Stone Walls is located on 45 acres of open meadow and a winding forest trail in the heart of the Green Mountains of southern Vermont. The four-season property is 10 minutes to Okemo Mountain and the VAST trail can be directly accessed on the property. If you love the outdoors you are within close proximity to skiing, snowmobiling, golfing, hiking, mountain biking, lakes and state parks. Built in 1845, the stone farmhouse is an excellent example of a construction process called "Snecked Ashlar” and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The home consists of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with an additional outdoor shower (seasonal). The fully equipped chef’s kitchen is perfect for entertaining and opens up into the den which features additional seating to warm up by the brick fireplace or watch the big game.
