The service was excellent; the front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and they responded promptly to my WeChat messages. They even returned an item I left behind after check-out, which was a thoughtful touch. As for the facilities, my river-view room had floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing the Yangtze River, complete with smart lighting and a scenic bathtub. The rooftop infinity pool offered clean water and a stunning city skyline backdrop – perfect for photos. The laundry room and complimentary parking were also very convenient. While the food wasn't a lavish feast, the authentic Chongqing noodles for breakfast were delicious. Paired with the clay pot dishes and the time-honored pea and minced pork noodles available nearby, it truly captured the vibrant street food culture of Chongqing. The hotel offers a quiet retreat in a bustling area, with direct subway access. It's an excellent choice for a stay in the city center that balances design and comfort."

"This was my first stay at the new All Seasons Hotel at Chayuan East Station, and it was a perfect experience overall – I absolutely have to leave a glowing review. The hotel is very close to Chongqing East Station, making it incredibly convenient for catching high-speed trains or taking the subway. The location is excellent. The entire hotel is newly renovated, offering a clean and quiet environment. The minimalist wooden decor is chic and sophisticated, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The room was spotless. The bed had just the right firmness, and the soundproofing was surprisingly good, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all the facilities were brand new, providing a great user experience. The Wi-Fi was stable, perfect for both work and streaming shows. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and the flavors were light and palatable, perfectly aligning with All Seasons' focus on wellness. The 24-hour laundry room and self-service pantry were fully equipped, meeting all the essential needs for a business trip. The staff were gentle and attentive. Check-in was quick, and they patiently answered any questions I had. As it was the opening period, I even received a lovely welcome gift, which was a thoughtful touch. The separate bathtub is perfect for unwinding after a long journey. Hongyadong and various distinctive restaurants are just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and dining. The public areas are uniquely designed, with well-equipped facilities like a terrace and a gym. The staff are prompt and attentive, and the room facilities are new and spotless. Many spots within the hotel offer a great ambiance for photos. Overall, my stay was comfortable and delightful.

The location is fantastic, right next to Raffles City, and within walking distance to Jiefangbei and Hongyadong. It's incredibly convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The subway is also very close, so getting around is completely stress-free. The hotel is on a high floor, offering panoramic views through floor-to-ceiling windows. You can watch the sunset in the evening and enjoy the night views of the two rivers from your bed, overlooking the entire city – perfect for stunning photos! The room was spotless, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with no odd smells. After a long day of travel, a good night's sleep here is incredibly refreshing. The toiletries were high-quality, and the attention to detail was evident. The front desk staff were gentle and patient, and check-in was very quick. The lobby design is simple yet sophisticated, and the common areas are clean and tidy.

Great value for money! The hotel lobby is stylish, and the rooms are chic and clean. The city-view room is perfect for taking photos. My child loved it. It's also super convenient for getting around; you can walk to attractions right from the hotel, and it's located right at Jiefangbei. The staff were all friendly and enthusiastic. My charger broke, and they lent me one for the night. When I checked out, they even gave us a painted fan and some snack souvenirs. My child loved it so much they insisted I leave a good review! If you want to have a fun trip, this hotel is definitely the best choice.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Jiefangbei, with the pedestrian street just downstairs – super convenient! However, it can get a bit noisy, especially with all the tourists downstairs at night. The room itself was great, very new, and the bedding was excellent quality, making for a really comfortable stay. A special shout-out to the front desk staff, especially Chloe, who thoughtfully arranged breakfast for me. And the view of the Yangtze River from the 29th floor is absolutely stunning!

The location is super convenient, really close to the subway station. Our room was spotless, and the staff, especially the ladies at the front desk, were so kind and patient. You can walk to Jiefangbei in just ten minutes, and the Cloud Eye observation deck and Yangtze River Cableway are right nearby too. Plus, the room offered an absolutely amazing view for night photography!

My stay at the HEYI Hotel (Hongyadong) during my trip to Chongqing exceeded my expectations. The location is the biggest highlight, situated in the heart of Yuzhong, right next to Hongyadong and Qiansimen Bridge. After enjoying the stilt-house night views, it was just a short walk back to the room, saving the hassle of finding a taxi late at night. Jiefangbei, the Yangtze River Cableway, and Shibati are all within walking distance, making getting around incredibly efficient. The room was clean and bright, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – ensuring a great night's sleep after a day of exploring. The staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were efficient. The self-service laundry room with a dryer is a huge plus for short trips away from home. As a chain hotel, the quality control is consistently good. If you're planning to visit Hongyadong, I highly recommend this place.

Hotel in a central location. In a few minutes on foot you can reach the main attractions of the city. Beautiful view of the city, very spacious suite room. Very kind and helpful hotel staff. Elevators to go up and down a little slow. Discreet breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at Somerset Chongqing and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The room was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen and washing machine were especially convenient for longer trips. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service throughout my stay exceeded my expectations. The location was excellent, making it easy to reach major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Despite being in a convenient area, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a great night’s sleep. Overall, Somerset Chongqing offers outstanding value for money with excellent facilities, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chongqing.
