They immediately helped with our luggage as soon as we arrived and were attentive throughout our stay. **Great Facilities:** The lobby is spacious and has an elevator, making it easy to get around. The rooms have high ceilings, making them airy and bright, and feature well-designed, warm wooden furniture along with two incredibly soft, large beds – you'll sleep soundly until you naturally wake up. The in-room lighting creates a wonderful atmosphere. **Spotless Cleanliness:** The room's cleanliness was impeccable. The bedding was fresh and new, and the bathroom, with its wet/dry separation, was pristine. The smart toilet really elevated the quality of our stay. The balcony offered a breathtaking view of the mountains, with the wild scenery healing all fatigue. **Delicious Breakfast:** The breakfast was abundant and featured authentic Xinjiang specialties. There were cold and hot dishes, porridge, and milk. The boursaki dipped in milk tea is a traditional local way to eat it, and the tomato noodles were savory and appetizing. **Beautiful Environment:** The photo frame in the back garden is perfect for amazing shots. The morning sun was gentle, the evening sunset glowed like gold, and at night, you could look up at a sky full of dazzling stars. A short walk along the path leads to the Irtysh River, where the evening breeze and the sound of the flowing water are incredibly therapeutic. Staying here when visiting Koktokay is definitely a decision you won't regret."

"The hotel is nestled in the idyllic countryside, offering beautiful views. A boardwalk runs alongside the hotel, offering panoramic views of the lake and mountains. Walking through the hotel leads to the lake. The hotel facilities are excellent, with two-story wooden houses offering a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. The front desk lady was warm and sweet. We also have a clever little dog named Cola, who was always ”unconsciously” leading the way as we strolled along the boardwalk and lakeside. He was truly adorable."

The staff immediately and proactively helped clean her up without the slightest impatience. They even thoughtfully provided fever-reducing medication upon check-out, and there were no extra charges whatsoever – such a heartwarming gesture. Delivery items were delivered directly to our room, and fresh fruit was provided daily. Even if a package was a kilometer away, they would proactively retrieve it for us – their attention to detail was impeccable. With its comfortable environment, warm service, and constant consideration for guests, staying here in Koktokay is definitely a safe bet, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

Having stayed in many hotels, the service was exceptionally warm and attentive. Motorcycle transfers were provided, and they always helped with luggage and skis. Even if you don't want to ski into the hotel after reaching 2200, you can call a car for a transfer. The staff were incredibly friendly. TUI BLUE is indeed a global chain of high-end resorts.
