"Due to a change in plans, I found myself back in Jinan, and my first thought was to stay at your hotel again. It's incredibly convenient being so close to the airport, and the shuttle service makes travel stress-free 🚕 (a special shout-out to the shuttle drivers, who are always super friendly and give helpful reminders to guests). The breakfast is incredibly generous for a hotel in this price range ☕️👍. When I returned this time, the check-in was handled by the 'Front Desk Manager 💓,' who provided excellent service. As a returning guest from out of town, we even received welcome fruit, which was a lovely gesture and showed the hotel's sincerity. Overall, it was a fantastic and thoughtful experience 👍👍👍."

"The hotel is right inside Daming Lake scenic area, and the views outside are picturesque. It was too hot to walk much during the day, so an evening stroll by the lake was very pleasant. Getting to the pier was also quick. The front desk staff were very attentive, proactively offering a golf cart service to help with luggage. However, for elderly guests with mobility issues, after being dropped off by a taxi by the roadside, they still have to climb a high bridge and walk a distance to reach the hotel. Also, since it's in a park, you might be startled by old men clearing their throats during their morning exercises early in the morning. Additionally, there weren't enough power outlets by the bed, which I hope they improve upon."

"My overall stay at the Atour S Hotel Jinan Baotu Spring was exceptional. Its location is a major highlight—just a 5-minute walk to Baotu Spring Scenic Area, and surrounded by shopping districts like Henglong Plaza and Kuanhouli. This makes it incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and dining. Stepping out of the hotel lobby, you cross the street and find yourself at the moat promenade. Walking eastward along the promenade, you'll discover a series of springs including Yin Si Spring, Jinhu Spring, Yihu Spring, Wulian Spring, Douya Spring, and Pipa Spring, leading up to Heihu Spring. Further east are Jiunv Spring, Manao Spring, Baishi Spring, and more. In the early morning, you can observe locals collecting spring water to take home for drinking. Adjacent to Baishi Spring is Jiefang Pavilion, and directly opposite Jiefang Pavilion is Kuanhouli. The hotel is approximately 1.3 km from Kuanhouli, about 1.2 km from the southwest gate of Daming Lake, and 500 meters from Wulongtan Park. The musical fountain show at Quanshui Square in the evening is also worth seeing, and it’s just about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. During my three-day trip to Jinan, I walked to all the aforementioned places, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel also has its own parking lot, making it convenient for self-driving guests. The hotel's breakfast buffet was quite rich. The lobby design incorporates elements of Quancheng (Spring City) culture, with water-pattern decorations inspired by springs and warm lighting creating a cozy and elegant atmosphere. The professional service and warm greetings from the staff during check-in made me feel very comfortable, and the front desk attendant even upgraded our room. The guest room's layout was well-designed, and the bedding offered a moderate level of softness. Atour's signature 'Plant' memory foam pillows and thickened mattresses ensured a high-quality sleep. The bathroom's wet and dry separation design was practical and clean, and the toiletries were of good quality. Thoughtful details like smart toilets and high-speed Wi-Fi met the essential needs of modern travelers. As an Atour S series hotel, its cultural added value was particularly outstanding: the 'Zhuju' library in the lobby provided a rich selection of books and complimentary tea, making it an ideal space for a quick rest or work. The 'warm porridge' service late at night further highlighted the brand's humanistic care. Overall, this hotel is not only a convenient choice for business travelers but also an ideal base for families exploring Jinan."

"I had a very satisfying stay yesterday. The hotel has a business-oriented environment, so it's very quiet with most guests being on business trips. The business area offers two computers for use and printing. My room was upgraded, which made it feel even more spacious. The air was fresh with no strange odors. The bedding was very soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was also good. The facilities were comprehensive and well-maintained, all very easy to use. The front desk staff provided excellent service, proactively asking about invoicing and parking – I almost forgot myself, so I was grateful for the reminder. At check-out, they asked about my stay experience and even gave me a small gift."

"The hotel environment is quite good, and the high floor offers an excellent view of the square and Daming Lake. It's within walking distance to Baotu Spring, Black Tiger Spring, and other nearby attractions. Taxis are also very convenient, and there's even a security guard at the entrance who helps open car doors."

"This is a newly opened hotel with excellent, modern facilities. The gym is conveniently located next to the breakfast area. Speaking of breakfast, it's fantastic – a wide variety of delicious options. After indulging, my child actually went to the gym next door to work out! The guest rooms have mini-fridges, and they even provided complimentary Coke and Sprite. The 2 PM late check-out was a nice touch. The location is superb, very close to nearby attractions. Highly recommended!"

"The service was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. I'd especially like to commend a breakfast staff member. My child hadn't woken up yet, so I was trying to wrap some bread and eggs in a napkin to take back to the room. The staff member noticed and proactively asked if I needed a to-go box, then brought me two. Her service awareness was outstanding! I forgot to get her employee ID number, but I want to thank her here. Next time I'm in Jinan, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again. It's a reputable brand with guaranteed good service."

"The biggest plus is its excellent location, very close to Baotu Spring and Wulongtan, both within walking distance. It's also near several popular breakfast spots. The room was a bit small, and the bed, at only 1.1 meters wide, was quite narrow. My mom said the white fungus soup at breakfast was delicious. The front desk staff were also very kind, and the lemonade was good. However, the facial tissues in the room were the smallest and thinnest I've ever encountered in any hotel; I needed three just to clean my glasses 👓, which really doesn't match a four-star rating. Plus, the complimentary 'goodnight porridge' promised during booking was never offered."
