This Chinese New Year, I decided to spend my holiday at the Mehood Lestie Hotel Nanning, expecting just a standard trip. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised by a heartwarming experience that felt like family. On the first day of the ***** New Year, I excitedly headed to Qingxiu Mountain, a Nanning landmark, for a stroll. The mountain was a festive hive of activity, packed with tourists. After enjoying the scenery, I realized the difficulty of traveling during the Spring Festival – getting a taxi near the scenic area was nearly impossible. There were very few empty cabs passing by, and ride-hailing apps showed long queues with no success after a prolonged wait. As dusk approached, I started to feel anxious. In desperation, I decided to call the hotel's front desk, explaining my predicament of being stranded at the scenic spot with no way back. To my surprise, a hotel staff member named Xiaotian, upon hearing my situation, didn't hesitate for a second. She immediately assured me she would find a solution. Not long after, Xiaotian arrived at the entrance of Qingxiu Mountain on the hotel's electric scooter, ready to pick me up. On the way back, she carefully rode, constantly checking on me and reminding me to hold tight and stay warm. Seeing her determined figure braving the cold wind, my anxiety instantly transformed into immense gratitude. Back at the hotel, she busied herself helping me with my luggage and checking the room temperature. Her thoughtful care made me feel incredibly welcome and at home during this Spring Festival away from my hometown. This experience truly highlighted the Mehood Lestie Hotel Nanning's customer-centric service philosophy. Xiaotian demonstrated the warmth of their service through her actions. This unexpected help not only solved my immediate problem but also made this Year of the Horse Spring Festival exceptionally memorable and precious.

First time in Nanning, and I was so impressed by how affordable everything was! During peak summer season, a big hotel in the city center like this with such great value for money is just amazing. The staff were all incredibly warm and helpful, always ready to assist. They even helped me send and receive several packages, which made me feel a little guilty! 😂 I specifically booked this place because it's so convenient for the high-speed train, and it really was. I'm even staying another night after I get back from Chongzuo.

This hotel is excellent. We stayed two nights in Nanning, and the first night we were near Chaoyang Square. We were so disappointed by the photos of that hotel that we immediately canceled our second night and rebooked here. This hotel is very new, beautiful, and reasonably priced. We're extremely satisfied! Next time we're in Nanning, we'll definitely stay here. Complimentary business meal (choice of two): Delicious, clean, and hygienic. Welcome fruit: Fresh. Very nice and spacious room with great view to the city. The breakfast can be improved. Also, please don’t let guests smoke in common areas where there is no windows or exhaust. The whole hallway of our floor was full of smoke because of a lady smoking there all the time and she was keep coughing very loudly.

The hotel was great. Not many China owned hotels will match up to international standards but this one sure did. The newly renovated rooms are clean and the facilities provided are great. Service was also good the lobby was welcoming and air conditioned which already is a plus from the other hotels I have stayed in in Nanning. Breakfast was a good spread of Chinese food like noodles, rice, buns, salad and toast, with some breads and dessert cakes and fruits. We enjoyed the breakfast here as the variety was good. Location was nicely situated about 10 min from the business district and 20 min from the new financial district. So it was ideal for us as we travelled frequently to both parts.

My sister & I chose to stay here for five nights because of its location (close to IKEA shopping mall & its close proximity to the metro) as well as its competitive pricing. There are many pros about this hotel: - superb service (very responsive, helpful & polite staff) - the room is quiet, clean & spacious - there is also a laundry room with one washing machine & one dryer as well as an steam iron; washing detergent is provided as well, which is a bonus. - although only two bottles of drinking water is provided FOC every day, we managed to get an extra four bottles when we made the request at the front desk The cons, which I hope can be improved on are: - the wifi: we weren’t able to use it the whole time we stayed here, which, I think is the biggest flaw of the hotel - there’s only one washing machine & one dryer. For a hotel this size, it’s reasonable to provide at least two of each. Will I consider staying here again and/or recommend it to my friends & relatives? The answer is a definite YES but I hope that management will address the above issues mentioned above as soon as possible. Thank you

The room was quite spacious, and the amenities were excellent. The front desk even kindly upgraded my room. The hotel boasts a fantastic location, right by the metro station entrance and Langxi Night Market. Breakfast was delicious, and the laundry room is conveniently located right next to the gym. It was incredibly convenient that my clothes were done washing just after my workout.

