This was my second stay, and the experience was still very good. The parking lot was huge, and the front desk service was efficient. They would select a suitable room type according to the guests' requirements. Perhaps because it's close to Dahe Street and Liuye Lake, this hotel seemed to be very popular and busy. The complimentary iced lemon and cucumber water in the lobby was very refreshing, and the availability of both hot and cold drinks was a thoughtful touch. When the service manager noticed a child crying in the lobby, he immediately brought a small gift bag to soothe the child. The room was clean and tidy, and the complimentary desserts in the evening were also very delicious. Overall, this is a hotel worth the effort to write a review for.

Five-star review! My stay in the Executive King Room was excellent. The room was spacious and well-laid out, and it was spotlessly clean. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area and no unpleasant odors. The mattress was just the right firmness, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the blackout curtains worked perfectly. We needed accommodation for the night to catch an early flight the next morning. Location: Ideally located within 10-15 minutes from the Airport, with convenient access to restaurants and massage services within walking distance. Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Great location, very close to both Dahe Street and Xiaohe Street. The room was spacious and bright, well-equipped with everything we needed, and even included laundry detergent, which was a thoughtful touch. I'm giving a neutral review because of a combination of factors: Positive: For the front desk manager, and the relatively efficient female front desk staff. Negative: For the room cleanliness issues and the poor attitude of the housekeeping staff. Other suggestions for improvement: 1. On April 3rd, we found the countertops in the living room and bathroom to be extremely dirty. (See photos 1 and 2). This time, we were tolerant and cleaned it ourselves. Later, the front desk manager apologized on behalf of the housekeeping department. However, on June 1st, again, the coffee table and other countertops in the living room were dirty—as shown in photo 3, and there was only a little toilet paper left in the bathroom. Especially noteworthy: There were even matchsticks left by previous guests on the living room and bathroom countertops—fully demonstrating the guests' lack of manners and public spirit, and the poor work performance of the housekeeping department. This state of room cleanliness exposes problems in many aspects of the housekeeping department's operations: At least two procedures after check-out: cleaning and inspection; Procedures before guest check-in: inspection—we always book at least several hours in advance. This time, we thought we should have room service clean and replenish supplies. However, the first room service attendant: We later discovered she hadn't thoroughly wiped the countertops: in areas we weren't watching her work, like the bathroom counter in the living room, matchsticks were still untouched. She treated us disrespectfully, dumping her work on us: she actually left the bathroom toilet paper and tissues on the coffee table in the living room—I asked her, ”These should be on the coffee table in the living room. Are you expecting me to put them there for you?” I made it so clear—yet she showed no remorse whatsoever. 2. The room TV, every time we entered and inserted the card, would play hotel promotional videos at a very loud volume—shouldn't the volume be turned down a bit? It's too noisy. The bathroom exhaust fan is too noisy; it would be better if it had a separate switch from the lights. The true class of a hotel lies first and foremost in its humility, civility, and tranquility. 3. The issue of withholding drinking water in guest rooms: I previously gave a negative review on this: the most expensive hotel in the county, a four-star hotel, only provided two tiny 348ml bottles of drinking water in the room, even more stingy than budget hotels and hostels. After some time, the hotel responded to the review, saying they had changed the water to 570ml bottles: In terms of volume, this is normal. However, the standard practice in the hotel industry is for suites to provide more drinking water, sometimes double, than non-suite rooms—to this day, the hotel only provides two bottles of water in the suite, which is unreasonable and still constitutes withholding. This clearly contradicts the hotel's response: ”We will respond to your needs and help you as soon as possible. In our corporate values, 'guests first' is always our top priority.” This is not ”responding to guests' needs,” this is: withholding guests' normal needs according to the hotel industry standard. It's worse and lower than the hotel industry standard. It feels out of place for a hotel to advertise itself as high-end and with billions in investment. I hope this can be improved.
