The biggest highlight is the amazing sea view from the room; the floor-to-ceiling windows face Erhai Lake directly, so you can see the Cangshan mountains and the clouds from your bed. The balcony loungers are also perfect for just chilling out. The room is well-equipped, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is good, ensuring a quiet and restful environment. The breakfast, especially the rice noodles and soy milk, was delicious! 😋 My child loved it so much and wanted to stay another day, but our plans changed, so we'll have to come back next time."

"The first hotel on our Yunnan trip was absolutely fantastic! The moment we stepped into the courtyard, we were instantly charmed by the beautiful flowers and plants, and seeing the adorable cats and dogs just lifted our spirits. The room was very clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, which is one of my must-haves when choosing accommodation. The bedding was super comfortable, and the bed was great for sleeping. They even had a direct drinking water dispenser in the room, which felt much safer than an electric kettle. The guesthouse is just over a ten-minute walk to the South Gate of the ancient town. The walk back takes a few minutes longer because there's an uphill slope right before you reach the guesthouse, but if you rent a scooter, it's no problem at all. They even thoughtfully provided a foot bath tub in the room – soaking my feet after a long day was so relaxing. The staff at the guesthouse were all young men, and they were warm and welcoming without being intrusive. If I come back to Dali, I'll definitely choose this guesthouse again."

The B&B's courtyard environment is fantastic – lots of greenery, quiet and serene, perfect for photos everywhere, and full of ambiance. The biggest bonus was the included meals! Every morning, there's a buffet breakfast with a rich variety, including rice noodles, pastries, fruits, and drinks. The ingredients are fresh, and it's so relaxing to wake up and slowly enjoy a meal downstairs. In the afternoon, there's an exclusive afternoon tea. After getting tired from exploring the ancient town, coming back to the courtyard to sit down with some pastries and tea is the ultimate vacation vibe – truly a thoughtful touch. The location isn't far from Dali Ancient Town; you can walk to go shopping and try local snacks, making transportation very convenient. For a price of 600-700 RMB per night, getting a suite with breakfast and afternoon tea is excellent value for money. The owner's service was warm and attentive, and they responded quickly to any requests. Overall, it's quiet and not noisy, perfect for friends or闺蜜 traveling together. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Dali. Highly recommend!"

The biggest surprise of my Dali trip wasn't the ancient city or Erhai Lake, but this forest B&B nestled halfway up Cangshan Mountain 🌿. As we drove up from the city, the urban hustle and bustle slowly faded, replaced by lush greenery and the sound of pine trees swaying in the wind. 🌄 **The Rooftop is Pure Soul:** I was absolutely stunned the moment I stepped onto the rooftop – the nineteen peaks of Cangshan Mountain stood behind me like a majestic screen, with the entire Erhai Lake and scattered Bai ethnic villages stretching out below. The Three Pagodas of Chongsheng Temple were faintly visible. In the morning, drawing back the curtains revealed a sea of rolling clouds. In the evening, I'd sit on the swing chair on the terrace, watching the sunset paint Erhai Lake a honeyed gold 🍯. At night, a glance upwards showed the Milky Way so clearly it brought tears to my eyes ✨. 🌿 **Immersive Mountain Living:** Hydrangeas were in full bloom in the courtyard, and dappled sunlight filtered through the treetops onto the wooden floors. The natural wood-toned room had floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides, making it feel like sleeping right in the forest 🌲. There were also three resident cats, each with their own unique personality, taking turns on patrol. I really appreciated that transportation within the scenic area was so convenient, with carts provided to take guests to every location easily. "This was my first time in Yunnan, and I specifically chose this guesthouse because it's right next to a police station. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, helping us with our luggage and giving us great tips for sightseeing. The courtyard is spacious and quiet, and it's only about a ten-minute walk to the ancient city. I really wished I could have stayed another day or two if my itinerary wasn't already set. Coming back around 11 PM, almost all the streetlights were off, but the guesthouse still had a super bright light on at the entrance, which I found incredibly thoughtful. We woke up late, and the kitchen had thoughtfully saved breakfast for us. The breakfast was very plentiful and made fresh by local aunties. Their human touch really surpasses many large hotels. If I ever come back to Dali, or if friends visit, I will definitely highly recommend this guesthouse."

"Our family of three visited Dali, and we walked to the hotel from Dali Station in the morning – it was very close and convenient. Since our reserved room wasn't ready, they upgraded us to a city-view room. The front desk service was excellent. The breakfast was decent and enough to fill us up. They even helped us refrigerate our milk and heat it up later, so kudos to the front desk service again. It was quiet at night, and getting a taxi was easy. There were also plenty of dining options nearby. The cleanliness was good, and the room service auntie was very friendly."
