"I stayed here for 3 consecutive days, and the location is absolutely fantastic! Zhongshan West Road is very lively, a real commercial hub. Right downstairs is Qingcheng Park, the 'city's green lung,' and the lotus flowers there are stunning! It's so convenient for a stroll. A taxi to Dazhao Temple takes only 7 minutes, and you can walk to Kuan Alley in just 3 minutes. The breakfast spread was quite generous and tasty! The high-altitude restaurant's food was excellent. Since my parents and kids don't eat lamb, we basically had all our meals at the Jiangnan High-Altitude Restaurant on the 30th floor. Xiao Dong and Fanfan (or perhaps Fancan? I can't quite remember her name) at the front desk saw I had a child with me and helped me with a late check-out, even gifting us some fridge magnets. They were so kind and beautiful, making us feel right at home. Hohhot is a great summer escape, nice and cool! This Mercure hotel is a wonderful place to stay!"

"This time, I brought my child to Hohhot for a trip. I saw this hotel online; it was newly opened and the facilities looked very modern, so I booked it. The room was indeed a pleasant surprise. The bed in the standard room was exceptionally large; my child and I didn't feel cramped at all. Later, I asked the staff, and they said it was a 1.35-meter bed. There are two shopping districts nearby, which is very convenient. I recommend it to families with children."

The hotel is conveniently located not far from the airport, making it an excellent choice for both arriving and departing travelers. It's also only about a 20-minute Didi ride from the city center, so it's easy to explore local restaurants and attractions. The hotel sits next to a horse racing track and is close to the grasslands, making it a great base for discovering the area. Depending on the season, you may be able to watch horse races, while the nearby grasslands offer plenty of activities such as horseback riding, seeing local farm animals, and exploring the beautiful scenery. Nearby the hotel you can easily find bicycle rentals area, including both regular and electric multi-seat bikes, which are a fantastic way to experience the grasslands. One thing I realized after my trip is that I would actually recommend staying in a comfortable hotel like this rather than spending the night in accommodations deep in the grasslands. You can easily take a day trip to enjoy all the natural attractions while returning in the evening to a much higher standard of comfort and service. The hotel itself is very large and feels more like a conference center, with five floors and plenty of rooms. There is also a small convenience store on the ground floor for snacks and essentials, as well as an in-house restaurant, making everything very convenient. The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The carpeted floors provide excellent sound insulation, and everything was well maintained. Compared to other hotels I stayed at in the higher-altitude grasslands, this hotel offers a noticeably higher standard of accommodation and a much more relaxing experience. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. The excellent service, convenient location, comfortable rooms, and easy access to both the airport and the grasslands make this hotel an outstanding choice. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit."
