"Amenities: All the essentials were provided, but there was no refrigerator. Cleanliness: We booked two rooms, and one of them had yellow stains on the bedsheets. They promptly replaced the bedding for us. Environment: It's easy to catch a taxi, but the taxi service in Dehua can be a bit hit-or-miss. Service: We were allowed to check in early since rooms were available, though our two rooms were on different floors. The front desk was responsive and helpful when we called with issues. However, the robot food delivery was quite slow during peak hours, often requiring us to go down and collect our orders ourselves. Overall, I feel the service staff could benefit from more training."

"Fantastic experience overall! The environment is clean and elegant, with a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. Facilities are complete, well-maintained, and easy to use. The cleanliness is top-notch, no stains or odors, very tidy and reassuring. The service is warm, attentive, and prompt, professional and thoughtful. Highly recommend! 👍"

"How to say, if you don't pursue service, you are simply staying for one night, then this hotel as a whole is still OK. Have your own parking lot! Overall, a few places are still relatively unsatisfactory. 1. I stayed in a big bed room. The bathroom is relatively small. The door is pushed inside. I should pay attention to closing the door. If I don't pay attention, I will clamp it! The bathroom door cannot be closed, the bath is easy to overflow, and the door must be cushioned, otherwise it is easy to slip! 2. The room I live in is close to the community, there is construction nearby, the roadside is downhill, there is a speed bump! The windows of the room are poorly soundproofed. The sound of the car on the speed bump can be heard in the middle of the night, and there is a construction sound very early during the day. If you have a sleep problem, you must communicate in advance. But I don't know if this communication is useless. After all, I booked a quiet room and said that I wanted to stay in a noisy room. I was still close to the elevator. Really helpless 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️ 3. The breakfast variety is OK, so so! Many of them have gone in the past 9:30, and they can cook noodles. 4, you can't order any delicious takeaway at the hotel! If you want a late night snack, it is best to buy back to the hotel! If you don't pursue quality and service, just stay for one night, then it is still good and cheap and has a certain price/performance ratio!"

"The front desk staff were very helpful and made arrangements."

"Standard four-star hotel, a bit old, but the service attitude is very good, and the room type is upgraded for free. The room is large and clean. The hotel has ground and underground parking spaces, convenient for self-driving, good breakfast, many varieties, good taste, and full. Of course, you have to see Dehua White Porcelain, beautiful, worthy of being the world porcelain capital 👍"

"The room was very spacious, and I was particularly pleased with the king-size bed, which was a generous two meters wide. Breakfast runs until 10 AM, which is quite convenient for families traveling with children. There's also a wide variety of breakfast options, including some Quanzhou specialties like ginger duck, 'mian xian hu' (rice vermicelli paste), and peanut soup. The front desk staff we encountered over our two-day stay were all very friendly and helpful."

"The check-in experience was great! The front desk lady was very friendly and the procedures were fast. It was also easy to park, and it was convenient to eat around. It was not far from the scenic spot. The room was very clean and tidy. It was very quiet around at night and I slept very well. The overall cost performance is very high👍🏻"

"The room was centrally located, offering beautiful night views and a spacious layout. The bedding was comfortable, and the water temperature was good – these were the positives. However, there were quite a few downsides. First, the lobby felt empty, and there was a tacky billboard nearby. Despite the hotel being in Dehua's largest ceramics market, there were almost no ceramic displays within the hotel. The ashtrays in the guest rooms were made of glass, and the rooms lacked any decorative touches. There's also a serious safety hazard: the room has no nightlight. There's a motion-sensor light right at the entrance, but it's practically useless. The sensor range is only about a meter, meaning it only activates when you're directly under it, and it turns off after just fifteen seconds. Another issue is the bathroom, which extends somewhat into the hallway. If you place a bath mat at the entrance, there's a risk of tripping and falling if you need to use the restroom at night because the motion sensor won't detect you. If this isn't improved, accidents are bound to happen. Also, the room's light switch design is inconvenient. I suggest installing a nightlight. Decorating the guest room corridors with some Dehua ceramics would also enhance the hotel's ambiance. I hadn't intended to write so much, but seeing that the hotel's previous responses seemed somewhat earnest, I decided to elaborate. I might be back in Dehua at the end of the year and wonder if things will have changed."

"The big bed room booked is arranged on the third floor. It is clean and hygienic. Although the humidity outside is large, the room is very dry and there is no feeling of wet answer. Surprisingly, the window view is so beautiful! Looking at the window view and drinking tea, the world is worth it! Although the weather was not strong and I didn't see the sunrise, I still felt very comfortable. The reception attitude is touching! The only dissatisfaction is the food and dining environment, especially the dining environment, which feels different from the hotel."

"This is the third time I have stayed at Dexin Hotel. Except for the slightly remote location, there is no problem. The front desk service is warm and enthusiastic, and breakfast coupons are given. The room is clean, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the shower water is very large and comfortable. The hotel has a large parking lot, which is convenient for parking. I have a suggestion that there is no comfortable desk and chair for working, which is a bit regrettable. Overall, it is still recommended, a good hotel."
