"The hotel's overall ambiance is warm and clean; you wouldn't guess it opened in 2019, as it's exceptionally well-maintained. It happened to be my birthday, and I received an unexpected treat ✨—a complimentary upgrade to a mountain-view suite. The room offered expansive views, making for an absolutely fantastic stay. The accompanying pool is stunning, with clear, clean water. Lounging in the pool on a sunny day instantly washes away the heat of travel. The service is attentive, and staying here made sightseeing incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yingde."

"When checking in, the front desk colleague had no smile. When she asked me for my ID, she didn't use professional words like ”please ask”. She took my ID and said, ”The person staying here needs to provide ID.” I said you already have my ID, and then she said the person staying here needs to register. There was no subject or other words at all. I was checking in with a friend at the time, but my friend was not staying. It was not professional for her to say that. The floor attendants didn't smile or say hello when they saw the guests. I was preparing to have breakfast in the morning, and the housekeeper asked me if I wanted to clean up when she saw me coming out of the room. I said to help me pick up the garbage on the coffee table first, and wait until I came back to do the rest. Then she asked if only garbage collection was ok and there was no cleaning today. I repeated it again, and she asked if there was no cleaning today. Finally, I said to wait until I came back, and she gave up. This kind of trickery is really unacceptable to guests."

"This time I chose this old star hotel to travel with my elderly family members. I also saw the good reviews written by everyone. At first I thought it might be unreal, but after entering, I felt at ease. It was really as everyone said. The service, environment, hygiene, and geographical location were satisfactory. It was much better than those homestays. The lobby manager was very enthusiastic and attentive. He also upgraded my suite to make it easier to take care of the elderly, and sent me goodnight fruit, which was very heartwarming. I will continue to stay here next time I go to Yingde!"

"Amazing overall! Style, taste, and service were all top-notch! Excellent value for money! 1. We brought our dog, and they provided a high-quality dog bed, toys, deodorant, wet wipes, and even poop bags – so thoughtful! 2. They decorated the room for our dog's birthday for free, which was incredibly heartwarming! 3. They gave us an extra breakfast, both generous and attentive! 4. They personally guided us to our room, explaining the hotel layout and functional areas along the way – truly dedicated service! 5. KTV room, billiards room, kids' play area, private hot spring, meditation room, in-room projector – all available for free on demand… Such great value… 6. The common areas looked exactly like the photos, perfect for pictures, and even had a free Nintendo Switch to play. 7. They have collaborations with local cultural and creative brands, and intangible heritage experiences, offering many discounts… Highly recommend, I'd definitely go back again!!!"

"This guesthouse is nestled right in the heart of the karst peak forest, and when you open the window, you're greeted by endless mountain peaks. I was absolutely blown away by the room! The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows perfectly frame the entire Camel Peak Mountain. Lying in bed, you wake up to a picturesque ink-wash karst landscape. The built-in bathtub by the window is a romantic game-changer 🛁. Soaking in the tub at night, you can gaze up at a sky full of stars with the silent peaks in the distance. The mountain night envelops you completely, creating an incredibly romantic ambiance that melts away all your city fatigue. There are so many photo-worthy spots in the communal area on the first floor, all beautifully designed. Every casual shot turns into a stunning, atmospheric picture. No need to rush to tourist spots and jostle for a good angle; you can get all your Instagram-worthy shots right inside the guesthouse. But the real highlight is the guesthouse's backyard! The famous infinity mirror pool directly faces the entire peak forest, with mountains and clouds perfectly reflected on the water's surface. On a summer day, dipping into the pool, you feel the mountain breeze, relieving all the heat and humidity. A large lawn and trendy swings are scattered throughout the courtyard. You can sit on a swing and simply gaze at Camel Peak Mountain, or enjoy a picnic or stroll on the lawn. In the evening, you can watch the mountain sunset as the setting sun bathes the peaks in a warm golden glow – the atmosphere is simply divine."

"Extremely satisfied! The service was exceptional from start to finish. Even before arriving, they answered all my questions thoughtfully. During my stay, they were incredibly responsive to every request, and I even received a parting gift when I checked out. The room facilities were fantastic, and because there weren't many guests, they proactively upgraded my room. The room was well-equipped, and the guesthouse's scenery was absolutely beautiful – it felt like I was living right inside a picturesque landscape. They also provided complimentary tickets to the tea plantation, which is very close by, though I'd say it's an optional visit. It's also not far from the Heshun Karst Cave, so you can easily stop by if you're in the area. Plus, there's passion fruit picking right outside, and the breakfast was delicious!"

"The hotel of choice for business trips to Yingde, with large rooms and very enthusiastic and proactive staff! There are welcome fruits 🍊 and evening desserts, just right for replenishing the stomach after drinking. Especially the staff Ms. Huang Wenxia and the manager on duty, they were very considerate and made us feel really at home! The night view outside the hotel is also beautiful. Hope to continue the good service!"

"I have collected this B&B a long time ago but never went there. I just wanted to go out that day so I found it. It takes about two hours to drive from Shunde, which is acceptable. I particularly like the fact that it is surrounded by water in front and back, and the air is particularly good. Although there is no stunning scenery, it is refreshing. I slept very well after staying for two nights. It makes people feel truly relaxed here. I went to see the yellow wind chimes on the first morning. It was the right time. The large areas of them on the mountain can be described as shocking, but it is a pity that the yellow wind chimes are particularly suitable for drone photography and mobile phone photography. I stayed in the B&B in the afternoon, drank the complimentary afternoon tea, and then finished reading a book. There are many books in the restaurant here, and even a book is placed on the small coffee table in the room. It is rare to sit down and read a book, which is particularly satisfying. The B&B also has a nice tea room, a restaurant that can deliver meals to your door, an open-air team-building venue, and a boat ride. If you have time, it is really a good choice to stay for a few days."

"Given its mountain location, it's common to encounter small insects. If you're not bothered by this, it could be a good choice. However, there was an issue with the staff regarding the tickets for the Yingxi Peak Forest T3 Organic Tea Garden. We were short-changed on the complimentary tea garden tickets. For our group of three adults and one child, they only provided three tickets instead of the four we should have received. The staff initially claimed that two children could enter with one adult, but upon reaching the tea garden, we were forced to purchase an additional ticket. This meant we were essentially scammed out of one ticket, which was incredibly frustrating. Everything else was largely fine, so I'm baffled why they would cause such an unpleasant experience just to save the cost of a single ticket."
