Also included is a hoist set for an 8 1/2-foot wide tritoon (5,000 lbs.) to dock your boat. The main floor offers great room floor plan with living, dining and kitchen and a comfortable sunroom to enjoy morning coffee and watch the ducks swim in the canal. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and the bath features a bathtub and shower. Full size washer and dryer are also on the main floor.
