"I highly recommend going to this hotel!! The staff are really kind, friendly, and helpful. I had a situation with a DiDi driver about my lost item and one of the front desk staff, Xiaoxue 小雪, really helped me a lot in talking with the driver since my Chinese is not at that level yet. She helped me in handling the process and everything. Because of this situation, I am surely going back to this hotel for my next stay in Nanning! The rooms are also clean and the beds are comfortable. Location is near the Nanning Railway Station and the city center."

"I chose a hotel near Nanning East Station, and it was a quick six or seven-minute taxi ride. There are several residential areas nearby, with convenient small restaurants, convenience stores, and fruit shops. Since I was traveling with my elderly parents and wasn't comfortable letting them stay in a separate room, I opted for a room with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was quite spacious and very comfortable for sleeping. The hotel also thoughtfully provided a non-slip mat in the bathroom, which had a great wet and dry separation. The soundproofing and blackout curtains were excellent, and the air conditioning was quiet. It's really important to find a place where my parents can get a deep sleep when we travel. There's also a laundry room on the sixth floor, which is very convenient, and the hotel offers great value for money."

"The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with brand new facilities and a very comfortable bed. The front desk staff, especially the lady who assisted us, was fantastic and provided excellent service! We needed a quiet room for my elderly parents, and they kindly accommodated our request, even upgrading us to a family room free of charge! The room was spacious and very comfortable. The location is also excellent, with a mall downstairs offering plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. Plus, the hotel even offered complimentary afternoon tea, which was a lovely touch! We'll definitely be back!"

"Stepping into this hotel, I was immediately impressed by the exceptional service from Xiaomei. She was incredibly responsive and consistently greeted me warmly and offered assistance throughout my stay. The hotel itself boasts a fantastic industrial-chic design, and the lobby bar's decor is also very stylish. The breakfast was quite good too. During the concert period, the hotel even set up a Jay Chou standee for photo opportunities, which was a really thoughtful touch."

"The two rooms we booked were separated and located across from each other. The toilet was so cramped there was no legroom, and the toilet paper holder was placed in an impossible-to-reach spot. There were no slippers provided in the room, and the air conditioning unit was incredibly loud. The only upside was the decent variety at breakfast. Overall, the rooms were indeed old, small, and poorly designed."

"This hotel, recommended by my friend, is truly excellent! The environment is lovely and quiet, and the decor and smart features are fantastic. Most importantly, the front desk lady was incredibly warm and thoughtful. When I called and during check-in, she even playfully entertained and held my baby, which I really appreciated, especially a big shout-out to Ms. 018! The hotel's Mousse bedding was so comfortable that my little one fell asleep instantly. It really lives up to its brand reputation. Whenever I come to Wuming in the future, the Meiya Hotel will always be my first choice."

"Excellent location, right in front of the hotel was the Lang Xi Metro Station (Line 3) Exit A. It also near the Lang Xi Ye Shi (Night Street Market) . The hotel provide free self-help Laundry room which next to the Gym, it had 3 Washing Machines and 3 Dryers there. The plus point was after load the laundry, I can put a note for the service crew to send to my room when its done. That's good, so I can go out w/o waiting . The room was neat and clean, pillows was comfy. Maybe they should provide English version as most of the instruction in Chinese. Overall : Happy stays"

KKennedy ROur stay at Mehood Lestie (LIZ) Hotel exceeded every expectation. As we passed through Nanning on our travels, we were hoping for a calm place to rest; LIZ Hotel delivered exactly that. The atmosphere is remarkably peaceful, offering a sense of quiet retreat from the city. The spacious, spotless rooms provided the perfect place to unwind after a long day. Their generous breakfast selection was a refreshing way to start each morning, and the late‑night noodle service was a comforting treat to end the day. The panoramic views overlooking the city were stunning, giving us a true sense of Nanning’s character and beauty. What truly elevated our experience was the exceptional support from Xiao Tian. Despite my limited language skills, Xiao Tian made everything effortless, from navigating the hotel to understanding the amenities. They helped us extend our stay, offered thoughtful recommendations, and even guided us toward some wonderful local sights. Their kindness and attentiveness made us feel genuinely cared for. If you’re looking for a quiet, restorative place to stay, get some work done, or simply relax after exploring the city, LIZ Hotel is an excellent choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

SSmalkyThe hotel was great. Not many China owned hotels will match up to international standards but this one sure did. The newly renovated rooms are clean and the facilities provided are great. Service was also good the lobby was welcoming and air conditioned which already is a plus from the other hotels I have stayed in in Nanning. Breakfast was a good spread of Chinese food like noodles, rice, buns, salad and toast, with some breads and dessert cakes and fruits. We enjoyed the breakfast here as the variety was good. Location was nicely situated about 10 min from the business district and 20 min from the new financial district. So it was ideal for us as we travelled frequently to both parts.

GGuest UserThis is a hotel I must stay in every time I come to Nanning. The location is great, close to Nanning East Station, with shuttle service very convenient. There is a commercial area downstairs with food and drink, so you don't have to go too far to find food. The breakfast is rich in variety, with milk coffee and so on. There is also a laundry room and gym. The laundry room has separate washing and drying, which is easy to operate. The view is also very good, with a wide and bright view, comfortable and spacious. The handsome guys and girls at the front desk are very enthusiastic every time they serve, I like it very much!

