The location is excellent, right across from Changchun Station, making transportation incredibly convenient with bus stops, a subway station, and the airport shuttle all nearby. "it is a nice hotel. easily check in and check out, quiet and easy to find, just exit metro line 1 (remin guangchang station exit A) cross the straight from the traffic light. follow the main road sidewalk and pass the busstop, the hotel just in front of you. need excess card to take the elevator, privacy ensure. daily cleanup. tv is easy to use to watch free programme. aircond can be use so that u won't feel cold during wi9nter. hot water and water pressure is good even though I was in 21st floor. there is a mini market at the lobby and you can order outside food, they can send it to your room door."

"The location is excellent, very close to Northeast Normal University, and right by the subway exit. The staff were very welcoming and even helped me print documents for free. The room was quiet, which was great since I was there for an exam. It's also very close to Guilin Road, so food, drinks, and entertainment are all easily accessible. Overall, a great stay!"

"First time visiting Changchun, and having stayed at Vienna Hotels in other cities before, this was my top choice. The location is excellent, right above Wanda Plaza and Zhuozhan Shopping Center. It's also a short taxi ride to shopping areas like Hongqi Road. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time. The environment is pretty good, though some areas seem a bit worn and could use an update. The service, however, is great. Whatever you need, just call the front desk and a robot will deliver it to your room."

"It’s a good hotel and also foreign friendly. Checking in was smooth and easy . They upgraded our room for free . I booked a double bed room but they upgraded to family room. "Absolutely satisfied! First off, the location is truly excellent, right at the exit of both the subway and high-speed rail. You step out of the high-speed rail and you're there, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere, which is a huge plus. Secondly, when I arrived, they told me the room I booked wasn't ready yet, so the front desk staff upgraded my room type! I'm really grateful for that! What a pleasant surprise! Thank you again! The room was clean and spacious, and I really appreciated how warm it felt every time I came back from outside. The staff were also very enthusiastic and patient. The self-service laundry is another bonus; I often choose Atour hotels just for this feature! I also loved the complimentary black tea and biscuits in the room. I'll definitely stay at Atour again if I have the chance."

MMark NMy family ended up originally booking for one night but added two more nights. The non smoking room was nice smelling, clean and bed was comfy. The location was suitable as we had personal business to do in the area but near motian mall where kids can play at Meland and lots of restaurants around. I was impressed with the service at the hotel to do our laundry, with check out times and overall information. I also think you can check out at 6 pm which is super convenient. The breakfast was good. The chinese side of the family enjoyed it, and as a westerner I found it suitable to have eggs, toast, and coffee. The coffee is an automatic expresso machine and NOT packets which was wonderful and tasted normal for western standards. We stayed during the week and really found the hotel to be quiet and could sleep well. The gym is good as well with enough equipment for a suitable workout. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and would stay here again. If I did have one minor complaint, It may have been one day when we were checking in two men started smoking in the lobby right by a non smoking sign which caused my daughter and I to leave the lobby for a few minutes so it would be nice if the hotel front desk enforced that especially with the signs up. Saying that, Changchun is a place where people tend to not abide by smoking signs but still be nice to have the staff politely address that.

小小鲁哥The hotel room was spacious, and both the bed and pillows were very comfortable. During my stay, there was a promotion where I got a free pillow. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, and the WeChat customer service was always quick to respond. The laundry room had 5 washer-dryer machines, and the staff even folded my clothes and delivered them to my room, which was super convenient. A big thanks to the guy who helped me carry a bunch of packages upstairs on the evening of February 14th. I really hope the prices don't go up in the future. I definitely don't want to go to the one on Hongqi Street! 😂

NNasih AliI went there for my wife’s birthday. Just to give her a relax time. Partly it was a disaster the room cards were not working properly I had to ask them twice to change them. I parked my bike outside the hotel and the guards moved it and wrote a note me that I can’t park there in the hotels parking area. The staff of the hotel have no control over their own parking space. I felt it’ was really discriminating and partially ******. The room was extremely hot and the AC doesn’t work to make it cool. They had to provided fans and it was loud and uncomfortable to sleep. but the hotel tried to make up for what happened apologized. I appreciate the apology. But being one of the best branded hotels I expected better. I have stayed in holiday inn many times and this was so far the most unpleasant stay. I did tell the hotel staff my review of the hotel won’t be pleasant and they said it’s ok so guess they didn’t care about much what happened.

