They made the entire check-in process smooth and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from a small room to a much bigger one, which was truly amazing. When I got to the room, it was beautiful—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. To top it off, there was a basket filled with fruits, snacks, and drinks waiting for me, which was such a thoughtful touch. The following morning, I was even given extra water, fruits, and snacks. I honestly wasn’t expecting any of this, and I truly appreciated the kindness and generosity. I will definitely be coming back and will be recommending this hotel to all my friends visiting the city. "Traveling with three adults and one child during the summer, we stopped in Linyi with our 2-year-old. Based on a Ctrip recommendation, we booked a family room at this hotel, and our stay was excellent, far exceeding our expectations. Before check-in, they proactively informed us about the night market across the street and asked for our preference. They maintained timely communication via WeChat/phone, arranging for the bed to be moved and the air conditioning to be turned on in advance, which was perfect for a family trip. The breakfast service was spot-on, and the cultural and creative handicrafts were a highlight. I've already recommended this hotel to several friends. The overall experience of staying is OK, the parking is not friendly. The parking lot is very large and should be shared with other stores. Every time you leave the car, you need to enter the license plate number. The front desk did not take the initiative to inform, which delayed some time. The room was hygienic and the pillow was a bit high and uncomfortable to sleep; The breakfast is quite satisfactory. The sister of Mingshi is very friendly. I like 👍 It is better to have a fruit fork next to the fruit cut.

The hotel front desk staff were incredibly professional and accommodating to all guest requests. The ladies at the front desk were impeccably groomed, very presentable, and quite lovely. (Just a side note: I'm a woman, and I appreciate seeing beautiful people!) The bedding in the room was exceptionally comfortable, making it very easy to fall asleep. The hotel's self-service laundry facilities were excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of dishes, catering to both local tastes and the diverse needs of out-of-town visitors – which is the most important thing.

Very very satisfied! No loss is the evaluation of the local hotel NO.1, only a few hundred meters away from the gate of Mengshan Scenic Area, next to Mengtong Paradise, food street, very convenient! I used to live in George Morandi in Linyi City. I chose this one after the experience. It was renovated last year. The equipment is very new and there is no smell. It is best to choose the north-facing room. The floor-to-ceiling windows are very comfortable to watch Mengshan. The service staff are warm and kind. It is not a loss. The people in the old area are real! Have the opportunity to stay at Morandi! At the same time, I will give Pingyi Hot Pot Chicken a promotion, it is so delicious!

A very warm business trip. The reception at the front desk was very enthusiastic. I took a special look at the receptionist, his employee number was 057, thank you. The next day, I was in a hurry to go out to do something and threw my used socks on the floor. When I got back to the hotel, the staff had already washed it for me. Although the matter is small, it makes me feel warm inside. Thank you service staff.

The room was clean and tidy, and provided a large bottle of water, fruit platter, yogurt, and cookies. There was also a small tent, plush toys, building blocks, and a rocking horse, which the children loved. The breakfast was plentiful, and the hot spring was fantastic. The butler was very responsible, handling everything from booking, check-in, and check-out perfectly; their service deserves a thumbs up! At check-out, both kids received a small gift, which made them very happy. A delightful day; we'll definitely come back for a vacation again.

This hotel is genuinely great! My kids woke up late while we were traveling, so we didn't go to breakfast until after 9 AM, but even then, the spread was still complete. The variety here is already richer than other places I've stayed, which is something to commend. The hotel lobby is grand, and the facilities are all new and very convenient to use. The service, too, is beyond words! As soon as I walked in, the front desk staff smiled at me and even proactively offered children's slippers and toothbrushes for my kids. The attention to detail is impressive, and everything is clean, with comfortable bedding. I slept so peacefully the whole night. [Strong][Strong][Strong]
