly, the price was very reasonable. For the price, I think the hotel offers excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely time at this hotel. The lobby is beautiful and creates a wonderful first impression. One of the best perks is the complimentary shuttle bus from Sendai; it’s very convenient and only takes about 30–45 minutes, making the hotel feel quite accessible. We really enjoyed the facilities, especially the four onsen baths (two for each gender) and the ping pong room, which was a fun addition to our stay. The only area for improvement would be the dinner buffet. Compared to typical Japanese onsen standards, the variety felt a bit limited. While the steak and crab were highlights, we were hoping for a slightly more luxurious selection, such as ikura or a wider array of seafood, especially for those who might not eat beef or crab. Overall, it’s a wonderful spot for a short, relaxing break. We left feeling refreshed!

The hotel is located on the 2nd floor and without a clear hotel signage shown which made it hard for us the find even though we are using waze. If you are driving , this hotel is really not convenient as there is no hotel parking . Spent so much time to find the nearest parking spot when the parking adjacent to the hotel is full . No drop off at all in front of the hotel therefore you have to lug your luggages from parking to the hotel. The room is a little dated but pretty clean and very good price for a family of 4 . So before you book do weigh you are after convenience or on budget . The best thing the hotel can offers are right next to the shopping arcade, bath house and family room for 4.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the shopping street, and it's about a 10-minute walk to the JR station. The breakfast is quite varied, with one or two dishes updated daily, plus fresh oranges available, which is really nice.

It's more than a 20-minute walk from Sendai Station, so taking the nearest subway is a smoother way to check in. It was nice that they allowed me to leave my luggage early in the morning and delivered it to my room. I felt the shower water pressure was a bit weak. It was worth the price.

We were two people during one night. It’s a little bit far from the station. But there’s a bus stop close by that goes to the station (190 yen in 2026). What I really liked was that the hotel have bikes (with a basket) you can use for free, just ask the receptionen (I only used it once for one hour, but it was good). The room was a bit spacious, clean and tidy. If you have a suitcase I think you can open it in the room. The bed and pillows were good. What I didn’t like was that they didn’t have hand soap or conditioner. They did have shampoo and body soap though. The staff was nice and friendly. The amenity was good as well. They didn’t have face wash and face cream, like many other hotels have. But they had the other usual things, so I don’t complain. When I booked this hotel on trip.com it said the check in is between 15-22, so I checked in before 22. But when I went to the reception 23, there were still people there, and they had a machine where it said check in and out. So maybe you can check in after 22? If you want to do that I would try to send a message or something and ask. Because it felt like it was ok to check in even after 22. Overall I think we had a good and nice stay at this hotel.

The location is about a 10-minute walk from Sendai Station and very close to a shopping street. It's not far from Sendai Morning Market, but I wouldn't recommend going there. They only start opening around 9 AM. By Japanese standards, the room is quite large, and the bathroom is also spacious with a bathtub. Daily housekeeping and towel changing are provided. Bed sheets are changed every 3 days. Razors, toothbrushes, slippers, and other toiletries are available at the front desk. However, my room window faced the wall of the adjacent building, offering no view whatsoever. The downsides are that you have to climb stairs to get to the lobby, and there's only one elevator. The lobby reception area is also quite small. Free coffee is available. Breakfast is 1800 yen, which is reasonable. There's a Chinese lady at the front desk, so she speaks fluent Chinese.