This is a hotel I must stay in every time I come to Nanning. The location is great, close to Nanning East Station, with shuttle service very convenient. There is a commercial area downstairs with food and drink, so you don't have to go too far to find food. The breakfast is rich in variety, with milk coffee and so on. There is also a laundry room and gym. The laundry room has separate washing and drying, which is easy to operate. The view is also very good, with a wide and bright view, comfortable and spacious. The handsome guys and girls at the front desk are very enthusiastic every time they serve, I like it very much!

Ctrip upgraded the room type and the room was really comfortable. The bedding and mattresses are very comfortable. My friend said that when I put on the bathrobe, I feel like a plush doll and want to hug myself. The hotel's breakfast is very rich, and you can even enjoy local specialties such as Laoyou Fen and Camellia oleifera. The hotel's food and beverages all look good, but I haven't had a chance to try them. There are supermarkets, snacks, night markets, pharmacies, Internet cafes...everything is within a five-minute walk of the surrounding area, so it's hard to feel inconvenienced. The staff are friendly and make you feel right at home. The hotel even provides a washing machine and dryer, which is very convenient.

I booked a room at this hotel in advance for a trip with my child. What would have been just an ordinary stay turned into a truly memorable experience because of one front desk staff member, making our entire trip incredibly heartwarming. 💗 During check-in, I noticed a large red rash on my arm and my leg was also itchy. I initially thought it was mosquito bites, but seeing the extensive redness and intense itching, I realized it was something more. I’d never experienced anything like it and had no idea what to do. The front desk staff member kindly noticed my distress and patiently told me it was acute urticaria. She mentioned she'd had it before, assuring me not to worry as it wasn't a serious issue. She repeatedly cautioned me not to scratch, explaining that it would spread the rash faster. She stayed by my side, calming my frantic emotions until I felt more stable. She quickly completed my check-in and informed me that the front desk had emergency anti-itch cream. She immediately got some for me, which helped relieve my discomfort. Seeing my sudden situation, she proactively asked if I wanted to go to the hospital for a check-up and offered to guide me, concerned I might be a tourist unfamiliar with the local roads and hospitals. At that moment, I was in a dilemma. I needed to see a doctor but didn't want to take my child to the hospital. Hospitals are crowded, messy, and full of germs, and I didn't want to put my child through that. I plucked up the courage to ask if she could temporarily look after my child while I went alone. I knew this wasn't part of her job and didn't expect much, but to my surprise, she readily agreed. She even meticulously explained the route to the nearby hospital and the floor of the dermatology department, covering all the details clearly. While I was at the hospital, she patiently stayed with my child. To prevent the child from getting bored or crying, she even brought toys and snacks to play with. When I returned to the hotel after my appointment, my child was in great spirits, playing happily, and hadn't fussed at all. She immediately came to check on my health, and only after confirming I was alright did she feel comfortable clocking out. It was already past her finishing time; she could have simply left, but she chose to sacrifice her personal time to help a stranger like me. We were just strangers, meeting by chance, yet she showed the utmost kindness and patience to help me solve a difficult problem. When unexpected things happen while traveling, you feel most helpless. This sudden kindness was truly healing. The service at this hotel comes from genuine sincerity. An unexpected experience made me truly feel the warmth of this hotel. The hotel's breakfast is also excellent, offering Guangxi specialty noodles, fruits, coffee, and other delicious options. I am truly grateful to this kind front desk staff member and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
