"Environment: This is by far the best hotel in Longkou. It's excellent overall, right next to Tianjie and Poly, two large shopping centers, plus a beautiful Ferris wheel! Cleanliness: Decent. Service: Everyone was very welcoming and helpful, so thumbs up for the service. Facilities: Generally good. The twin beds can be combined, which is great for families with young children – a big plus! They have sterilization and self-service washer/dryilers, another plus! Two areas for improvement: First, the hotel gym is small and there's no swimming pool. Second, the breakfast area is small, so during peak times like May Day, there's a long queue, and the breakfast quality could definitely be better!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, with a commercial complex nearby that has everything. I even managed to squeeze in a soak at the bathhouse next to the hotel in the evening. The hotel facilities are quite new and clean. Being on a high floor, it was very quiet, which is perfect for light sleepers like me. My only suggestion for the hotel would be regarding the water marks left on the faucets and glasses. While it shows they were indeed cleaned, it would be even more perfect if a dry cloth were used to wipe away those marks. This minor detail doesn't deter me from giving a good review, though; I would still recommend this hotel."

"Excellent hotel — definitely the best hotel experience of my entire China trip across 3 provinces! The room was beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent. As a Muslim traveler, I was initially confused about what food was halal and was only eating fruits. One of the hotel staff members kindly came to help me identify halal foods, allowing me to enjoy a much wider variety of delicious breakfast items. Their kindness and hospitality truly touched me. Before I left, they even gifted me two famous Yantai apples to enjoy on the road — such a thoughtful gesture! Highly recommended for both comfort and hospitality. I would gladly stay here again."

The reason I deducted three points for service is related to the Chinese restaurant and the person who identified himself as Manager Qu at the front desk. The Chinese restaurant stopped serving diners around 7 PM. When I inquired about the restaurant's opening hours at the front desk, Manager Qu was sarcastic and dismissive.
