This hotel deserves the highest praise. Having stayed in so many hotels in China, my experience at Yun Hotel is the most profound. Besides its high-end facilities, its biggest highlight is its service. The staff provides meticulous care for guests in every aspect, from check-in to elevator access, room arrangements, and restaurant arrangements. The service greatly enhances the hotel's value; when traveling, the greatest enjoyment of staying in a hotel is undoubtedly the service.

I come here for every business trip. Whenever I travel for work, I call the driver in advance, and they always meet me at the station exit. They offer high-speed rail station pick-up and drop-off service, which is incredibly convenient for business travelers like myself. The stay was very good. Plus, the mattress was super comfortable, and breakfast was right next door. The breakfast spread was also very rich and delicious.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The location is fantastic; you just walk about 500 meters to your left from the hotel entrance and you're at Handan Road, surrounded by tons of dining options. The hotel's cleanliness is exceptional, and the room facilities are new and spotless. The breakfast offers a good variety too. It's definitely my top choice when visiting Handan.

Handan, an ancient capital whose name hasn't changed in 3000 years, boasts a rich history and culture, with an ancient charm permeating the entire city. The local snacks are also delicious – it was a trip well worth taking. Upon checking into the hotel, I was hot and thirsty. The young lady at the front desk immediately brought me iced coffee and some snacks. Her service attitude was excellent. The next day, when I was heading out, she enthusiastically recommended some attractions. Definitely a five-star review! All in all, my stay was fantastic.

The room was comfortable and clean, with plenty of convenient parking available. It's located close to the Jinggang'ao Expressway, yet still near the city center, making taxis easily accessible. There are dining options nearby, and food delivery is also very convenient. The hotel breakfast was plentiful and met Hilton's usual high standards. The facilities are all well-maintained, and everything felt reassuring. The lobby had a cotton candy machine, which the kids absolutely loved. Handan is a beautiful city, brimming with cultural charm. The locals were very welcoming and spoke gently. This trip was very nice, and I'll definitely be back! 📸

This hotel has a great environment. The rooms are equipped with body lotion, conditioner, and hand soap, which is a thoughtful touch. There's also a mini-fridge in the room to keep things fresh, and bathrobes are provided. The best part is that the room door can be deadbolted from the inside, giving a great sense of security. Initially, I was a bit unsure, but the staff patiently explained that once it's deadbolted from the inside, a key card won't open it from the outside, which is very safe. Highly recommend, it's excellent!

Old-fashioned guesthouse, garden-style hotel, a very representative old-fashioned reception place. The whole park is an old-fashioned low-rise building, with only three floors in the highest. The buildings are scattered among green plants, with their own solemn and quiet old city heritage. Stay in Building 3 of the main building. The lobby is magnificent, dignified and atmospheric, and it is a calm atmosphere unique to the old hotel. The facilities in the hall can be seen as old, not brand new, but the heritage is irreplaceable. The breakfast buffet in the morning is rich in variety and the meal is hearty.

This facility is truly excellent! We even got an upgrade to a suite during our stay, and the room was spacious with two incredibly comfortable beds – we slept wonderfully. The hygiene was also top-notch; bath towels and bed linens were changed daily, everything was clean and tidy, which made us feel very at ease. Regarding the environment, I especially want to praise the parking – the lot is huge, making parking very convenient. The restaurant inside is also quite good, and the best part is the free karaoke, which creates a fantastic atmosphere! And the service? Absolutely outstanding! Especially the tall, slender lady with glasses at the restaurant; she was incredibly warm and friendly, clearly someone with a kind and generous heart. While we were singing, she was constantly busy refilling our water, incredibly thoughtful. We really felt the unique warmth of the Yan-Zhao region, it was very touching! Plus, it's very close to Congtai Park, making it super convenient to visit nearby museums and cultural and tourism attractions.

The hotel location is good, and the service is excellent, the only downside is about the AC. when I stayed there, the weather was still hot, but the hotel turned of the AC, it was very hard to sleep during the night without AC.

It's a great place to take kids. There's pottery and bread-making workshop, and the kitchenette offers meals suitable for children, so you don't have to worry about what your young baby will eat out. The adult meals are also delicious. The rooms are clean and hygienic, making it a suitable place to stay with children. Thumbs up for the service! Excellent! I would definitely choose this place again.
