I almost missed out on this perfect experience! A huge thank you to the host, James, for his genuine warmth and kindness. This stay was truly near perfection! I had a layover in Manila with lots of luggage, and to my surprise, my bags couldn't go straight through. I wasn't planning on leaving the airport, especially arriving at night when the environment outside felt a bit concerning... but in the end, I decided to check in. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient to the airport, and the neighborhood feels very safe. The room itself was fully equipped and comfortable, helping to relieve a whole day's travel fatigue. The bed was especially fantastic! The next morning, I even had time to explore the surrounding community and get a feel for everyday life and society in Manila. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Manila! Thanks! 👍❤️

Excellent location, very close to the airport. I arrived at 7 AM, swimmingly, even though my check-in was after 2 PM. The staff kindly let me check in early for 1000 pesos since I arrived before my scheduled time. The location is near 7-Eleven, various restaurants, and grocery stores. There's also a pharmacy downstairs. Plus, there's a restaurant and coffee shop on the upper floor of the accommodation.

The location is perfect — close to public transport, shops, and attractions. The facilities are well-maintained, and the food was fresh and tasty. We enjoyed our stay! It is a very comfy unit. My family loved it! First, thank you for the contact person for being very kind and accommodating though I booked very late. He assisted us all throughout and extended extra help to get us checked in when we arrived. The unit is very clean and cozy. They have cooking utensils. Ref is clean, I really loved this. The shower has hot water. And.... there is a computer/laptop desk 🫶 which is very helpful for me since I came there to work (brownout at home). 😅 Thank you! Very great experience overall and I look forward to book the same unit again.

My stay at Baymont Suites and Residences was just okay overall. The place was clean and manageable for a short stay, but there were several key amenities missing that made the experience less comfortable than expected. The absence of a refrigerator was also inconvenient, particularly for longer stays or for storing food and drinks. Additionally, there is no elevator, which can be challenging if you have luggage or are staying on a higher floor. While the place may work for a very basic stay, I personally wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for comfort and convenience.

Very good hotel! The place is clean, cozy, and very relaxing, especially for travelers looking for a convenient stay near the airport. The rooms are comfortable, well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels very homey. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and easy to approach throughout the stay. One of the best parts of staying here is definitely the spectacular view of NAIA. If you love planes and aviation, this place is perfect for you. Watching aircraft take off and land from the rooftop or window view feels so calming and exciting at the same time, especially during sunset and nighttime when the runway lights look beautiful. Another highlight is the cat around the property — super cute and mabait! It honestly added warmth and charm to the experience and made the stay feel even more welcoming. The location is also very convenient, especially for early flights or layovers. Overall, Rain Airport BNB offers great value for money, a peaceful stay, and a unique experience for plane lovers. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

I order cheese burger with fries and coffee for breakfast….. I dial 0 two time to follow up my order  for the 3rd time i call … i cancell my order ….. this is the first time i encounter this bad room  service…. I prepare SOGO because the staff are polite and friendly , always clean and quick service…

. There are many rules before checking in, it is difficult for the guest who has many things to do like barcode etc. It should be done once you have booked on trip.com,, not to many people you have to talk to outside the apps and ask for any requirements. I wish the front desk was the only one you talked to. And The hotel cleaning fee should be included in the payment when booking, it should not be charged after the booking is complete. The rest its ok

Area is good, malinis po and they are very accomodating during our arrival, utensils are clean. Nag enjoy po ako sa pagstay dito since yung balcony ay kitang kita yung pool. Highly recommended and we’ll book again. Kuddos!! 🥰😊😊

Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