Hi-tech toilet, good flushing.Toilet and shower room are side by side but separated with own doors. The hotel is located directly in front of a big shopping-mall including a supermarket. So you have short ways :) Nice atmosphere at night outside. There is a laundry room with several washing machines, dryers and other equipment. Breakfast room with air condition and a nice selection of various food including western cuisine. My Tipp: book a room farer away from the outer air-condition systems outside the walls. Because those are pretty loud and the noise will vibrate into the hallway and into the rooms. Service stuff does not all speak English but they were committed, professional and helpful. Thank you. GGuest UserI've stayed here a few times before, and this time I booked an executive suite for three days and two nights, then extended my stay for another night. Everything about it was fantastic – the environment, facilities, views, location, and service. The room was very clean. The front desk was quick to respond, very polite, and generally met all my requests. The cleaning staff were also lovely and handled everything efficiently, cleaning the room thoroughly. The only minor drawback is the hotel's policy for hourly rates; they charge half a day until 6 PM, but the system automatically charges a full day after that. This is a bit unreasonable, and I hope they can improve it, as every guest has different needs. Overall, it's still very good.

GGuest UserCheck-in was incredibly fast, thanks to Jennie at the front desk. We even received a complimentary room upgrade! This Exhibition Smart Select Hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Langxi Night Market, which offers a fantastic selection of local delicacies. Getting around is also super convenient. The room's decor was simple yet calming, ensuring a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely be back!

WWanderfulTravelHad a wonderful stay at this hotel! I was with my family with 2 young children and they were accommodating from the beginning. They found us a room that had extra space and gave us all that we needed to be comfortable. We stayed for about a week and felt very happy. The staff was extremely kind and professional, especially 小彭 who spoke English. She was our point of contact whenever we needed anything. They helped with our bags when we arrived and gave us various amenities. We had laundry service, room delivery, and they even helped us figure things out in Chinese. Also, the breakfast is more than your average continental breakfast. It has a wide selection of hot foods and authentic Chinese dishes. We were very pleased. This will be our go-to hotel whenever we need a temporary place to stay. And we will be recommended E-Charm to all of our friends, too. Thank you E-Charm.

AAnonymous UserCtrip upgraded the room type and the room was really comfortable. The bedding and mattresses are very comfortable. My friend said that when I put on the bathrobe, I feel like a plush doll and want to hug myself. The hotel's breakfast is very rich, and you can even enjoy local specialties such as Laoyou Fen and Camellia oleifera. The hotel's food and beverages all look good, but I haven't had a chance to try them. There are supermarkets, snacks, night markets, pharmacies, Internet cafes...everything is within a five-minute walk of the surrounding area, so it's hard to feel inconvenienced. The staff are friendly and make you feel right at home. The hotel even provides a washing machine and dryer, which is very convenient.

I was already exhausted before I left, and with the flight delay, it was past 1 AM when I finally reached Nanning. Feeling utterly groggy, I vaguely remember dragging my luggage to the hotel entrance. The lobby lights of Nanning Meihua Hotel were still on, casting a warm yellow glow that stood out in the dead of night. As soon as I pushed open the door, a young female front desk attendant looked up and greeted me with a warm smile: ”Good evening, you must have had a tiring journey. Please have a seat; I'll check you in right away.” Her voice was soft, yet it was remarkably clear in the quiet night. I just nodded, too tired to speak. She processed my check-in quickly, but as she handed me the room card, she paused briefly and asked softly, ”You look quite tired; are you feeling unwell? Would you like me to help you with your luggage?” I managed a weak smile, ”I'm fine, just a bit tired, probably haven't rested well these past few days.” She nodded, didn't ask further, and simply gave me detailed directions to the elevator and told me the breakfast times. As I walked towards the elevator with my room card, I faintly heard her quietly instruct something to a colleague. Once in my room, the exhaustion fully hit me. After washing up, I lay in bed, physically drained but unable to sleep. My temples throbbed faintly, and my throat felt dry. Just as I was staring helplessly at the ceiling, there was a very gentle knock on the door. Puzzled, I opened it and found it was the same front desk attendant. She was holding a wooden tray with a white ceramic cup, a small plate of snacks, and a freshly brewed chrysanthemum tea. ”I apologize for disturbing your rest,” she said sincerely. ”I noticed you looked very tired and unwell earlier. Our hotel always keeps some soothing teas on hand. I asked the kitchen to prepare a cup of warm honey milk for you; the temperature is just right, and it might make you feel better and help you sleep. These are delicious biscuits, not too sweet, perfect if you're hungry.” I was stunned, speechless for a moment. She continued to explain, ”I saw from your check-in information that you're here on a business trip. The temperature difference is quite significant this season, which can make it hard to sleep. Please rest assured. If you need a late check-out tomorrow or have any other arrangements, just let us know.” I took the warm milk; the ceramic cup felt just right in my hands, and that warmth seemed to spread from my palm to my heart. Nanning Meihua gave me more than just a night of peaceful sleep; it gave me a sense of being quietly cared for and silently protected. There wasn't a dramatic story, but with a perfectly warm cup of milk, it showed me what 'family-like' thoughtfulness truly means. Since then, whenever I go to Nanning, I have a clear and warm choice in mind.
