Located right at the entrance of the ancient city scenic area, hotel guests can enter and exit the area multiple times using facial recognition, or take a shuttle bus – very convenient! There's a restaurant called Guchengmen Restaurant downstairs; the reviews suggested the food was good, but it was too crowded, so we ate out instead. We'll try it again next time!"

"I was on a business trip. I left my backpack with Apple laptop, cash in multiple currencies, passport, handphone in it on the side of the street in front of the hotel, where the Didi pick up was.  I realised this only upon arrival of Hangzhou Airport (1 hour+ drive from the hotel). Immediately call the hotel FO and he managed to get it back from the street and safekeeping it until another Didi pick up and send to me in airport. If any management member see this post, please praise the FO. The incident was on 21/1/2025 around 8am. "