GGuest UserVery satisfied. It was clean, and both the room and bathroom were spacious. The bed was comfortable. They should really update the picture of the family room on the homepage – the real green is much prettier than in the photos! It might be a bit far from the subway station, but we took taxis everywhere, so it wasn't an issue. We even left a pair of shoes we bought for the trip at the hotel before heading home, and they called to ask about them. Once they knew we didn't want them, they helped us dispose of them. Great service!

The breakfast offers a good variety, with both Chinese and Western options, as well as local specialties. The restaurant is quite spacious; it didn't feel crowded when we went for breakfast at 7:30 AM. We had a small incident during our stay: We checked in a little after 2:30 PM and went out to explore without going into the room first. When we returned around 9 PM, we found the room to be quite spacious. However, it didn't feel warm when we first entered, and actually got colder the longer we stayed. I turned on the AC for heat and saw the room temperature was 14 degrees Celsius, but the air blowing out didn't feel warm. Then I noticed the curtains kept moving, and realized someone had kindly opened the window for ventilation and left it open until evening. The front desk was quick to resolve the issue. They first sent a space heater, but it didn't really warm up the room. I wasn't satisfied, so I checked the AC again; it only went up 2 degrees in half an hour, so the heating was very slow. Eventually, the front desk moved us to a different room. Although it wasn't as large as the first one, being warm was the most important thing.

GGuest UserVisited during the May Day holiday. The hotel was very quiet and conveniently located. It was much more comfortable than business hotels in the same price range. **Amenities:** Everything worked perfectly, and all products were from reputable brands. **Cleanliness:** Very good. **Environment:** The lobby was incredibly grand and exquisite. **Service:** It was exceptionally quiet, the windows had excellent soundproofing, and the bed wasn't too soft, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Definitely worth the price.

GGuest UserThe first impression when you walk into the lobby is that it is grand and luxurious. When checking in, the front desk lady Mei Nan came out from the backstage and reminded me with a sweet and warm smile, ”Sir, I have upgraded you to an executive room for free.” I felt extremely warm and respected. Walking into the corridor of the room, I saw many famous paintings of flowers and birds, which made me feel very elegant. Because the room has good privacy, I did not close the curtains before going to bed at night. When the sun rose at 6 o'clock in the morning, I woke up naturally and saw the sunlight falling in the hall, which touched me very much. It was my first time to Changchun. It was the team spirit of Guosheng Metroview that made everything go smoothly for me! Next time I come to Changchun, I will definitely go to Guosheng Metroview first and feel their team's service enthusiasm again, especially the shallow and sincere smile of Wang Mei Nan when she receives guests😊

SshiyangThe staff were overall very polite and hospitable during our stay. For instance, they helped fixed our room’s defective thermostat and promptly delivered us additional toiletries to our room by request. The breakfast area had a large selection of foods to choose from, allowing guests to customize their own plates to their liking. There was also a professional chef present to cook up additional dishes, such as fried eggs and noodles - both of which were excellently made. The room we were given, however, did not have a good ventilation system as there were multiple instances where the smell of cigarettes flooded into our room. Consequently, this forced us to open our window to air out the room. Our bathroom door also could not lock - let alone close at all. We hope that only our room was affected. With all said, our overall experience at this hotel was pleasant and we would recommend anyone visiting Changchun to come stay at this hotel.

ZZhongshanThe room was very new and the bedding was super comfortable. Even though there was subway construction outside, I didn't hear any noise. The breakfast was plentiful, especially the corn and the local sour cabbage soup, which were delicious. The restaurant staff were very polite. The lovely front desk lady upgraded my room to one with a bay window, which made it feel very spacious and bright. It's also very close to 'You Shan' (a mountain/attraction), just a 5-minute walk, so the location is excellent. I'll definitely come back!
